Property and location are absolutely wonderful. Loved walking to the pier every morning for coffee and a pastry — and watching the sunset there in the evening. Only complaint is the beds were crazy loud. You couldn’t roll over without waking up from the noise.

We enjoyed our stay! The location was amazing and you could walk to everything. We rented a golf cart and had no issues with charging it. The pool was great. No one was ever there when we went and it was super relaxing. Our only complaint was that we could hear the neighbors upstairs who partied until 3am but other than that we would definitely stay here again! :)

This was such a fantastic location! Steps from the beach, perfect little outdoor area to sit and listen to the waves, great pool. It’s less than a block from restaurants and ice cream. The unit was clean and bright. As mentioned in previous reviews, the beds were terribly loud. Every little movement seemed to wake the other person (we were a group of 4 adults) and none of us were able to sleep well. The location more than made up for that but it was still a disappointment since it’s hard to go two nights on very little sleep. Overall a great place to stay for a fun weekend on AMI.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay at this AMI location. So well located and literally a walk across the street to the beach and many delicious restaurants and eateries nearby (within walking distance) from you. The Airbnb was very accommodating making myself and guests want for nothing. They had all the necessary dishes, toiletries, and even extra beach towels for use. We would definitely plan to stay in this same Airbnb, or at least the location when visiting again. Check-in/check-out was also very smooth and convenient. I would recommend it to friends and family. Best of all, Dog-Friendly!

Great location and a clean unit. One downside was the noise from the guests above us. We could hear them walking around and it sounded like they were wearing cement shoes. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Clean place with a convenient location. You can hear the people in the unit above walking, but it was never unreasonable or problematic. The beds are firm but not by any means uncomfortable. There is a trolley stop right outside, but we never took advantage of it since we had a rental car. It's a good place for 2 couples, but 3 would require using the pullout. We had 3 guys so no issue there. Also, great communication and easy check-in--we would book again with AMI in a heartbeat.

Started 3 nights with 3 adults. Location is perfect. Across from waterfront restaurant, walking distance from Pine Ave and Anna Maria Island Pier. Rented bicycles and cycled around the island didn't need to drive at all. Beautiful weather. Lol area great and not crowded at all.

Great location cute condo. This was perfect for me and my two daughters who are nine. It was very clean and the location is great as you have the restaurant right next-door and ice cream. Just a few steps from the beach and the pier which was a lot of fun. The only feedback is that we could hear the people above us every move they made And they certainly stayed up late. But AMI was very responsive with the situation. Other than that another mirror in one of the bedrooms would be helpful. I recommend the property

We had a great getaway! Condo was cute, clean, location was awesome! Definitely stay there again. The only thing is the mattresses are ready for new ones. They are hard and make noise with every turn!

This beach bungalow was a two day finale to our Ana Maria Island family vacation. We stayed with our 3 teenage sons. Having two king size beds and a sofa bed were paramount for comfort. This location was impeccably clean and suited our needs. My only suggestion would be to place a mirror in the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom for the female of the group for getting ready.

We had such a wonderful stay here. Great location, right across the street to a beautiful beach & close to restaurants, ice cream & shops. They had everything we needed from kitchen things to beach supplies like chairs & umbrellas. The pool was so nice to & we had it to ourselves most of our stay here. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Perfect location and in the nicer end of the island. The unit was very clean and perfect for our family, loved the private entrance and outdoor area. Was very thoughtful to have all the beach necessities available and laundry machines. Private pool is perfect as well. The location is very close to restaurants and all the shops on Pine Avenue. We were able to makr a cup of coffee and walk across the road to watch the sunrise. Trolley stop is only a block away so we didn't drive the whole time. We will definitely be renting again.

This place was perfect for our family vacation of 4. Clean, close to the beach and restaurants. Has everything you need. The only negative thing I can say is that it had a bit of a strong bleach or lysol smell. However, it might be just me, because I am sensitive to smells. Everything else was perfect!

We loved our week long stay at this condo. The condo itself is well stocked. The location can't be beat. It is directly across the street from the bay beach, and maybe a 10 minute walk to the beautiful gulf beach. Plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. The pool is very nice. The only suggestion I would make to the owners would be to add a mirror to each bedroom. There are only two mirrors in the entire condo, and they're both in the bathroom.

The bungalow was great. Very clean and updated. The location was great also. The bay is across the street and most times it was almost like you had the beach and water to yourself on the bay side. The water at the ocean is gorgeous. The walk to the ocean is not bad (1/2 mile ) at all and you can drive and park down by the ocean. Can't wait to travel to AMI again. And the owners were very easy to contact and deal with.

Spent five memorable days at Bayfront Bay Breezes. The condo was beautifully appointed with beach decor and modern finishes, as well as all of conveniences a family would need for an enjoyable vacation. The location just around the corner from Pine avenue made for convenient trips for coffee or ice cream. We will definitely be back!

The condo was extremely well kept, clean and comfortable. The outside property was also well maintained. Communication at booking and information after was very professional and helpful. The location was close to many of the fine restaurants and views on the Island. The private pool, which was used by only 5 condos, was perfect for the windy days when you didn't want to sit on the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is across the street from the ocean and just a short walk to the beach. There’s also a great restaurant across the street. The rental was clean and comfortable for our family of 4. We loved that everything was walking distance from the rental.

We truly enjoyed the city of AMI. Taking bike rides around the town to sight see, eat and shop was an additional treat to the beautiful beach and excellent restaurants. This is a bottom unit and the only drawback is hearing the people above you move chairs or stomp. Other than that, we look forward to renting again!

Location was great- Waterfront restaurant nextdoor was convenient and delicious. The nearby pier and beaches were beautiful. Decor in the home was adorable, beds were comfy (2 kings!), and we made use of the beach chairs and pool noodles. We were the only ones at the pool most of the time, and it was perfect! Tip- just rent a car rather than using a golf cart. Aside from the Waterfront, we usually headed south on the island for our meals, but everything was close. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved staying here. It's just steps from the beach, shops and pier. The pictures are exactly what you get-very nice. Anything we needed, the management responded quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved this cozy Bayfront unit. Located next to the waterfront restaurant was so nice. Perfect location for shopping across street and even the city pier. The kids loved the well heated pool and private beach right out front! Nobody was on this beach the entire stay. We will be back!!
