Location, location, LOCATION!! Best part of the island, beautiful home, and way larger than you realize. It is on the bustling Pine Ave but I was never disturbed by the people or retail spaces around. Helpful communication with hosts. Pricey, but worth it. Would stay again. Thank you!

We stayed here over the 4th of July week and unfortunately it rained quite a bit of that week. However, the upside was that this property offered inside spaces that were roomy and comfortable and allowed for us to pivot from beach and water plans to having room enough to play card games, to play other games and to stream entertainment. When the weather broke, we really enjoyed the cute little swimming pool and deck area, cooking out on the grill, eating on the open air deck above the pool area and lounging on the separate front open air patio which fronted Pine Avenue and provided lots of relaxed moments and people watching. We were a group of family. We had 5 adults and one infant. We gave the primary bedroom to the new parents and the walk-in closet made for a quiet and light controlled nursery for the 3 month old baby. Thanks. 317 was a lot of fun.

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting AMI! It’s in a fantastic location near many cute shops, beach access, and restaurants. We enjoyed the two beautiful and spacious balconies. The massive master bathroom was so nice as well. The pool was great and well-maintained. It was also a nice added bonus to have 4 beach chairs, a cart, umbrella, and cooler. Would highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay! Great location. We rented bikes for the week right across the street. Very close to beach, shops and restaurants. The unit was beautiful and even more spacious than the pictures.

Great home and location! Was difficult to locate at first because it is home over commercial space and entrance is not on road of street address - you enter from side street. We asked the business located below and they directed us to the entrance.

My family and I had a perfect stay at Anna Maria island! The location was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pool was perfect. We have two kids under 5 and they loved it. AMI started communicating with us a week or so before the trip and were extremely responsive the whole time, providing recommendations to a great taxi service, a service that filled our kitchen before we arrived, etc. Honestly it was the perfect trip and one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We will definitely be coming back!

Our party of 6 - couple with 4 teenagers adored this large home with fantastic back and rear porches - We enjoyed people watching, quiet reading, morning coffee and evening cocktails. The beach is a quick walk and we used the wagon provided to bring what we needed to the white sand beach. The kids used the fishing reels provided and fished off the pier. The teens also joined the AMI Center for the day and made use of the tennis courts and fitness center - it’s just around the corner. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely seek out this property if we return to AMI.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and clean. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close to the beach and restaurants. We walked to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed reading on the porch in the morning then walking to our favorite coffee shop. It’s not often we find a place we care to go back to but we all said we hope to rent the same place again next year!

This apartment is in a great central location, 5 minutes walking to the beach, close to groceries, restaurants, and small shops. It's beautifully decorated, very spacious with two front and back porches equipped with comfy furniture .
The apartment was very comfortable, equipped with everything you need to enjoy summer vacations; beach chairs towels and a beach wagon.
We had wonderful stay in this place , highly recommended.

Had such a great stay! The space was very clean and cozy. The pool was smaller but perfect size, temp and tranquil. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots dishes and cookware/baking options (lots more than most Airbnbs I've stayed at.) Also came with a little cleaning start up pack with sponge, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods and dish soap which was super helpful. Location was super great! Almost dead center to all the shops and restaurants on the north end of the island and easy walk to all and beach. Loved the huge patios and the beach supplies (chairs, floats, umbrellas, toys.) The only thing I wish were different was a little more natural light during the day. Even with all the blinds open it didnt get very bright but the house had plenty of recessed lighting and lamps so wasnt a problem per se. AMI Locals/Accommodations were very friendly and helpful when I called with a couple questions, third time booking with them. Love the island and cant wait to visit again!

This is a great location in a beautiful home that was relatively quiet considering its location above a few shops. It is right on the trolley line which was easy to use getting around the island. We also enjoyed it's proximity to a quiet beach and local restaurants with exceptional food and cocktails. An added bonus is the unit's own private pool that was heated, and availability of 3 beach chairs with umbrella in a cart to easily haul things to the beach. The only frustration we had was difficulty of check in, and operation of the cable TV system. Otherwise, we had an incredible stay and will definitely stay there again if we have the opportunity.

We enjoyed our stay at the AMI Locals place. The location was perfect...close to the beach and shopping on Pine Avenue. The place was clean and accommodating. We loved sitting on the back porch in the mornings and evenings. We enjoyed the pool too. We would definitely stay there again! :)

Property was beautiful, clean, comfortable beds. Great location within walking distance of many shops, restaurants as well as bike and golf cart rental shop. The porches were the perfect spot to sit and have morning coffee and read. And the heated pool was perfect for an end of day dip.

This was a lovely unit with large, airy, beautifully decorated rooms and a convenient location. We did not realize until we got there that it was a above a store and that the entrance was around the back and up some steps, but it ended up not being an issue. The house was immaculate but the pool was not as clean. We had some minor issues that were mostly addressed very quickly. Large porches; wifi worked great.; close to shops and restaurants If you don't need a water view this is a very nice place and we would stay there again.

The property was very well maintained with many updated features. The location was perfect. It was right by a shuttle stop if you wanted to go further into the island but also right across the street from bike/golf cart rentals. Several nearby restaurants were only a minute or two walk from the property. There were two beaches easily within walking distance. I have a family of 6 with kids ranging from 5 to 13. There was plenty of room. The pictures don't do it justice. The property is actually a lot bigger than it looks. The outdoor areas off the front and back are terrific. The unit is elevated over a storefront but we never really noticed it at all. The saltwater pool off the back is nice but pretty small. Any more than two adults is probably too much. With the beaches so close, this wasn't an issue because the majority of our swimming was done there. WiFi was great for virtual meetings and school. This is a perfect place to get away from the craziness and relax but still have plenty of room to get some work done if necessary. I look forward to visiting again very soon!

Beautiful property! Clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The walk to the beach was nice. The only negative was when it rains allot, the pool floods and all the landscaping gets into it and it’s ugly and dirty, it takes an entire day to clear, unluckily for us we couldn’t enjoy it before we left

If you have not experienced the Gulf Coast, dont miss an opportunity to enjoy Anna Maria island. The house is over some retail shops but it is spacious and close to everything. Just 3 blocks from the beach and 5 blocks from the bay, walk to restaurants and shops. Only drawback, limited cooking supplies and traffic through town can get backed up in the high season.
