Welcome to Our Tern, a stunning canal-front vacation home with a serene backyard with a private pool, hot tub, and a private dock, perfect for fishing and dropping kayaks and paddleboard. This north-end three bedroom and there-and-a-half-bath home is close to all the action, including the Gulf of Mexico beaches, AMI city pier, Bay beaches, and restaurants and boutiques along Pine Ave. Get ready for adventure and relaxation at Our Tern!

An island paradise greets you as soon as you walk in, unwind on the plush sofa or tropical side chairs and bask in the tall ceilings and abundant natural lighting that come from the large balcony sliding doors. The large kitchen has broad countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful cabinetry packed with cookware essentials, an island with seating, and opens into the formal dining area. The main floor balcony has conversational seating, a dining table, and is screened-in with ceiling fans to keep guests cool.

The primary boosts relaxation with tv and has private access to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity sink and a walk-in shower. Guests in the second and third rooms will sleep well to the sound of the palm trees swaying and can refresh in their ensuite bathrooms. There is a half bathroom, and a washer and dryer off the kitchen.
