Ainsley Beach House

We were very pleased with our stay at Ainsley house, the backyard was beautiful and private and we only had to walk a few blocks to the beach. Beds were comfortable and house was very clean. We would stay there again.

This home was everything we were looking for. So close to the beach. The property came with a wagon for the beach chairs as also a cabana. The pool was a perfect fit for our 3 year old, and location for some fun shops for my 13 year old. We loved walking down every night to watch the sunset. The washer and dryer were an added bonus to clean towels after a day at the beach

We had a great stay at this house with our three teens. The house looks exactly like the pictures, the pool is perfect, and the beach is just down the street. We were able to walk our bike to misty locations.

A great little spot, super close to the ocean. Perfect set-up with pool/backyard and rooms. Nice that they had a bike to use as well as a wagon/chairs for the beach. Overall would recommend this spot to anyone wanting to visit AMI. Would definitely stay here again.

We will be back!! Great location! So many great restaurants and little shops we could walk to, take our golf cart or ride our bikes! The beach was a block away. The house was perfect and plenty of room for my family.

Our rental on AMI fell through at the last minute and we were fortunate enough to find this perfect vacation spot. There was construction at the end of the street and the neighbors had kids swimming on their pool and we never heard a sound with the great water feature in the pool. From the location to the private backyard oasis to the stocked kitchen and tile floors throughout, we were blessed.
New beds were also delivered during our stay.

Ainsley’s house was very nice, the private backyard with the pool was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. There were beach towels, chairs and even a cart for the beach. Every bed DEFINITELY needs new mattresses and the AC unit doesn’t cool the whole place well. We had to keep the ceiling fans going in every room and even use the fan that was in the closet to try and help cool the master bedroom and bathroom.

We loved the location and all of the shade at the pool. I would recommend renting bikes or a golf cart to see the island. The walk to the beach is only a couple of blocks. This duplex was very clean and is in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful cottage home just steps to the beach. This is a twin home but you would never know it. As in the pictures, it is surrounded by tropical palms making the backyard a private oasis. The pool is amazing and always warm. The location is great...short walk to beach and shopping center for eating and shopping. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The management company was great too. When the ac wasn't working they were there in minutes and had a repairman out to fix it within an hour!!! We would definitely stay at this home again!

Great location with amazing tropical pool area. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. I give the place a 5, the only issue was dishwasher, it doesn’t clean dishes and had to wash by hand in order to use them. Otherwise, everything was GREAT! Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed with our three young kids (3, 6, and 9) and couldn't have been happier. The house was immaculate and bigger than we even expected, the amenities were just as listed and met our families needs perfectly, and the rental office and property contacts were wonderful to work with. The beach was a VERY short walk up the block- short enough to make multiple trips back and forth on foot with no issues at all. The other area beaches were short drives away, and made day trips easy to plan even with our kids in tow. There are so many shops and restaurants within walking distance, which made this the perfect location for us to stay in, relax, and enjoy the island lifestyle!

We have never been to Anna Maria Island before and were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of it!! Everyone we came in contact with were so helpful, nice and accommodating!! The check-in process was so easy and they give you so much helpful information, the AMIA company were wonderful to work with. As far as the house we rented, we couldn't have been more pleased!! The house was more that what we expected. Very nice, extremely clean and a great location. The pool area was beautiful as well!! The guy who comes to clean the pool was great too, super nice!! Overall we LOVED it and will definitely be back!!

The house was in fine shape with seemingly new appliances, a large TV in the living room and one in each bedroom all of them in HD. The heated pool was cozy and private. Several restaurants are a 2 minute walk away. Quiet house on a quiet street.

We had a fantastic week on Anna Maria Island! We spent most of our time lounging by the pool due to some lingering red tide issues, but we have no complaints because the pool and patio was like our own private resort! The house was nicely furnished and clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We made many great meals in the kitchen or on one of the outdoor grills - they have both a gas grill and a charcoal grill for guests to use. Bike rentals, ice cream, shopping, and restaurants are all within walking distance and the grocery store and other options are a very short drive. And everyone we encountered on the island was very friendly and pleasant to talk with...they take southern hospitality to a whole new level!

