The Atlantis Beach House was perfect for our extended family vacation. We had 9 in our group- 3 kids and 6 adults- ages 8-75. Highlights included: fun pool/outdoor gathering space, 5 minute walk to the beach, comfortable/spacious rooms. The wagon and beach chairs were used daily at the beach. The only things missing from the house are pantry basics like oil, salt/pepper, etc. so plan accordingly.
Would recommend renting a golf cart as this location is mid-island and only a few restaurants are within walking distance.
The property managers were fantastic and responsive with any questions or concerns! Highly recommend booking with them. We hope to return!

The location was great for our family get together. Walking distance from the gulf side and the inlet side. Wonderful beaches. The house was huge, 9 bedrooms, large Livingroom and kitchen stocked with everything you need. There is also an elevator for those that need it that goes from the entry level all the way up to the top floor. Lots of nearby restaurants and good food.

What an amazing home! The most perfect 30th bday w our close friends (8 couples total) The home fit us all perfect w plenty of room to spare. Lots of parking (1 & 2 car garage + both driveways) The pool area= OASIS. A slide & waterfall, felt like a resort & extremely clean! Never bored with so many activities. The 2nd floor-spacious kitchen & living area w an awesome bar area & half bath. We spent majority of our time here. They had the basics, plenty of cups, plates, bowls, pots & pans. Just make sure to bring extra paper towels, hand soaps, garage bags & other kitchen essentials. 2nd floor-master w full bath, & 3 other rooms which shared a full bath. Third floor- 2 king rooms w en-suite baths, & a king room, bunk room, & a king w full bed & access to the roof (insane sunset view). 2 full bath outside w bonus trunk bed in 1. Short walk down the street to what felt like private beach, brought the many beach chairs & towels provided & enjoyed the water & sunset. We WILL be back! 10/10

Even though it rained part of our stay we still had a wonderful time and made great memories. Only one item of concern to note, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the pool area. Maybe have some type of mosquito/bug repellent like Citronella torches available. We did have the Off Spray but that didn’t work.Everything else was great. We will definitely come back.

Went to AMI for a family vacation. House was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was well maintained and very clean. Slight glitch with the small fridge in the bar area and toilet seat. But maintenance came out immediately to fix it. Couldn’t have been happier about the response. Can’t wait to come back and try another property since our next visit will be a lot less family. But, if we ever need a home this size again, this is where I would want to stay 100%

The house was even more beautiful than the photos. Our family had a wonderful time for spring break. We ranged in age from 7 to 70, and all of us were very comfortable. Our grandkids especially liked the slide in the pool.
The location is an easy walk to the beach, and plenty of towels and chairs were provided.

Group of 23 enjoyed the property for the week. Accommodations were good. A few suggestions: better couch on living room. New cushions for porch couch. A table for gathering by the pool would be ideal. Also, and I e maker in the bar area would have been amazing! We had a little trouble with the toilets flushing in a few. Bathrooms but nothing serious.

This was perfect for our group - we were traveling with a few adults and 9 teenage soccer players. The fact that there were plenty of bedrooms for the adults to have private bathrooms but enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably was great. There was plenty of space for everyone to "hang out", eat and relax. The pool/hot tub was we fantastic! The outdoor pool table, along with a ping pong table and also walkable to the beach. Will definitely be back here if soccer brings us back to Florida.

Amazing location! The house had enough space and fun amenities for the entire family. We stayed with a large group of people for our wedding week. You are right off of the ocean. The only issue we had was the refrigerator was not big enough for the amount of people we had, the ice didn’t work on it. Another thing to note is that they only supply 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and one trash bag per trash can, just plan on bringing extra if staying longer than a few days! Everything else was great and they responded very quickly with any issues we had.

We had our family reunion at the Atlantis Beach house. There were 16 adults and 5 children and we were all very comfortable. The amenities made the house a great hub for family to gather - we swam, played pool, had a ping pong tournament - and the location made beach access super easy!

