Welcome to Sand and Sea 109 A! This ground-level condo has two bedrooms and one bathroom and is just two houses from the nearest beach access (you'll be there in seconds!). With the island's famous Pine Ave just two blocks away, you can explore a variety of shops and restaurants and visit the City Pier within minutes. Plus, the Anna Maria Island Trolley is just steps from your doorstep, so you'll never run out of things to do!

As soon as you step in, you'll be welcomed by a beachy living area complete with two plush sofas and a TV. The galley kitchen has all the essential appliances you need to whip up a tasty meal, including a coffee maker, toaster, and basic cookware. Plus, you get to choose where you want to dine - indoors or outside on your own private patio, featuring a charming bistro table that's perfect for savoring the island's cool breeze.

Listen to the palm trees sway as you drift off to sleep in the primary bedroom. The primary has a tv for late-night entertainment and ample closet space to keep vacation attire fresh. The second bedroom’s tropical décor will instantly turn clocks to island time and has a tv for guests to catch up on their favorite shows. The main bathroom has a shower and tub combo and plenty of cabinet space to hold necessities.

2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by Anna Maria Island Accommodations, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
