Do I Need Travel Insurance?

Yes, we highly recommend travel insurance to protect your Anna Maria Island vacation investment. Life can be unpredictable, and coverage can help if you need to cancel, delay, or change your plans due to illness, weather, or emergencies. We partner with Generali Travel Protect Insurance to offer optional protection for your prepaid, non-refundable trip costs.

What Is Your Payment Policy?

Payments are made in three installments:

  • First Payment – 25% of the total rental amount (minimum $1,000 via credit/debit card) due at booking
  • Second Payment – Additional 25% due 90 days before arrival
  • Final Payment – Remaining 50% due 60 days before arrival
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, and wire transfers.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

  • Reservations made on or after June 10, 2025 – Cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund (less any travel insurance fees). Inside 30 days, the reservation is nonrefundable.
  • Reservations made on or before June 9, 2025 – Cancel up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $295 processing fee (and any travel insurance fees). Inside 60 days, the reservation is nonrefundable.

What Time Is Check-In and Check-Out?

  • Check-In: 4:00 PM
  • Check-Out: 10:00 AM
    This allows our team to prepare your home to our high cleanliness standards.

Can I Have My Mail or Packages Sent to My Rental?

We do not recommend shipping to your rental. Instead, use FEDEX at Walgreens (800-463-3339) for secure package receiving.

Can We Clean the Home Ourselves to Avoid the Cleaning Fee?

No. Our professional cleaning team ensures each home meets consistent safety and quality standards for all guests.

Can I Bring a Pet?

Select “Dog Friendly” properties welcome up to two approved dogs (50 lbs total) for a pet fee. Breed and behavior restrictions apply. Service animals are always allowed per law. Emotional Support Animals must follow the pet policy.

Do You Have Internet Access?

Yes. All rentals have wireless internet. Your Wi-Fi details will be provided at check-in.

Are Soaps, Toiletries, or Paper Goods Provided?

Yes. You’ll receive a starter kit with essentials like paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and toiletries. Guests replenish supplies as needed.

Do You Provide Linens and Towels?

Yes. All homes include fresh bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels—professionally laundered for your comfort.

How Far Are the Homes from the Beach?

Most rentals are within a 5-minute walk to Anna Maria Island’s white-sand beaches. Property listings feature maps for reference.

Do You Provide Beach Chairs, Towels, and Umbrellas?

Yes, beach towels and chairs are provided. Umbrellas are not guaranteed but can be arranged through our preferred rental partners.

Do You Have Laundry Facilities?

Nearly all homes have in-home washers and dryers; some multi-unit properties have shared laundry.

Do You Help Guests with Technology in the Rental?

Yes. We offer how-to guides and videos. Our Guest Services team is happy to assist if needed.

Do We Have to Clean Before Departure?

No. We handle cleaning after you leave. Please follow check-out instructions and leave the home in good condition.

 How Big Are the Pools?

Most pools are standard residential size (approx. 14’ x 28’). Check your property listing for exact details.

Are the Pools Heated?

Yes. Pools are heated from December through April. Cold weather may affect water temperature.

Is Red Tide Affecting Anna Maria Island?

Conditions change quickly. Visit the FWC Red Tide Updates page for current info.

Are Kitchens Fully Equipped?

Yes. All kitchens include cookware, dishes, and utensils for most meals.

Will the Pantry Be Stocked?

No. For safety, we do not provide pantry items.

Do You Have a Barbecue Grill?

Nearly all homes have propane gas grills. Check your amenities list for confirmation.

Can I Host an Event, Wedding, or Party?

Events may be permitted with prior written approval, event fees, insurance, and permits.

How Do We Get Onto Anna Maria Island?

  • North/Central: Cortez Bridge or Manatee Bridge from Bradenton
  • South: Bridge from Longboat Key

Are Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach Part of Anna Maria Island?

Yes. The island has three cities: Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach, and the City of Anna Maria.

How Can We Get Around the Island?

Golf carts, the free MCAT trolley, Monkey Bus, bikes, rideshares, and taxis are available.

Should We Rent a Car?

If you plan to explore beyond the island, yes. For island stays, many guests enjoy walking, biking, or using golf carts and the trolley.

Is There a Supermarket on the Island?

Yes. Publix Supermarket is in Holmes Beach at 3900 E Bay Drive.

Are There Shops and Restaurants Nearby?

Yes. You’ll find boutique shops, art galleries, coffee spots, ice cream parlors, and restaurants from casual to fine dining.

Where Is the Nearest Airport?

SRQ – 20 min, TPA – 60 min, PIE – 60 min, MCO – 2 hrs

Is There Airport Shuttle Service?