This house is in a great location!! 3 minute walk to the beach, and great amenities that accommodated all 10 of us with ease. The backyard pool and lounge area was awesome. If you are going to book here, I HIGHLY recommend getting a golf cart as restaurants and grocery stores are a bit away and it’s pretty difficult to find UBER’s on the island.

House is huge and lives very easily. The backyard is completely fenced in, so it was super nice to let kids and dogs alike feel like they could do their thing while being contained. The location is great and the beach nearby is fabulous. The slide was a hit with the kids and we found the pool/hot tub to be perfect temperatures. You don’t get full sun exposure in the backyard pool, but you do get some sun. This was nice for us with kids and those that wanted more sun went to the beach two blocks away. Great trip and would highly recommend the house!

This house is stunning! Plenty of room to accommodate our family of 19. Very close to the beach, and lots of restaurants and shopping. An over abundance of Bath towels and beach towels provided. Also, lots of beach chairs and beach toys. Plenty of fridge space in the kitchen and wet bar area, lots of seating for eating together, and a large coffee pot and a keurig machine available. The outdoor pool/spa/game area was an absolute dream!!! A few minor issues with some burnt out lightbulbs and we were unable to take the elevator to the third level for some reason (we called the property manager on the first day and never received a call back); which was a minor inconvenience for one of our guests that was unable to safely navigate stairs. Beds and pillows it could be a bit more comfortable, and all the beds were very squeaky. Overall, would definitely recommend this house to anyone that asked and would definitely consider returning here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This house is EXACTLY as pictured but better if that’s even possible. The beds are super comfortable, the pool is incredible, the rooftop deck offered such a sweet escape and you can’t beat the location in terms of beach and things to do. My group of 15 never felt crowded in the slightest and everybody was thrilled to be able to come together for meals and activities but also have their own space for peace and quiet. I couldn’t be more pleased.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will certainly be booking another home with AMI locals. Our family of 11 was easily entertained during an unusually rainy week. We appreciate the efforts of the AMI team in helping us with an issue in the house that surprised us all but they showed up instantly and helped us through it. The short walk to the beach was great since we only had a few breaks in the weather to enjoy the beach and the kids loved it! It was awesome having a world class beach pretty much to yourself right at your fingertips. We also loved how CLEAN the home was upon check-in! WOW! Thanks again to the AMI locals team. The "Atlantis" was exactly what our family of 16 wanted and expected in a vacation home (8 adults plus 8 kids, ages 1 - 13). The pool with its many fun features was constantly is use ... the shade from the adjacent trees was a welcome break from our numerous sunshine-filled times on the beach (only 2 blocks away). The large open main floor, kitchen/dining area and the numerous decks were perfect for meals and socializing ... there was always a place where the kids could gather or the adults could relax together. The covered areas around the pool were great for reading, relaxing and watching the kids in the pool or adjacent game room areas. The neighborhood is quiet and access to the beach was simple and straightforward. The home was exceptionally clean and we immediately felt right at home. We would highly recommend this Vrbo property to any large family or group. As one of the grandkids stated ... "this was the best week ever!".

The house is really great. The pool is exceptional and has a nice 1’ deep pad for the little ones. We had some issues with the 2nd floor air conditioner which the property manager was able to get a technician out after hours. Unfortunately they were never able to correct the issue and provided us with a discount for our week. All in all we would stay here again. Had a great time.

We loved this place! This home gave all our adult kids and spouses their own room for privacy and plenty of space for joint gatherings. Beds were comfortable but very squeaky! Pillows were ok, I prefer feather. Kids and adults loved the pool with waterslide. The pool table got lots of use as did the ping pong table, dart board and foosball table. Beach umbrella,chairs, and beach toys were a nice perk so we didn't have to rent any. Don't bring beach towels because the home provides lots. The home could use more hooks in the pool area to hang up wet towels. The bathrooms were nice but could also use more towel hooks. Management was great to work with. Questions were responded to quickly. Our family will remember this trip for a long time. It was a dream vacation come true. Thank you.

Large home with great kids pool. Great design for living area flowing from front deck thru LR, DR and Kit to back deck. Nice beach with rare shade. Pool well shaded from heat of day sun, kind of tucks under house. Bedrooms were nice but only 3 on-suite baths. Good parking for about 7 cars, including garages. Clean.

