We have been coming to the island for a few summers now, and this year I wanted to be a closer walk to beach access. This place did just that! Very short walk to a great beach area. The house was just enough for the four of us, it fit our needs. I recommend if you’re a small family, looking for easy beach access at a good deal!

We had a great time at this property with 3 generations of family. Everyone had space and was comfortable. The patio space was exceptional and we spent every evening out there. The beach was a short walk away. Very well equipped. My parents - who are in their 80s - were able to navigate with ease.

This was our first stay on Anna Maria Island and we were not disappointed. We were looking for a comfortable, spacious close to the beach, home to stay with our family and this was exactly what we found. The home was clean and ready for us to stay at. the amenities were exactly what were described on the listing. The location of it as ideal as it was very close the beach, about a 5 minute walk to be exact.
We are already looking to book for next years vacation. Thank you so much for to AMI accommodations for everything!

Great location, nice private back yard with pool. Easy to park a golf cart at the beach entrance (if you have a lot of stuff) or just walk the 1.5 blocks to the beach.

The house was as described. The location to the beach (walkable) was excellent and the beach had crystal clear water and nice sand, not over crowded and views for days. The area was quiet and met our every day needs as a family. It’s a quiet island feel with some nice restaurants and shops but not overly touristy which was perfect for us. The pool in the backyard was a plus as our boys swim everyday and evening. Would definitely recommend to others and would look forward to coming back!

Great place with a warm homey feel. Plenty of space with lots of sleeping space. The beach is so 1 block away and there’s a beach buggy making it easy to bring the beach chairs and toys that’s also included. The pool and hot tub was also so much fun for the kids and adults- just have to play with the switch to get the hot tub warm. Parking enough for 3 cars. There’s a coffee maker (not a Keurig). The place has pretty much everything you needed- just bring laundry detergent if you plan on washing clothes, dish sponge and dish soap. We had a great time and communication was so easy and prompt. We had a great vacation at this rental. We used both the pool and the hot tub and enjoyed walking to the beach-nearby. My only suggestion would be to freshen up the sofas. They are getting a bit old and pilled. I’d also get a new vacuum for the house.

This house was perfect for our family. We only had a few learning the home issues like how to operate the pool because it has a lot of leaves and stuff in the skimmer that stopped the pool completely. We done a lot of “help” to solve the issue like cleaning it and emptying the filters, but once we got it up and going it was great! There was an issue with one of the back bedrooms not staying cool, but the fans they provided helped. Overall, we would stay at this property again, and will book with AMI Accommodations again! Thanks for the welcome to AMI!

This house was prefect for the 8 adults on this trip. A 3 minute walk to the beach and an amazing pool area that is very private!!! The only issue is that you have to go through the bedrooms or front door to get to the pool area. It was not an issue for us, but I know that some would not like that. The house comes with everything you need for relaxing by the pool and it also has beach chairs! The hot tub was nice to relax in after a long day!! I hate that the price has doubled for next year because I loved this house!!

We had a great time with our five children. The living space was nice and open. The beds were all comfortable and the place had a clean beachy vibe. The outdoor shower with warm water was a definite plus for rinsing off the sand after going to the beach. Our only complaint was that it needed more kitchen cookware and eating utensils. There were only enough utensils for one meal, so we were constantly washing our forks and spoons. It would also have been nice to have a pizza pan, a 9x13 baking dish, and a larger pot. Other than that we loved the place!

Pros: Loved it! Beach so close, great pool, clean. I would not bring 8 people as sitting area small but 4 was perfect and 6 would probably work. Cons: Only 2 beach chairs as far as beach supplies. That’s about the only negative. We are thinking of Beach Cottage next year for a month!!

My family and I enjoyed our week stay. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for 8 people to relax. The pool and hot tub were a joy. We did have a problem with the Wi-Fi, but did figure out a way to use it. Would come back. Thank you for everything

Loved the house! Exactly as advertised. Pet friendly with a fence around the pool area. I would definitely book again. Just beware of noise after 10pm as the rear neighbor will call the police and first offense is a $75 ticket....

The location was great! It was just a short walk to the beach! Check in/out and procedures with AMI Accommodations was excellent! The only complaint I have was there was a hair in one of the beds when we pulled the cover back, but that stuff happens! No big deal! The pool and hot tub worked perfectly! We took our own, but there was beach chairs, about four or five, and two umbrellas available for our use. There was also a great grill and lots of towels, both bath and beach. Great place. It comfortably slept eight, five adults and three children, all under ten. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Nice property , however with the mesquites in the morning & evening we had to burn citronella constantly .... a outdoor fan would have been a BIG help in keeping them down , also there are some old rusty chairs against the fence needing trashed we hauled old broken umbrellas & a bag of DOG poop left behind from previous guests out to the trash . So Outdoor area needs better maintained before guests arrive ! All in all great location and would recommend this property !

Beautiful pool comfy beds and fully equipped with everything we needed, add food and your favourite beverage and ENJOY! Loved the area, house close to beach (600 foot walk), rented bikes (from Lazy Turtle which was awesome guy to deal with), used free trolley for all the travel we needed to do. We did rent a pontoon and went on 3 hour tour (actually 8 and it was fantastic). Of course the weather was perfect for most of the week and plenty of restaurants to hit (Harry's and Mermaid) were my favorite.

This house was perfect! Lovely pool and jacuzzi surrounded by the most lush greenery providing the utmost privacy. The living/dining area was very conducive to the group while bedrooms allowed for privacy with separate entrances. The beautiful beach is a very short walk. The office was a dream to correspond with, all so happy and accommodating. The pool light went out and they were there to check on it within an hour! I would highly recommend this property.

Our main thing was getting to the beach within 2 minutes or walking. My only regret is not renting a golf cart way ahead of arriving. But it was nor problem to buzz down in the car with the chairs and then walk back. we had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the house was perfect.

BEACH COTTAGE: Great location! Only a short walk to the beach! We needed a 1 story house due to having a toddler and elderly dog where we needed to not worry about stairs. The home featured an open floor plan where after long days at the beach was perfect for spending still quality time as a family. The kitchen, dining and living area was very comfortable for all. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking for a family of eight. Each bedroom was spacious and every family member had their own baths including the outdoor shower. The pool was crystal clear and very refreshing after a full day at the beach. Our stay at Beach Cottage was most enjoyable and most certainly would reserve this property again. The leasing company was very helpful upon arrival and if we needed anything at all during our stay they were very accommodating. The only minor inconvenience we had was when we were ready to use the grill the tank was empty. It was after hrs. for the leasing company when we noticed this so we managed to find a store to refill the tank on our own. This probably should be something that needs to be checked prior to using . On a positive note the management was very diligent with the concern we had about the alarm system being in proper working order on the doors which lead to the pool being we had a toddler. This was a huge safety concern and they took every step necessary to have the alarm working to full capacity. We were very grateful. We would recommend Beach Cottage to family and friends in the future. The nightly sunsets were amazing!

First time visit to Anna Maria Island and it was fantastic!! The staff at Anna Maria Island Accomodations were fantastic to work with and the Beach Cottage home was exactly what we were looking for. The house was beautifully decorated with beach theme ideas and it was very clean and neat. Upin arriving there was a "Welcome to AMI" gift and information that was helpful to attractions on the island. Everyone was so helpful in booking our vacation that we visited the office to personally thank the staff. While visiting them we found their cute gift shop next door and purchased several gifts for family members back home. I would totally recommend the Beach Cottage Home and Anna Maria Island Accomodations to book with!!!!
