You can enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool or challenge your friends and family to a game in our complete game room, which includes ping pong, foosball, and a pool table. Located in the heart of Holmes Beach, the breathtaking gulf beaches, shopping, restaurants, and a trolley stop are all within easy walking distance.

As soon as you walk through the door, you'll notice the meticulous attention to detail. The hardwood floors sparkle, and the vibrant artwork adds a pop of color to the cozy living room, which is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and all the cookware essentials you'll need to prepare delicious meals to fuel your guests for island adventures. You'll love the ample seating options at the kitchen island, formal dining table, and on the deck.

Take the elevator to the secluded primary suite that occupies the entire third floor. The suite features two comfortable chairs in front of a TV, a work desk, and a private balcony where you can enjoy the refreshing Gulf breeze. The primary ensuite bathroom is the ultimate relaxation spot, featuring a soaking tub, a step-in shower, and a walk-in closet to store all your island clothing. The second and third guest rooms are adorned with stunning island-themed decor and premium mattresses. Guests can use the hall bathroom, which has a shower and tub combination. For added convenience, there's a half bath, sleeper sofa, and a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

Not only does it feature a gorgeous pool with a peaceful waterfall, but it also includes a decked out covered patio furnished with woven wicker furniture, a bar, a fridge, a BBQ grill, and a TV. Additionally, an outdoor shower is conveniently located on the side of the house.

3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