This is a terrific property for a large family or group with a large number of bedrooms and large family rooms and a super pool area for entertainment. Very close to the nearby beaches and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The management was very responsive on a couple of small maintenance items we had and the staff was friendly and efficient. We had a great time and hope to be back again soon.

The property was absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for our family of 20! Everyone, including the adults loved the pool! The kitchen had everything we needed to make whatever meal we could think of! When we arrived the beds actually had a little sand in them, I don’t think they were cleaned too well, however that did not stop us! Andrea was extremely helpful and left us a booklet that told us good places to eat around the island, things to do, etc. Had a great time and will definitely be returning! Thank you so much!

The house was roomier than expected...plenty of bedrooms/ bathrooms and living/dining space. The well placed large decks added nice outside space to the living area. The pool was warm and we loved the water slide! Easy walk to the beach... even with toddlers. We were able to catch the free “ trolley “ just around the corner. Perfect!

This home is amazing and was perfect for our large family gathering. We had 16 people ranging in age from 5 to 75. We could walk to the beach, bay and town. Everyone loved their time not just in Bradenton Beach area with fishing, the beautiful beach and shopping, but we especially loved the house. It was our home for the week and we could not have made a better choice. We cooked most of our meals in the large and very well equipped kitchen and bar areas and played family games in the main living room. There was plenty of space for everyone (18 of us!), lots of bathrooms and every bedroom had its own special personality. Lots of room for visiting and lots of privacy at the same time. And then the pool and yard, wow, so much fun, our own private party space...swimming, ping pong, darts, billiards. The pool slide was such a hit, almost everyone took a turn! Some of us spent so much time in the pool we looked like prunes! Very happy wrinkled bodies. Bonus: the elevator, a Godsend for luggage going to the 3rd floor and all those groceries, a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to house a group in a beautiful beach home atmosphere. Management was wonderfully accommodating with a late check out so a few folks with afternoon flights could enjoy every moment. Great value!

This house is crazy! The pictures don't do it justice, it looks even better in reality. The Pool is awesome, you can play Billard, Darts, table Tennis, watch TV basically everywhere...The Kitchen has everything you can imagine, plus there is a nice BBQ. And did I mention there is an elevator? Crazy.Everything was neat and tidy. Andrea was really friendly and gave a lot of helpful Information. She made sure everything would go smoothly. We had a blast staying at this place and would definitely come back there if we ever visit Florida with a larger group again. Thanks!

We were here in October for a family vacation to celebrate our sisters birthday! We have a large family of 20 and this house was perfect! Plenty of room for all of us! Coffee on the front deck and breakfast on the back deck, then down to the pool and game room or the beach! The sunsets are amazing from the top deck! We did run into a hurricane that came close but didn’t dampen our fun. Spacious, well-appointed, stylish (LOVE the decor) home. Excellent amenities including a top notch pool and game room area. The kitchen is outstanding with ample seating and cooking area, double dishwasher, a separate bar/kitchen, etc. Rooms are lovely. Great location. We had a really wonderful trip, a combination of work (team meeting of 6 people -- and you could have fit 6+ more people EASILY!) and fun. I'll be back! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Plenty of room for all 23 of us. We expected to be able to get to the beach when we first booked the trip and split time between the beautiful pool and beach, however due to the Red Tide, we could only use the pool!! Thank goodness that the huge pool could accommodate all of us and keep us cool otherwise we would have cut our vacation short!!

We really enjoyed the Atlantis Beach House 2018! We had 13 grandchildren with us (and their parents) so the pool was a smash hit with all of them!!!! The king size beds were fabulous and we had plenty of room for all the family. We were able to shop, swim and eat in along with trying the local restaurants! The whole week was great!

Atlantis Beach House made the perfect location for an unforgettable Bachelorette Weekend. the house was gorgeous and provided enough space for all of us girls to hang out together in one room and escape for some private time if needed. The pool area with water slide became the primary gathering place for us all. The rooftop deck provide a tranquil escape when needed. Everything was perfect and I could not have imagined a more perfect location for an event. We loved it so much we want to make this a yearly girls vaca. And the property manager, Andrea, was wonderful and attentive.

