Location was great, right off Pine and very near great restaurants, ice cream, shops, pier and small Bay beach. Direct shot down to the bigger beach and easy to find street parking. Very clean, great space, unique layout but kids had no problem sleeping on the trendle and sleeper couch.

Everything was excellent. Our only complaint was the pool alarm on the front door. We were unsure what to do the first time and it would go off every time you enter which was annoying.

I really liked this condo, has a lot of space, great location and looks exactly like the pictures! Great restaurants, shops and the pier right across the street. Pool is very nice with a lot of seating, tables and grills. There is a condo above this one so you can hear walking around sometimes , but overall loved this condo and would stay here again!

Excellent little place. Only negative was some noise from upstairs and if you want to sleep in they start blowing outside your windows around 8:50am. Great space very comfortable. We loved it!

A terrific stay. I have stayed in many vacation homes and this was definitively at the top of my list for cleanliness, location and overall service. There is a unit above this unit, and you could hear them walking at times, but it was not bad. I would definitely stay here again. AMI has so much to offer we had a great time.

From check in to check out, everything was smooth and clean. The best part about it was the location, I couldn’t t have asked for a better time spent for my sisters birthday. The condo had everything we needed along with a booklet of answers to any questions. It’s such a beautiful place and extremely well kept. If you are sensitive to noise keep in mind it does travel easily from upstairs. We personally don’t care and had a great time anyway. They also have an alarm feature which was great but kind of annoying to have to remember to press it so it wouldn’t sound whenever entering or leaving the apartment, but that was such a minor thing. We will most definitely return (:

We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was close to several restaurants and shops. If you want to go to the beach you can walk across the street or you can walk a little farther to the other side of the island. The unit had everything we needed including a great pool.

A very spacious apartment with a nice pool and pool deck within a block from the Bay and city pier on Anna Maria. Try the beach at Bean Point to the left about 10 blocks with parking available about three blocks away from the beach access point.
Best beach on Anna Maria!!! The apartment was very clean and the management company was very responsive!
Be sure to bring your own salt, pepper, sugar and coffee filters though because these are not provided. A suggestion has now been made to the management company to provide at least the little packets and perhaps a metal filter so guest don't have to hassle with those little details.
CAUTION Also, for families with small children, please be aware that the door of the apartment is inside the fenced-in area around the swimming pool, hence the pool may pose a danger especially if the alarm installed on the door has a battery that isn't charged or is turned off. CAUTION

Quiet island, very hard to find food after 9 pm, definitely not a party island. The beaches are just like the pictures, too many rules on boat and other toys rentals, but you can find other options with not many restrictions outside of the island

Great layout and fantastic location. The parking is also convenient. We had a wonderful stay and the management company was very easy to communicate with. The only issues that may be helpful for future guests were that footsteps and general noise from the guests in the second floor rental can be heard in this unit. We also found the king size bed in this unit quite noisy and not very comfortable. Fortunately, the positives outweigh the two negatives so we would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our visit. Property was close to the beach, spacious and clean. We used the kitchen multiple times for breakfast lunch and dinner. We walk to ice cream every night and the shops on Pine Avenue. Even with the shared pool we pretty much had it to ourselves the entire time. Only drawback to the property would be the sound of people walking upstairs and early morning deliveries across the street for the restaurant. We will definitely stay here again and we’re very happy with AMI locals

We had a lovely stay and it was perfect for our large group of 5 girls. Having two bathrooms was especially helpful. Everything was super clean and the pool was amazing!! It was nice and warm and the tall surround protected it from the wind. They left us plenty of towels for our four day stay and we never needed a thing. The kitchen had lots of dishes and cooking supplies, but no food at all other than salt and pepper, so make sure to come prepared with things like oil and spices. The beds were comfy and we were able to spread out well in the space, allowing for privacy and lots of room. Would totally stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

The unit was more spacious than we expected and very nice. We walked around the corner for breakfast and coffee, ordered delicious dinner from the restaurant right across the street, and walked to two different ice cream places during our stay. Our 4yo enjoyed the pool just as much as the beautiful near by beaches. My family and I were extremely pleased over all and wished we could have stayed longer.

Loved the pool too, we got a lot of use out of it. The only thing is that it doesn’t have a washing machine or dryer but it wasn’t a problem for me and my family

We stayed at this condo for four days and had a wonderful time! The condo is beautifully decorated and so clean. The pool is heated, large and has plenty of seating in and out of the sun. You can walk from the bay to the gulf and back in less than 10 minutes. Everything is so quaint and no lack of places to eat. The Waterfront was fabulous, Rod and Reel was not fancy, but the food was out of this world and you are sitting on the water with perfect views of the Tampa bridge in the distance. A nice walk to get ice-cream and watch the sunset is a perfect remedy for anything. The white powder sand beaches and gorgeous blue water was on both sides. If you need to get away...this is the place to do it!

We spent 4 nights in this beautifully redone property right across the street from the bay and the wonderful Waterfront Restaurant. The condo was spacious and well-decorated. The shared pool was a bonus. The location was perfect, as it is located one block from Pine Street with many shops and food offerings, and it is several blocks from the gulf. Nikki was quick to respond to all of our concerns and questions during the booking process. The one thing that could be improved upon is the fact that there was no hot water in the master bathroom. We were, however, able to get hot water in the second bathroom. We definitely recommend this property!

The building is wonderful. Nicole is quick to reply and eager to help. A few minor critiques; the Hwt tanks are two small and run out of hot water quickly. The LED pot lights really need a dimmer - you could land a jet inside when they are on. The digital receiver in the living room does not work well at all and each unit could use a small makeup mirror. Great location, easy walking to many great bars and restaurants.
