Excellent location, comfortable beds and very clean. Our rep, David, was quick to respond to all inquiries. Check-in details were made available in a reasonable amount of time. The rental was as promised online, and we were within minutes of walking to the beach! We will be coming back to Anna Maria Island (for the BEST fish, cheesecake, pizza, and Dunkin Donuts coffee), and we will be looking to stay at this residence again.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay. From 10-13-2025 to 10-20-2025. It was grate. Nice big pool. We took our own wagon and our own beach umbrella and chair. Didn't know they provided these things. They had four small chairs and two beach umbrella's and a wagon. For us what was really nice. Was that ALL outlet switches, were labeled. To let you know what controlled each light and fan. Never seen anything like that before. BIG PLUS!!!! Even though we didn't use the garage. It was nice to know we could use it if need be. We parked if front of it. And it was nice to see they provided, towels for the pool or the beach. The kitchen, you had everything you could ask for, and then some. And from the house to the beach. It was only like a minute or two walk. THIS WAS PERFECT FOR US. And it was nice that they let you have two small pets. And we did. The only bad thing was that this place and Airbnb need to work together on pet fee included in price. There is a book that will help you out. NICE BOOK

The house exceeded expectations! It is charming and beautiful with very comfortable furniture and great outdoor spaces. We had a minor glitch upon arrival but the hosts were able to rectify immediately.
We walked into the most thoughtfully appointed kitchen I have experienced. We cooked all but one meal and were delighted with the kitchen equipment and grill.
A lot of “house time” was spent on the screened front porch which was a great place to start the day with a pot of coffee. The porch area was very nice with shade and sun both available.
The house is situated very close to beach access and a wagon, chairs, and umbrellas were available to make the perfect beach day(s).
We definitely intend to book here again. It was great for two but another couple would fit fine. The floorplan would give just the right amount of privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was exactly as described. Lots of room and stocked with all of our needs for a family of four. The pool/outdoor patio area was spacious and allowed our children to play and have a great time in the pool while we relaxed in the sitting area. Kitchen is well stocked and had all that we needed to cook and prepare meals. Bathrooms are spacious and work well. The pool is warm and staying in July, it heated up more during the day. It did not stop us from swimming but just a heads up that mid day, the pool is very warm during peak summer days. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again if it works out. We didn’t get a golf cart as it is so close to beach access to Bean Point. This was one of our favorite trips to AMI to date.

AbsolutelyAnna805 was absolutely amazing! Clean, beautifully decorated, very accurate description, fantastic pool, and the best location to walk to the beach. They provide a starter pack of supplies and that’s all we needed outside of our more personalized cosmetics. The beach supplies were great. If you have a little one bring your own floats or toys or visit one of the local shops. Host responded within 5 mins of any communication. Couldn’t have asked for a more responsive host. We would absolutely come back to AbsolutelyAnna805! Can’t emphasize enough how beautiful the property, home, and beach was.

Was a great property with close access to the public beach. Only comment was that to access the pool, you had to go out the main entrance above the garage and go outside through the gated backyard rather than direct access from inside the house. Loved all the decor, comfortable beds and oversized bathrooms!

This house was in the perfect location for us- just a short 1/2 block to the beach, and in a quieter part of the island. Pine Ave distance was walkable, but we also got bikes for 2 days. Love the other options for free transportation on the island as well (golf cart shuttles). The house had very spacious bedrooms and master bath. Loved sitting out on the decks with coffee in the morning. Pool area was amazing- just wish we would have had a little warmer weather! Restaurants we went to (that were all amazing) Waterfront (favorite), Sandbar, Ugly Grouper, Rod and Reel, Poppos, North Shore. Would definitely rent again!

Great property! Very comfortable beds and plenty of linens and towels. Very clean. Check in Was easy and the keyless entry was simple and convenient to use. We loved the very short walks to the beach and all of the beach gear available for us to use like cart, chairs, umbrella and pool noodles and floats. Kitchen is stocked! Nicely updated all around. Pool area and covered patio with tv was a perfect place to relax, but we also loved the screened jn porch as well to watch passers by. Thank you absolutely Anna!

My family and I spent Easter weekend at this location and it was incredible. There was plenty of communication so that we felt welcomed even before the start of our trip. Checking in and out was super easy. The house had everything we expected and more! It was clean, cozy, and fun. The location is perfect! It is close to more than one beach access and the beach is jus breathtaking. We had a great experience and look forward to booking another trip at this location.

