Set within a coastal community, you’ll arrive to a large private drive to accommodate you and your guests and even enough space for a boat trailer. Step inside where you can relax in our luxurious, single-story home, completely updated with modern furnishings throughout. The great room oozes with cozy vibes with a large plush sofa to kick back and watch a show, while the family chef takes full force in the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials featuring granite countertops, custom wood cabinets with pull out shelves, a convection double oven, and upgraded stainless appliances. The Butler's pantry provides extensive storage for your groceries and off from the kitchen you can enjoy a home cooked meal around the dining table with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The 4 bedrooms have been designed with ultra comfort in mind from luxury bedding, soft linens, flat panel tvs, ceiling fans, and ambient bedside lighting. The Master En-Suite has a California King bed and a separate private patio area excluded from the other guest’s areas. The ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, a soaking tub, a frame-less shower enclosure, natural light from the skylights and a large walk-in closet. Your second bedroom is styled with a king bed and the third bedroom with a queen bed, and backyard window views. These two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom brightened with natural light from the skylights. Your fourth bedroom is perfect for the younger crew in tow as it boasts two comfortable twin beds and your third bathroom provides a step in soothing shower. This home was absolutely perfect for our Florida vacation! We felt totally relaxed and really enjoyed the Tiki and pool area as our own private oasis, it's such a wonderful space! Our family would take a short drive over to Anna Maria Island for a beach day in the morning and want to come back by early afternoon to relax and grill out for a late lunch. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and spacious, really well laid out so that our group all had space to themselves. We used the kitchen daily, it had all the necessities of home with plenty of dishes and pans, it was so convenient not to have to order take out for each meal. We very much enjoyed our time vacationing here, thank you so much for hosting us. We hope to come back soon and highly recommend this home to anyone!

I honestly had an amazing time in this house it’s so beautiful, clean, and spacious! Definitely a place worth the price it has many gems and wouldn’t mind renting again.