We had a wonderful time at Ainsley Beach House. We loved the location - walkable to the beach, other direction is ice cream, eateries and marina. We LOVED the pool - it was perfect for our two small children, and the size of house was perfect for us. Also it was very clean and updated so it really felt like a home away from home.

What a beautiful house and pool. My husband and I stayed recently and loved the location and beach. The chairs in the living room are on the little side when your husband is 6'3" otherwise we loved everything about this place. Restaurants are within easy walking distance. The island is perfect for the "older crowd" haha. I loved the quiet little island. We will be back!

This property was awesome! We stayed here with our 2 year old and another couple, so the 3 bedrooms were perfect. We didn't spend much time inside, but the space was sufficient. We spent a lot of time out on the back patio and in the pool. Shallow wading area was great for our 2 year old and oftentimes we put our lounge chairs right in there as it gets pretty hot back there. You are walking distance to the beach, so we packed up coolers, chairs, umbrellas and bags a couple times a day for the short 2 block walk to the beach. May is a good time to go to the island because the seasonal traffic had slowed down considerably. We rarely waited to be seated if we went out for dinner at the many surrounding restaurants, and the beaches were never close to being crowded. y only complaint the whole week was the hot cement, but it was May in Florida, so what can you do!? We had such a wonderful time, and this property was a huge part of it. Hope to be back some day soon.

Though the weather was a bit cooler than we would have liked, the house we rented was just perfect for this family of 4. It had everything we could possibly need and the location in Holmes Beach was perfect for walking to shops, restaurants, etc. The heated pool was really appreciated as the temps in the ocean were COLD and the air temps were barely in the 60s but there was sun everyday. The pool is landscaped beautifully with plenty of chairs, tables, and lounges. There are flat-screen TVs in every bedroom as well as the living area. The house is on a quiet street. Restaurants on the island are awesome with The Bridge Street Bistro being our favorite. The food was incredible and not as expensive as the Beach Bistro, which is more exclusive. We also liked a place called Scott's Deli for breakfast and lunch sandwiches. We could walk there in a few minutes. Anna Maria Island is on the west coast of FL and a great place to vacation...or live!

The few days spent on Anna Maria island were great! The beach house is located in a very quiet street near the beach, the shops and the restaurants. We used the car only few times. The location is so convenient that we mostly walked and took the free bus. The house is modern, spacious and has everything needed. To save money we prepared a lot of our meals there, in the wonderful kitchen. The best part was eating outside in the large tropical backyard, next to the pool. What a treat! I was very impressed with the rental company. We had a problem with the garbage disposal and had to call them: 45 minutes later, it was taking care of. What a relaxing, worry free getaway! I can't wait to go back!

My stay at Ainsley Beach House was a wonderful experience. The location is great- quiet, peaceful, safe neighborhood within walking distance of local shops, the beach and bus stops. The beach near the house is very clean, the water clear and not heavily trafficked. The house itself is very nicely furnished and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed just hanging out in the pool! I would recommend this house to anyone- couples, families with children of all ages or singles.

I love this place and will be back at least once a year! The back yard is tropical, quiet, and peaceful, location is great and close to the beach, the rental company is awesome and helpful , lots to do in close walking distance, and it is beautiful! My family could get on free trolley to go eat, shop or play. We could walk just a few steps, less than a block, to a clean and safe beach.

We had a outstanding experience starting with the check in and pick up of keys. The rental company was exceptional and so helpful, providing lots of useful information. Once we arrived at the property it was evident this was going to be a great vacation. The back yard is exceptional - tropical, quiet, and so peaceful. The interior is roomy and very comfortable with plenty of room in all bedrooms. The walk in showers are a nice touch and the location is great and close to the beach. There is lots to do in close walking distance - beach, stores, restaurants and just walking around viewing the beautiful landscape of the island. Internet connectivity and television channel selection was spot on. Our best vacation by far.

