Reservations

Our full-time in-house reservations team manages guest interaction every step of the way. From answering inquiries to assisting guests while they are on the Island, our team goes above and beyond to make sure our guests want to return to the island and your home.

    • Our office is fully staffed Monday - Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a partial staff on Sunday.
    • Online booking available 24/7, all year round.
    • Reservation agents with a long standing experience with our inventory of homes and the Island.

Maintenance & Cleaning

We have our own full-time maintenance staff that works around the clock to diligently maintain your home before, during and after a guest's stay. All maintenance and cleaning operations are mindfully managed by our department coordinators to ensure resolution along with proper vendor and owner communication along the way.

  • We have a 24 hour emergency line to ensure guest and owner safety and satisfaction in the event of an emergency situation. We even have a stocked storage area with many essential items and loaner equipment that may be needed on the fly.

  • We have developed relationships with many trusted vendors for items that require a more specialized skill set.

  • In addition to on the spot repairs, we perform routine property inspections to ensure the basics like AC filters and light bulbs are maintained. These periodic walk-throughs give us an opportunity to look for any maintenance items that may require attention.

  • We align ourselves with meticulous cleaning crews that operate with a tremendous sense of accountability. Many of our cleaning vendors have been with us for almost a decade, some even longer.

  • We offer a professionally managed linen service that includes fresh sets of towels and linens brought to your home upon each departure. All used linens are brought back to the vendors facility to be professionally laundered and sanitized.
