The house was wonderful with lots of space, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, and entertainment provided. The chairs provided for the beach was greatly appreciated and the pool was a common place for us to gather in the evenings. Communication was easy and quickly replied to when needed!! We had a fantastic time at Beach Haven. We had a big group - 4 parents, 7 teens and an 8-year-old. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pool, slide, hot tub and adjacent game area was a huge hit. We initially had to work out some kinks with the hot tub, but the property manager was responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Location was perfectly low key for us, extremely walkable to coffee, restaurants, an Italian market, and shops. 4 minute drive to groceries. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Beach wagons, umbrella, chairs and beach towels are provided. Suggestions: The mattresses need replacing. They are lumpy and noisy. We survived. Hooks in bathrooms and outside would help a lot to be able to hang towels and wet suits. The kitchen came equipped with salt and pepper. It also has a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker, which is convenient. We would have liked more forks, a couple of larger frying pans, and a griddle for making pancakes. Overall we would not hesitate to come back, and would definitely recommend!

We stayed here last August and had a wonderful time celebrating multiple graduations and cornerstone birthdays with family we do not get to see often enough. The walk to the beach was simple and the teenagers were free to come and go as they pleased. And the beach was breathtaking- we even had a manatee showing off its interpretive dancing in the surf amongst swimmers! The pool was fantastic. Even though they are not little kids, the teens, 20-somthings, and a few adults enjoyed the slide. The spa wasn't heating up at first (not that it is needed in August), but management was responsive and sent a tech out to check on it quickly. We are hoping to be able to do it again!

It was everything we needed! With 9 adults and 10 grandkids under 10 we all enjoyed this home! Plenty of room to have peace and quiet if you need it! Loved the pool and slide!! Enjoyed the pool and foosball tables. The landscaping around the pool is beautiful!! We had a strong one night and woke up with palm branches and coconuts in the hot tub! Short walk to the beach was nice but the red tide was bad. Burnt our eyes and coughed and got a sore throat. One of the best things was the ice cream place was a block away! The kids loved this! We had trouble with the dryer. It kept tearing clothes up. We had to go to the laundromat just a block away. They were very good at compensating us though for the ripped and stained clothing. I would highly recommend this place if you have a big family! Bring bug spray, mosquitoes were pretty bad!!

We lived our stay at Beach Haven. Everyone had their own bedrooms and for the most part, bathrooms. The adults loved the rooftop deck for sunrises and late night glasses of wine. The water slide was a big hit with all the kids. Nice 2-3 block walk to the beach but the kids’ favorite was the one block walk to Small Town Creamery which they did every day for a yummy ice cream treat. Perfect house for multi-family trips. Would definitely rent again!

Beach Haven was a fabulous house for our large family ranging in ages from 2.5 months to 65 years. The kitchen was well equipped and updated, we had plenty of towels and the decor was perfect. It’s a bit of a hike to the beach with tents and little ones, but wagons were provided. Exploring the island was not an option due to COVID-19. Fantastic rental and we had a blast.

We loved our week stay at Beach Haven on Anna Maria Island! The location of the house is perfect, close walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a very short walk on a quiet road to the beach. The house was awesome! We loved the many private bedroom/bathroom suites with plenty of privacy for everyone. The common areas are beautiful and the pool area is amazing! The only drawback were the mosquitos! AMI locals was very quick to respond to a minor problem. Check in and check out was super easy and convenient! We would definitely love to stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful time at this property! Perfect place to gather as a family. Everyone was able to have their own personal space and also be together! Very comfortable, clean and great location! I will warn that the outdoor area we thought we would be in the entire time and due to the bugs and shade, we didn’t enjoy it like we hoped to! My kiddos left with a lot of bug bites, definitely invest in some sort of repellent! Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. They made it very easy for a large party to feel at home and have SO MUCH fun! Would definitely stay here again & have had many friends ask about the property after seeing my photos!

This house provided the perfect fit for our family’s get together - 6 sisters celebrating our mother’s 95th birthday. Everyone enjoyed the king bedrooms with en-suites. The pool and outdoor living area were resort-style. The rooftop deck to watch sunsets was awe inspiring. The hot tub was a nice touch here too! The island provided lots to see and do - beach, shopping, refreshments - all within a short walking distance. The Waterfront Restaurant was worth the very short drive for great seafood. A wonderful experience all around!

The whole family , 14 in all, spent the week loving the house, the neighborhood and the island. The house was large enough for everybody - bedrooms and baths. The eating area was tight for all of us, but when you have the most beautiful pool area - who cares.

Beach Haven was WONDERFUL! This was our 1st attempt at a full family vacation to include our adult children with grandchildren. This home was a blessing and provided everyone with their own space. Very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The week we were on AMI was a bit rainy. That didn't matter with Beach Haven. Lots of covered area outside, including an area with a gas grill, pool table, foosball table and TV. Everyone enjoyed the pool, perfect for any age. Thank you, Andrea, for proving such a lovely place for families to come together with everything that is needed for a great stay. I highly recommend with 5 stars!!

Everything was just as promised. It was so nice to not have to haul all the beach stuff down there with us. Everything we need was there. Beach chairs, carts, coolers, beach toys. We love the pool area it was like being on our own tropical island. Beach was a short walk and it was a short ride to the Bay Side. We rented a golf cart and did not use our car the whole trip. A/C in the house worked great. The outdoor pool area was awesome, plenty of chairs and lounges. Several restaurant were in walking distance. This was our first trip to Anna Marie Island and we really enjoyed it. Our favorite restaurant was the Anna Marie Island Oyster House. We ate at the one on the island and the one in Cortez the menus were a little different. On the bay side we found much sea life including starfish, hermit crabs, and several types of sea shell creatures. We saw dolphins there and one was only a few feet from us. We had never found so many sand dollars that were as big as the ones out there. We did not remove any of the sea life from the area we left it for all others to enjoy also. If we come back to AMI next year this is where we will be staying (If available).

Able to walk easily to the beach, shopping, meals, and the Freckled Fin (tons of fun for the adults)! Our family had a terrific time, the home was clean and accommodated our family perfectly (it is uncommon to have so many king beds and on suites). The kitchen is well stocked, they even had a crock pot and blender. The location is a short walk to a quiet beach and it is very convenient to all of the amenities you may need during your stay. The property manager was responsive and was quick to fix an issue we were having with one of the toilets. Overall it was a relaxing stay and we all want to come back again.

We had a fantastic reunion in this beautiful and spacious home. The pool/spa was gorgeous and private. There was plenty of outdoor patio space to enjoy the coastal breeze. The interior was immaculate and comfortable. We were able to walk to a local coffee shop, restaurants, bars, and the beach within minutes. Perfect location and stay for a reunion with friends. Beach Haven was the perfect spot for our getaway! The home itself was very clean and the beds were comfy. It’s super close to the beach (3 min walk) and right near dining, shops, and fun bars. The Doctor’s Office (bar) is a must stop and just down the road! The pool area is amazing with a fun waterslide and large hot tub. We will definitely be back!!!

This is the most beautiful house my husband and I have EVER stayed in! Our stay was such a pleasure. The pool area was DEFINITELY our favorite, but the location was INCREDIBLE. We enjoyed the Drs office for cocktails and the beach was a close walk to watch the sunset. Other than that, we really didn’t want to leave the house it was so fun! We had never stayed on the island so did not know what to expect. Our family of 20 stayed and we loved this house and the beach! It is set up so well to enjoy every minute your there.