What an awesome place to bring family and friends! We enjoyed each morning with a dip in the pool before eating breakfast on the patio listening to the sounds of the pool waterfall and the birds singing from the surrounding palm trees. A short walk led us to a secluded beach with plenty of room to build sandcastles or swim in the warm Gulf waters. If shops call to you, a short walk or a hop on the local free trolley would satisfy all tastes. Our grandchildren, of course, needed to get their ice cream and t-shirts! We can recommend this property to everyone. The house was clean and the check in and out went so smoothly, it made a perfect start and finish to our vacation. The staff at check in were very friendly and answered all our questions, providing lots of information about the island. We look forward to a return trip in the future.

I want to share my wonderful experience at Ainsley Beach House. First, the home is fresh, updated and very clean. It is beautifully decorated, and provided us with everything we needed. The BEST TREASURE about this place is the back yard! The pool is heated. We went in the winter, and although we had cold Florida weather, the pool was FABULOUS. We swam everyday regardless of the temperatures and found the outdoor pool deck to be the best part of the house. The landscaping is all tropical plants, landscaped beautifully and professionally! The pool is clean and beautiful. It is very private, you feel as though you are completely isolated in a tropical paradise. The beach is just brief steps a way through a beautiful quiet , well maintained neighborhood. It is also walking distance to nice restaurants (including a nice Lobster Restaurant and shopping). The beach has white sands, great shells, and blue waters! We cannot wait to go back.

Ainsley Beach House is a beautiful home. With just a very short walk to the beach, it has become my family's new happy place. My favorite spot at Ainsley is under the tiki umbrella at the beautiful pool for breakfast and after dinner with a glass of wine. The pool also provides a tropical island respite after enjoying the wonderful beach that is almost your own private hideaway. The rental agency was very accommodating with assistance on restaurants and having answers for all of our questions. Ainsley Beach House was decorated very tastefully and extremely clean! My family really enjoyed our stay and it is one of our top favorite vacation spots. I highly recommend Ainsley Beach House. You will definitely not be disappointed!

This house was dreamy! Immaculate, nicely decorated, functional and inviting are words that come to mind. Located in a quiet neighborhood, one-two minute walk from the beach, the rental unit had everything we would want in a vacation home. Movies, books, a heated pool, nice kitchen and floor plan for 6 of us. Wi-Fi connection was excellent for those who need to do a little work away from home. The location is perfect. We did not encounter too much traffic in the immediate area and really liked Anna Maria Island. Beach by day; heated pool by night in a private backyard setting. We found a few nice restaurants nearby and enjoyed mini golf and the public transportation bus on the island. I want to mention the quick response time when we had minor problems. The owner made sure that the dryer was repaired and working for us; the pool service was on time; and a glass pane in a kitchen cabinet was immediately repaired. I can tell that the owners and managers care about customer service and this is very important to me. How many times have you rented with a leaky roof or some nagging problem that goes unrecognized by the management group? We stayed only a week, but were longing to stay a few more days. Next time - maybe 2 weeks if we can swing it. We will definitely rent this house again next year or in the near future based on the superior quality, service, and location.

Ainsley Beach House is paradise! From the cozy beautifully decorated home with every detail box checked to the tropical private backyard. When we stepped out into the backyard we felt like we were at an exclusive resort and yet all by ourselves. Wonderfully landscaped pool area with lots of tropical plants and lovely seating areas. We loved the pool and the area to set a lounge chair inside the pool. There is so many wonderful shops and dining within walking distance. The beach is so close and easily accessible to the house. I literally couldn't say enough wonderful things about the Beach House as we are heading back there next year.

There were 7 adults staying in this beautiful house and we had such a great vacation! The house is decorated beautifully. The lush, tropical landscaping was beautiful, especially in the backyard around the fantastic pool! How fortunate to have our own private pool right outside our back door! Even though this is a duplex, everything is so private and secluded, you never really know anyone is around. The walk to the beach is an easy block walk and the walk is well worth it! We typically stay in the panhandle of Florida, and didn't think we could ever find anywhere else as nice, but we were wrong! The water of the beach was clear and clean and warm and the sand was so white and soft!! Lots of shelling too! Some must do's while you are on AMI - The BeachHouse Waterfront restaurant, kayaking with Surferbus (we saw dolphins and a pod of manatees!), pizza at Oma's and definitely a sunset or two! The management company was so professional and helpful. A vacation at Ainsley Beach House on Holmes Beach is a vacation you won't soon forget!
