We stayed in seahorse number three a one bedroom bungalow.
The place was spotless. Upon arrival they provided a beach wagon with two chairs towels, and even though I didn’t ask for them they were two beach bikes there waiting for someone.

This home was everything we were looking for. So close to the beach. The property came with a wagon for the beach chairs and also a cabana, The pool was a perfet fit for our 3 year old, and location for some fun shops for my 13 year old. We loved walking down every night to watch the sunset. The washer and dryer were an added bonus to clean towels after a day at the beach.

My husband and I spent 5 nights here. This was a great location to shopping AND the beach. Everything was within walking distance. The villa was clean and decorated tastefully. The pool and common area were very clean as well. Beach chairs, umbrellas and wagon were provided and were a definite bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Loved this adorable place! The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. The heated pool is amazing! Just a short 2 blocks to a super nice beach. The unit came with a wagon, umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels, it was a perfect setup! Would definitely stay here again.

The location cannot be beat! Stayed in a few different spots on AMI and this was definitely the best location - quiet neighborhood, walkable to Publix and a nearby free trolley station, and most importantly - the beach! The proximity to the beach allowed me to run on the beach every morning, swim every afternoon, and watch sunsets if we wanted to. The space was a bit small for four people (two slept on the pull-out couch) but that was on us - it would’ve been a perfect size for just two. Having a backyard patio area for drinking coffee in the morning and a pool for unwinding after the beach in the afternoons was so lovely. The kitchen met our needs for the one night we cooked in. Only recommendation would be to bring coffee filters, more blankets if you have someone sleeping on the pullout couch, and keep in mind that there’s not tons of room for storing dry food on the counter.

This one bedroom duplex was beautiful and great for a couple. We loved having the beach in walking distance. The location is great for going to Anna Maria or Bradenton Beach. We also liked having a grocery store, restaurants and shops in walking distance. The only negative was the unit needed to be a little cleaner especially the floor.

This place is super cute! The inside is clean, bright and easy to use door locks. The overall view is inviting and has good AC/heating controls. The bed was nice but the pull out couch bed was uncomfortable. The living space is good with a TV with access to the Internet for Netflix and other sites.
The location is great! We like the walking distance to the beach, drugstore, hardware store, shops and many restaurants.
We really like staying here at AMI locals place. We would stay here again.

This place is going to be one of my favorite places to stay for vacation. Very convenient, grocery store at walking distance, this location is at 3 minutes walking distance to the beach.
We really enjoyed our stayed. Kids loved the pool, especially after we were at the beach for a few hours, that gave me time to cook something at the grill and still enjoy our family vacation.

Been traveling to AMI for nine years and really enjoyed this location it was in a perfect an accessible place for nearly everything you need, the grounds were maintained and kept extremely nice, the villas were super cute and very updated, and the staff was easy and quick to talk to.

Amazing place !!! Spent two nights for my birthday everything was cleaned. Did have an incident with the sofa bed (the bottom legs to help the sofa bed stand were broken) i contacted AMI locals and the maintenance came within an hour and bought us a brand new sofa. Very good service everything was cleaned and nice.

Super attractive cottage style property with an easy walk to the beach. Very well maintained and comfortable. The only suggestion would be a larger garbage can in the kitchen. This was due to take-away containers due to COVID. Normally that wouldn't have been an issue. Awesome property, you'll love it!

This place will NOT disappoint! So cozy and bright, spotless and space utilized to perfection. This was the perfect little place for a quick last-minute getaway. The decor and common spaces were thoughtfully planned out and designed to make guests feel right at home. Very clean, bright and airy. Everything that you could possibly need was provided from beach towels, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. The best part is that the beach is literally a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would definitely recommend this home and will be back soon.

We booked this place last minute, the rentals company communication was great and the process smooth. The place was nice and clean. Perfect location, a couple of min walk to the beach. The only negative was that there is no closet space to put your clothes, so the suitcases were out in the living room the whole stay. However other than that we loved it and would definitely come back!

Very close to beach and walking distance to grocery store and a few restaurants. The pool is shared with a few rentals and is directly behind one of them so feels more a "part" of that one, but still a great feature. We went during Thanksgiving and having a heated pool was a great option for swimming. Also has multiple levels so you can sit at the edge and relax. The host provided a roasting pan and pie pan for the holiday. Bed was super comfortable. Would love to visit again!

Great location. Everything you need is walking distance or a 5 min drive. The beach is about a block away, restaurants, shopping, grocery store right around the corner. Great local food. This is a great property and easy people to work with. It's a real shame the towns in the area are so against dogs on the beach. We made the best of it, despite the endless rain (bad luck for us), but the restaurants are super and the location was awesome.

My friend and I stayed at Villa Seahorse and had such a lovely trip! The amenities (pool, courtyard) are shared between 4 one bedroom units, a studio unit, and a 2 bedroom. We met lots of fun people in the pool area while staying there. The cottage itself was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a great stay. Loved having a washer and dryer, and of course a kitchen. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom were great for late night TV. 2 blocks easy walk to the beach, and there were beach chairs and pool noodles/floats available to us, which was awesome! Because of the free trolley and monkey bus, and the close proximity to Publix and other stores, we didn't rent a car or other transportation, and it's nice to be able to get around so easily! We had an awesome trip and I'll definitely be back!

We had a great time staying at this cute one bedroom beach cottage. It was spotlessly clean and beautiful, decorated with every detail in mind for aesthetic and convenience, with a modern yet funky Floridian beachy vibe. The location was amazing, a super short walk to Holmes beach, grocery store, and a beautiful pool and bbq area in the back. There were lots of towels and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We were only sad we had to leave so soon! Highly recommend it!

Beautiful cottage close to the beach. Everything is brand new inside and out. Loved the backyard and pool area. Pool is great for families and young children. Beautiful house ... The decoration style villa is very cozy, as well as the area of the pool where we spend many times with family. It is well equipped, clean and very close to everything.   The beautiful beach just a few meters away.   We will return and recommend it.

We are so impressed! Just checked in and we are in love with this beautiful place! Lots sun on pool. Near beach and shops. Very private. Absolute paradise!!