This was our first trip to Bradenton Beach. Andrea was more than helpful in the time prior to our arrival, and provided quick feedback during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. The layout of the house provided plenty of room for our large group of 18. Everyone left with inspiration to return to our homes and redecorate using the same tasteful (not kitschy) beach theme that's been carried out through this home. The pool was enjoyed by all, and my 83 year old father even took a few turns on the water slide. Priceless! We appreciated having beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart provided for our use. I would rent this property again without hesitation! Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us!

We rented this gorgeous house for a bachelorette weekend, and it so exceeded all our expectations! It was exactly as advertised, only better. The pool was amazing, the rooms were so pretty and clean, and we loved everything about it. Andrea, the property manager, went above and beyond for us, and was our weekend wouldn't have as great as it was without her. I would definitely recommend booking this property to anyone. You'll be so happy with the location, the views from the rooftop patio, the pool, the house, the beaches, Andrea, and all that it has to offer!

If you ever have the opportunity to rent this house DO IT.We have been renting houses for years and this one is the best. Easy 1 minute walk to the beach, lots of great shopping and great golf courses with great rates all within 20 minutes of the house. The only thing I could come up with that would be a great improvement, especially for older people, is to install railings to enter and exit the hot tub and spectacular pool. We had one little issue with the ice maker and the maintenance people were there in 10 minutes.

We rented the Atlantis Beach House for a girls’ weekend and the entire experience was amazing. Andrea was a dream property manager through the entire process, answering many questions before we even booked and making sure we were happy until we left! The house itself is a dream - from the pool/waterslide all the way to the rooftop deck. We are already looking at date options for next year!

Second time to this home and we loved it yet again! Home has everything and more. A full bar off living room with ice maker and fridge is perfect to distract people from the kitchen. Kitchen is a dream with 2 diswashers and 2 sinks. Also double laundry is a must for a big home. We have rented other homes similar size but not having double diswashers and laundry. This home is perfect!!! We will be back! Also the pool spa and slide are incredible!!

The house was absolutely lovely, and the pool with the waterfall is so relaxing. Water slide is fun and quite fast! Plenty of balcony areas with seating for relaxing, and the observatory deck at the top has stunning views of the water. Easy walking distance to the beach. Perfect spot for a larger group or family trip. Our wedding party had a blast. Also, my experience with the property manager Andrea was stellar. I accidentally left my engagement ring in the bathroom when we checked out and was in a panic when I realized it later that evening. I contacted Andrea and she went to the house, found my ring, and met me to give it to me. She couldn't have been nicer. Love when you get great customer service to go along with a great vacation experience!

The house was beautiful .... in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the beach!!!.... We met a few neighbors who were amazing!!! Andrea met us upon arrival and gave us a quick tour of the home as well as answered any questions we had. I would definitely go back!!!!

I would recommend this home to anyone looking for the best experience at AMI! Andrea and her husband were so kind and attentive throughout the entire booking process I guarantee we will be back again soon. They met us at the house for check in and walked us through everything we needed to know for the house, and even had a little care package waiting for us with party hats and maps of and brochures of things to do around the area. The house itself was just stunning, very clean, gorgeously decorated, and in the perfect location. Overall it was an amazing 5 star experience.

My only complaint was that we were unable to take advantage of the pool partly due to the extremely cold weather and wind (which is not typical for this area at all, just our bad luck!) Unfortunately the hot tub never heated up enough for us to enjoy. Andrea was lovely to work with and responsive with any questions we had.

We want to move to this island! Our first visit here. House was perfect. Huge with all the touches of home. Amazing kitchen with everything. 2 dishwashers made cleanup after our family reunion easy! Perfect place for large groups. Space everywhere! Homeowners we so helpful during our stay. We will stay at their properties again. Just probably won’t need one this large! We enjoyed the sunset deck and the perfect location to beach. So close to beach but we had privacy you just don’t get on the beach! Slide and sitting area in Pool was perfect for kids.
