Great location. Easy 2 min walk to your beach set up. House is set up nicely. Cute pool which is great to soak in the afternoon.
Pine street is 1 miles away. Publix is 1.5 miles away. Quiet and peaceful.

We had a great stay at Addison Beach House. So comfortable and loved having the pool to ourselves. Beach was so close. Love that there were beach chairs available to use. Kitchen is beautiful and was great when we decided to stay in a few nights. Everything we expected and more!

Wonderful home and quiet neighborhood. Directly across the street from the beach. The saltwater pool was such an enjoyable spot during the hot afternoon hours.
We had a concern during our stay and our contact was quickly responsive and took care of it.

M house was lovely. I had extra bedrooms and bathroom and laundry facility to invite a few friends to stay. We all enjoyed AMi and surrounding areas. My daily plan was walking the beach to Manatee Beach and walking the beach every night to watch the sunset. It’s walking distance to the Sandbar Restaurant! We enjoyed the Ringing Museum, the Marie Shelby Botanical Gardens, and the Salvador Dali Museum. I’ll return to AMI soon!!!

The duplex was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and appliances for you to cook or make whatever you want. Overall great place To stay for 4-6 people. Wifi works well and it has roku connected all all 3 TVs. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute ride to the Manatee Public beach. Anna Maria island is a overall great place to relax.

Quaint three bedroom, two bathroom duplex with its own swimming pool! Our place was clean and ready when we checked in. They came by and cleaned the pool twice per week, which was a nice perk. Only steps away from Holmes Beach, a very clean white sugar sand beach. There are trolley stops located nearby, so you can easily get around without a car. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect right from the start. We were able to book the property with less than 2 weeks notice and the management team is always very responsive. The property is perfect! We had two adults and two teens so three bedroom and 2 separate bathrooms was plenty of space. Literally right off the beach, located central to all that we love about AMI. The pool space is perfect for taking a break from the beach and enjoying family time. We purchased a few boogie boards and diantre them for the next visitors. Lovely home! Thanks for allowing us to create amazing memories. Until next year AMI💕

This is a great little beach house. Had everything our family needed to enjoy our time on the island. The many palm trees around the pool created total privacy from surrounding neighbors. This house was in a great location. Just a quick walk to the beach. Quick drive to the bay and restaurants.

We had 6 people and it was small but perfect! Easy access to the beach and a wonderful pool to cool off after a beach day. Would be nice to have a few more towels and kitchen staples (trash bags etc) but we absolutely loved our stay. And since one of our crew is named Addison, it was destiny that we rented. Only note is that the instructions say to NOT take the trash and recycle bins to the street, but the trash people won’t pick up unless it is. So we arrived with both bins already full, and left with both bins full.

This was our first time at Holmes Beach, the price was perfect and the home met all of our needs with three children under 6. It was just the right size. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the backyard pool. We would definitely stay at this property again. Communication with the property manager was timely and efficient and answered all of our questions. A+++!!!

We really loved the property and location. It is literally across the street from the beach despite the pictures making it seem like a block or so. The pool was fantastic! If you are the type of person that wants to go to the beach and come home into the pool this place is perfect for you. If you want to go to a coffee shop, gift shop or restaurant be sure to have a bike, golf cart or take the free trolley. There really isn't anything in walking distance which was a bummer. The Property Positives: Very clean, beds were comfortable, pool is great, the showers are awesome, comfortable living room. The Property Negatives: Living space is much smaller than the pictures. It sleeps eight but dining table only for 4, living room couch seating only for 5. Driveway is very small but will hold 2 small vehicles. We had truck with an eight foot bed and had to pull up so close to the plants and had to park at an angle to be sure we were off the sidewalk. Also, the kitchen is not stocked like most other houses I rented. In my experience I usually find the basics in the pantry. Little things like no salt and pepper or even notepads and pens. It wasn't a big deal, I was just surprised. Overall I would rent this place again for sure. The rental staff was great in responding to any needs we had.

We really enjoyed our stay at Addison’s Beach house, our only complaint is the pool, it was quite green when we checked in and by Tuesday it was really bad. We did call the management company and they took care of it. It was nice and clean and clear by Wednesday afternoon. Great location close to the beach, less than a minute and a BIG plus, we could bring our fur baby with us!

Property has a great location but too small for 6 adults, not much seating in family room and small kitchen table witch needs updating. We had a lot of rain for the week and the back was not draining properly, it looks as if the drain needs to be cleaned out.

Nice area, near beach, comfortable and clean home. Very happy with our decision to stay at Addison's Beach House. The pool area and patio are quite private which we enjoyed. The only downside was the home behind us had a houseful of screaming kids in the pool during some mornings and afternoons - we are assuming it was a rental home. But with so many homes on the island and such a good family vacation area, that's to be expected. And it definitely was quiet in the evenings.

We stayed at the Addison House from May 13-21. We took our daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old grandson. From the pool to the short walk to the gorgeous beach everything was most wonderful. House was very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable. And at 60 that means a lot! Pool was private! WE loved the quietness of the island. The food was tops. Our washer in the house broke 3 days before we left since it was on warranty management had to wait for a special guy to come in from Tampa as not to void the warranty. We ran down and used the local laundromat and they reimbursed us.

My family and I stayed at the Addison Beach House for our "Familymoon". It was more than enough space for all six of us (ages 14- 40something). The house was only a very short walk to an absolutely beautiful beach, the pool was private , warm, and sparkling clean. The home was spot less, the beds were comfortable band the kitchen was complete with everything you needed to cook any type of meal. The owners were attentive and helpful, but respectful of our privacy. If I won the lottery I would be moving to Anna Maria Island permanently. I will definitely be back!
