We had a wonderful stay. Our family enjoyed the pool, ping pong, and outdoor dining. The location of the house was fantastic with a short walk to the beach, and all the shops/dining available on Pine Street. House was super clean.

Home was perfectly located just a block away from the wonderful Sandbar restaurant and bar & had serene privacy with the private salt water pool! The rooms are quite small, but sufficient for our family as we didn’t spend much time in our rooms anyways!

We loved this home for our 2025 vacation. It is in a great location close to beaches and food. The garage game area was amazing. We opened up the garage doors, let the breeze blow through and hung out down there alot.

We had a great time at Beachcombers. It was well appointed and a super convenient location, walkable to the beach and restaurants and quiet off the main drag. Plenty of room for our family with 3 bedrooms. Amazing outdoor pool area! We would stay there again 100 percent. Thanks also for making early check in available for our toddler to take a nap!

Just a 2.5 block walk to the big beach on the West side for sunsets. Just a bit further to the East for sunrises, and Cool Beans coffee shop. Also of note is the house had great wifi and the pool is salt water and heated. These nice features were not part of the description, so now you know what we didn't. House and kitchen are well stocked with everything needed, which was great, as we cooked there for most meals.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and things were well taken care of. The location is perfect with coffee shops, restaurants, and even a golf cart rental within walking distance. Our kids loved having a pool although it was pretty warm and not exactly refreshing. We understand this is pretty much impossible to avoid in Florida in July heat.
The front porch area was a nice place to sit and relax and then out back there was plenty of seating by the pool.
We weren’t provided with the info on how to access the garage area with the ping pong table, sitting area, and laundry. It wasn’t in any check in info. Thankfully once we texted the number we were given we got a quick response on the code needed for that area.
Great parking on site.
One downside was there were huge ants on the pool deck which wasn’t ideal with kids.
Overall we were happy with the house and our experience with the rental company. We loved the area and we’ll be back for sure.

Great place to stay! Location was wonderful. Could easily walk to the beach and some of the restaurants near the house. We also rented a golf cart and were able to get to some of the other activities/restaurants. Pool was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with lots of shops and restaurants to walk to as well as the beach. Pool was great and needed a cleaning so we contacted AMI and one was sent right away. House could use a deep clean and some new comforters and pillows. Stains on sofa and dining chairs. Must make a grocery store order because there are sparse items left such as toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper. All in all a great trip!

This was a wonderful place for our family’s vacation! The pool is saltwater, well-kept and perfectly heated. Their service person came while we were there and happily tested the water and treated as needed, just the standard check in but it made me happy since some pools are over or under treated. The downstairs space has two tables and a fridge and laundry and we were able to keep snacks and drinks downstairs and even watch some tv when we wanted. We spent most of the time outside but the interior was roomy and comfy. The location can’t be beat. I would mention that it is equipped, but doesn’t have “staples” like salt and pepper, so bring whatever cooking ingredients you need. Looking forward to staying here again!

This was a wonderful location to everything!! Easy to get around. Everyone we would meet we’re always so friendly! We just love AMI!
The house was just like the pictures. Very clean and kitchen was well equipped. Pool area was amazing. Kinda sad that you don’t get coffee, or coffee filters. Toilet paper you only get 2 rolls. But you can order through Instacart and it was very quick delivery.
And I guess the only thing that I wish was you could get to the basement/pool area without going outside. But definitely not a deal breaker.
Also, if you like to sleep with a box fan that was not available but we bought one and left it. Hope it stays at the house for future guests! Thanks again!!

Ami has surely doubled in price so it’s so important to go choose a quality place to stay.
Cleanliness: overall it was very clean with the exception of some dust in common areas (living room) and with the extra sheets within the closet. I addressed it however it wasn’t resolved and we went to buy our own
detergent and washed ourselves as my daughters were using the blankets and they smelled awful.
Location: perfectly located!!!! 5 minutes to the beach!
Property:
Overall the property was amazing , beautiful and spacious.
Bring: own toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies , detergent. Aside from that there are Pool toys, beach towels, ping pong table, refrigerators, plenty of plates and utensils.
Wifi: was spotty and kept going out when trying to play the tv downstairs.
Overall our family had an amazing vacation! This house is so lovely And well stocked!
My only wish was that there were a bathroom downstairs as going up and down while you are at the pool is dangerous for kids.

This house is great for 6 people! Super clean! A few minor things like the pool light was not working and no inside entry from the garage or pool. Other than that, the back yard and pool were beautiful and very private! The house was perfect and in very good proximity to most things we wanted to do!

We LOVED this house. Great layout, clean, well-stocked with plenty of towels, cooking supplies (no spices or anything… but plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc.) we loved the outdoor shower and took tons of showers out there! Plenty of pool and beach toys, wagons, chairs, etc. Firm, comfy beds! About a 5-minute walk to the beach. Would definitely rent again!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Very clean, close to everything and had everything you would need. We had a small issue with the locks on the first night, I called the emergency number and it was resolved within 20 minutes. Can not beat service like that. I would definitely recommend this property and this management company. Loved it!

