This house is perfect! We were a family of five -three young kids, parents and grandparents traveling for our annual beginning of summer beach vacation. This house was perfect for us. The pool overlooking the bay was a huge hit with the kids. We saw dolphins multiple times from the pool. The grill was convenient for some of our dinners at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with any dishes or utensils you could possibly need. The house had a wagon, chairs, and an umbrella that we took down to the beach daily. The beach was also only a five minute walk away. It’s always hard traveling to the beach when you get there by airplane because those items aren’t always available at the houses we’ve stayed at. The garage hangout room was also perfect for the kids. We had to reach out for help about the master shower during our stay and got an immediate response. A tech was out that day to help. We also got calls/texts throughout our stay making sure everything was okay. 10/10, We’d absolutely book this house again!

What a wonderful family tradition, and we're honored that White Pelican House by AMI Accommodations could be part of your annual summer beach vacation, Megan! Traveling with kids, parents, and grandparents is so much more enjoyable when everyone has space to relax and something to enjoy. One of our favorite things about this home is the beautiful bayfront setting, and seeing dolphins right from the pool is an experience that never gets old. Having the beach so close, along with the wagon, chairs, and umbrella ready for daily adventures, makes flying in for a beach vacation much easier. It’s also great knowing the garage hangout space was a hit with the kids and that our team could quickly assist when you needed help during your stay. Nothing means more than hearing you'd book this home again. We look forward to welcoming your family back for many more summers and unforgettable AMI memories!

The view is amazing and the house is huge! There is an elevator that greatly helps with access to all the levels. This house has a lot of stairs! The giant sliding doors really open up the gorgeous view and allow for the waterfront breeze to pass through the entire house; which is good because it was musty when we checked in.
You cannot use the boat lift that is shown in the photos, and we had to put a few strategically placed bumpers for the dock repair protrusions not to damage our boat, but it is an amazing feature to have!
The beds are soft and there are extra blankets. The laundry machines are great. Lots of gadgets in the kitchen and plenty of plates and silverware, including steak knives that actually cut.

Our family so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious retreat. The house is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views, beautiful sunrises/sunsets (in addition to those views at the property, it’s less than 5 minute walk to the beach), and the pool/spa area is fantastic with an in-ground hot tub and great temperature control of both pool and hot tub. The kitchen is lovely and we appreciated the Le Creuset cookware and many nostalgic recipe books. We were also grateful to have booked in a rental managed by this particular company, as we had one issue early in our trip that they proactively handled in an A+ manner. We look forward to visiting Anna Maria Island again sometime, and probably booking with this company again.

The house is wonderful, well stocked (It does not have much in the way of food staples like spices, but it is otherwise well stocked) and clean. We would return in a second. The space overlooking the inner-waterway was amazing. There were a number of minor irritants: The hot tub was awesome, but it was not clear how to work it. (The instructions reference a non-existant remote). Then it stopped heating and they could not get anyone to come fix it (it was a weekend). No hair dryer. No bedside light on one side or accessible plugs in the master. The house's hot water stopped working on the last day we were there. But I am sure they will figure these things out. I highly recommend.