Wonderful home for a family. We enjoyed the close walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool and the outdoor patio, we watched movies from the pool! Beach chairs and wagons were very helpful. The screened in porch is a relaxing and enjoyable extension of the living room. Overall, a very memorable vacation much in part to the property. We will definitely be booking again!

We love the covered area by the pool with the TV and outdoor furniture. The heated pool was great since it was early November. The only thing that would have been better would be a easy stairway out back going to the pool. Thank you for keeping a great property.

First time visiting the island for my sister and I, and our husbands, and we are very pleased with our location. The house is exactly as in the pictures show. It is a proper home away from home. The owner has provided more than enough kitchen ware, towels ( bath and beach), outdoor seating and beach chairs / umbrellas/ trolleys etc. The pool was a perfect temperature and the outdoor cabana area was ideal and used everyday for relaxing outside. The house is just minutes walk from bean point and also from the rod and reel. Both ideal locations on lazy sunny days. Also walking distance to Pine street. I would not hesitate to book this house again for the 4 of us. Although it looks like our next trip will be for 8, so we will need more bedrooms. The only slight negative is the lack of household cleaning equipment/ products . We have rented many many houses across America and have never before had such a situation where there are no basics ie trash bags , dish soap, cleaning cloths / sprays. I believe this is due to the rental management company. We did visit the island dollar store to stock up on necessities, so it’s not the end of the world and did not detract from a wonderful stay.

If you need a larger home for your next visit, we are happy to help you with that. Like most other rental companies on the island, we furnish a starter supply of consumable products for the home such as trash bags, paper towels, liquid dish soap, bar soap, etc. We find that the majority of our guests prefer to “start fresh” with their own choice of products instead of going into a home with partially used left-over supplies. We’re glad you enjoyed the home so much and we hope we’ll see you again in the near future.

My husband and I stayed at Absolutely Anna for a delightful week in February. The property manager made the check-in/check-out process extremely easy. The house, pool, garage and yard were all so neat and clean. It was amazing to be staying at beach house and not find one speck of sand in the house, or even in the garage! Kudos to the cleaning team! Cooking at Absolutely Anna was easy because there was not one single item that we thought...."oh, it would be nice if they had a..."; because every item we needed was there! The neighborhood is so quiet and relaxing...which made afternoon lunches and naps by the pool, quite pleasant. Laundry facilities were great! The house is located perfectly for biking to local restaurants; and walking to Bean Point. The beach supplies were very well stocked...comfy beach chairs, lots of beach toys, wagons and carts for bringing supplies to/from the beach, shelling rakes, great beach towels, good-sized umbrellas for shade. We found live starfish and live horse conchs right off shore, with our masks/snorkels. The outside shower upon returning from the beach was so convenient. We rented bikes and kayaks for the week at Beach Bums, and had a blast with those. We spent many hours paddling and biking in Perico Bay, and Robinson Preserve. The fishing was amazing...snook, barracuda, ladyfish. Wonderful restaurants within walking and biking distance: Rod N Reel Pier; The Sandbar; Popo's. Two Scoops for ice cream is a must. The front porch at Absolutely Anna was a terrific way to start and end each day. Anna Maria Island never disappoints...and staying at Absolutely Anna was just icing on cake! Our family absolutely loved staying here. The house was exactly what we were looking for and the owners made sure we had everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and beach towels to last everyone all week, any cooking utensil you may need, beach toys, beach chairs, body boards, beach umbrellas, and a beach wagon to carry everything down to the beach in. They owners really went out of their way to make sure you have everything you might possible need. The house was beautifully decorated in a perfect location, just a very short walk to the beach. We used two different beach access to get to the beach, one just a few steps away to get to Bean's Point, literally just a few steps away and you are there, the other was right around the corner on Jacaranda Rd which took us to the Bay side just a few steps away. The water on both sides was beautiful and clear, we snorkeled and kayaked in both the gulf side and the bay side and it was wonderful. After a day of the beach it was great to relax in our very own pool. The kids loved watching movies by the pool in the entertainment area outback. The only thing I would say to watch out for is the floor downstairs in the entertainment area outback, it gets really slipper when wet. We set up the fans that the owner provided and laid a few towels down which helped keep anyone from slipping and falling. This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and it was perfect. The kids loved exploring the island on their bikes, they rode down to Two Scoops every night for some ice cream after dinner. We absolutely loved it here and can't wait to visit again.
