Welcome to Sweet and Salty, a beautiful brand-new vacation home with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. Chill out with friends and family in the secluded backyard with a dazzling private pool and spa, and an epic outdoor patio and bar area. Stroll a block down 77th Street to the nearby beach access or take the island trolley to discover new restaurants and boutiques on Anna Maria Island’s popular Pine Avenue. And don’t miss a single sunset from your own rooftop deck!

With modern New England coastal decor and a bright vaulted tropical ceiling, the open living room features a large seating area and a flat screen television. It flows into the custom designed kitchen that is packed with cooking essentials and is complete with countertop seating. When dinner is ready, guests can all gather at the classic wood dining table under the custom chandelier.

This first-class beach getaway is appointed with four bedrooms, all designed with modern comfort and island living in mind. The primary bedroom offers a King bed with crisp white linens, French doors that open out to a balcony, and has an ensuite bathroom with contemporary tile throughout, a double vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second, third, and fourth bedrooms are all styled with Queen beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and custom accent tile. In the bonus area are two twin bunk beds; making it ideal space for the young kiddos in your group. There is also a convenient laundry room with an all-new washer and dryer available for guest use.

Right across the street is a stop for the free island trolley, that can take you nearly everywhere along the 7 miles of Anna Maria Island. Visit the AMI Pier, The Island Shopping Center, Pine Avenue, Historic Bridge Street, and all the famous Gulf beaches.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home, 1 garage space and 2 in the driveway. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. Anna Maria Island Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.
