Great place!! Close to the beach, we walked with two kids everyday. They have everything you need, 2 beach carts, tons of chairs, appliances and kitchen gadgets to handle any meals. Grill was clean and they had all the supplies. Beds were comfortable, house was decorated very nice. We loved our stay!

Great place to stay and visit Anna Maria Island! Super close to the beach, great pool, super walkable and fun to take the trolley around the island. Great for 6 of us (2 kids), lots of space and fully stocked kitchen. Had a great time exploring and house had everything you needed for a fun beach day! Thank you for having us, we will be back!

House was spacious, pretty close walk to the beach with plenty of chairs and wagons to get everything there. Kids loved the pool and the waterfall.

This home has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation on AMI! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood which we really enjoyed. We were able to visit other busier ends of the island and walk to the beach everyday! The kitchen is well equipped and the home offers plenty of supplies. Pool table , foosball and ping pong are there for rainy days. Would like to have had a pen and paper for grocery lists, a sharing cabinet to leave extra paper goods and cleaning supplies and use of the elevators to bring our bags to the top floor but all in all we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy a fun-filled vacation on AMI

Clean! Very beautiful home, close to the beach. Comfortable beds and bedding. Kitchen is loaded with top end appliances and supplies. Outdoor grill space is fun, and storage space is full of beach chairs and toys from which to choose. We enjoyed the private pool. Would definitely rent it again.

Great Stay! Everything we expected and needed was provided.
Even the baking tray for our thanksgiving turkey! Great location in the more north/central part of the island. Close to trolley, Publix, and most importantly the beach. Plenty to keep the kids busy during the evening, pool, pool table, ping pong, fuse ball table. Plenty of beach accessories, chairs, wagons, umbrellas, volleyball, beach and soccer balls, frisbees, sand shovels, castle building accessories, boogie boards, cooler, pool noodles, you name it and it was probably available. GREAT JOB!!!

Great location. Short walk to the beach where we could watch the dolphins each night while we waited for the sun to set. Plenty of room for all of us and a great open concept where we could all be together and enjoy dinner and games.

The house is beautiful! The kids loved the jetted tub upstairs and the elevator. The pool is on the smaller side but great for a little one learning to swim. The house has plenty of plates and bowls but didn’t have extra trash bags. We loved having a fridge near the pool for beer and snacks. The house has tons of beach equipment and toys which saves you the need to stock up! We loved Anna Maria Island and will definitely be back!

We loved the location and functionality of this home. A short walk to the beach - (and ice cream!) the convenience of a well-stocked kitchen and the additional downstairs space with foosball and the patio really made for a nice week. The pool is a little smaller than the photos make it appear - but we still loved having it. Overall - the home was perfect for our needs and was a perfect place to vacation.

We had a great week at this property. The only shortcoming is the street noise in the front bedrooms. However, I would stay there again. The walk to the beach is ideal and a less crowded beach bc fewer homes in the area.

Our second stay at this property great house and location,clean and well equipped. Very short walk to the beach with the provided trolleys and beach equipment .Nice evening stroll to restaurants.Highly recommend a stay here ,we will be back for sure .

The house is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend this property for a family of 5 or 6. The furniture and all of the interior finished are high end. The house close enough to the beach to walk. There are plenty of beach chairs and beach carts and pool floats so u don’t need take anything. The rental agency also was very accommodating and friendly. I will be staying there again soon.

'Attitude By Latitude' was all the listing had promised. My family of five enjoyed the property very much. Everything about the house is perfectly planned. The pool although petite is a perfect break from the beach. The house is very conveniently located to convenience and the local food store. We really appreciated all the beach amenities great beach chairs and umbrellas! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location - quick walk to the beach or to shopping/cafes. The house had everything we needed and extras that were a huge hit with our kids - Wii and Foosball! The master suite was lovely. All the outdoor seating was great for afternoon reading and evening cocktails. The pool was smaller than the pictures make it look but still great for our two kids and perfect temperature. The only other info I'd share is that the bathroom layout isn't ideal for multi-family use. Would have loved a connected bathroom on the main floor bedroom and a lower level bathroom for easy access from the pool, but can't really complain. Just one of those things we noticed.

This vacation home has it all! The owners spared no expense from the pots and pans to the wonderful outdoor living space. Just a block from the beach. The wagon made it easy to get the beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler down to the beach. We will absolutely rent this one again. When I sent an email maintenance was there within the hour. I was very surprised they came that quickly. The house is big enough for people to have privacy and it's cozy enough for family time.

Beautiful house with everything to make our vacation comfortable it was extremely well equipped and just a trolley ride away to all our favourite restaurants and a few steps away from the beach my family enjoyed everything about this great house and we would definitely recommend it 😊

What a great house! It was equipped with absolutely everything we needed including beach chairs with a great wagon to take to the beach. The kitchen had top of the line everything. All we had to do was unpack and start to have fun. I highly recommend this home.

We stayed as a large family of 6 and one toddler and this was the perfect place! Bedrooms were very spacious, had everything we needed and kitchen was completely stocked. The house is updated and very clean, and having laundry on site was a wonderful bonus. There is everything you could need for the beach and the pool, you really only need to bring clothes and your own food. We were able to check in early and were given recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Anna Maria Accommodations was a pleasure to deal with. We will definietly be back!

Fab house with everything provided and 2 minutes walk to the beach. The pool area excellent with sunbeds and lovely seating area with outside seating area plus bar stools with eating area, bbq and large fridge/freezer. Inside living area beautiful and excellent kitchen. Master bedroom over all of top floor. Just a lovely house, we really enjoyed our stay. Five minutes drive to Publix and close to good restaurants and bars. Would definately book again.