The front porch and chairs were extremely comfortable and inviting. We really enjoyed them in the early mornings and late afternoons. The house was a perfect get away. The pool needed a little attention but the next day the pool people came and took care of it and within a couple of hours it was resort ready. It was a great location we were able to walk to the beach, shops and food. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Beachcombers was just as picture perfect as the pictures show. The location is beyond fantastic, 1 block to Pine and 3 blocks to the beach. The heated pool, grill, ping pong and the bikes were all excellent amenities that we really enjoyed. The only negative was the mattress was a little firm for my liking. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to AMI.

Can’t say enough good things about this house! Perfect location, 2 minute walk to the beach by the sandbar or short drive (or 10 min bike ride) to bean point beach, short walk to shops, restaurants and general store. The house is awesome, plenty of room, super clean, And the backyard is great! The one thing I would change is to replace the lounge chairs by the pool but other than that this place is literally perfect! Looking forward to coming back next year! Thank you

The house was nicely decorated. Even though it can accommodate 8 people, I think 6 will be more comfortable. It has two bathrooms one downstairs and one on the second floor. Three comfortable bedrooms x 6. And a sleep sofa downstairs. There is coffee makers and plenty kitchen utensils. May need to bring additional paper towels, toilet papers, etc. Not too many provided. Few blocks from the beach. A breakfast place and a restaurant just a short 2 blocks away. More available but a little more walking or very short driving distance. Nice secluded patio with heated pool. We had no problems so, we did not need to contact host. Definitely, we will go back . It is a beautiful place!

This was honestly one of the best vacations we have ever had. Anna Maria Island is quaint, quiet, and beautiful. Beachcombers was the perfect home for our stay. It is walking distance to beach, bay and shops/ restaurants. The home was clean and bright. The front balcony was perfect for morning coffee. The back patio and pool were amazing and private!! Just like the pictures. We had bikes, beach chairs, beach toys and a ping pong table. I can not say enough about how happy we were with this property!!

The house was perfect - my only complaint was the lack of stairs going into the backyard for the pool. However, I believe that the issue is going to be taken care of- I would recommend this house and look forward to staying there again next year!

It is one of our more popular vacation homes due to its convenient and highly desirable location….not to mention the home is nothing short of beautiful! And you are correct that some revisions will be made to the exterior of the home allowing more convenient access to the pool area. Adorable house, was very clean and cozy. Fresh mangoes every morning from the tree on the property, quick walk to get coffee/chai tea (at Ginny's), quick walk to Beach or Bay, lots of beach towels provided (which turned out to be very nice with kids!), and bikes were provided! That was a great addition to the house that you don't get with other properties. Also provided was every pool/beach accessory you can think of. Kitchen also had everything you would need to cook, no need to bring any appliances or pots/pans. Absolutely GREAT location...close to EVERYTHING! And with bikes, it made it even easier. The only negatives is that we didn't realize the two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom (maybe our oversight), and there is no way to access pool/laundry room from the back of the house. It would be great if the deck wrapped all the way around to the back of the house, with stairs going down into the backyard to access the pool and laundry room easier. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again!

Loved the house, very comfortable and clean. Great location for a walking to the beach, the restaurants and shops. The pool in the back yard was nice and private with beautiful landscaping around. It was very nice to have a place that provided bikes and beach wagons, umbrellas and beach toys for the kids. Loved sitting out on the porch at night too just relaxing. Had a great stay would definitely recommended.

We are a family of four who really loved our visit at this place. The home is well kept and gives that really relaxing beach feeling. The backyard is wonderful with a big pool and a pool area that hosts a lot of friends. Sunny all day, but easy to find shadow. The location is in walking distance to the wonderful white beaches of AMI. The only downside whas the really pool dishwasher, things actually got dirtier using it. With an update on that this is the perfect vacation home for a really relaxing vacation. We can highly recommend it and will return!

We loved our visit to Anna Maria. Making it especially nice was the home we stayed. Very comfortable with great beds and beautiful front porch where we had breakfast every morning. Pool was beautiful too. We really enjoyed this vacation and highly recommend this home. There were chairs, umbrella and toys in the garage for us to use as well. Thank you so very much. Spent two weeks at Beachcombers with my family and had a great time. The house was well equipped with everything you could need. Two mango trees supplied us with mangoes for margaritas and smoothies and we loved to sit on the porch and have breakfast in the mornings. Perfectly located for walking to the beach and the Sandbar restaurant on one side and the City Pier and the Waterfront on the other side. On one day when it rained we had DVDs to watch and plenty of games and magazines to keep us occupied. There is free use of the Community Centre gym - just ask the rental agents for details. Hopefully I'll be back again next year!

Spent 2 weeks here in July with my family and had a wonderful time. The house is perfectly located at the north end of the island. It is walking distance to the beach and the famous Sandbar restaurant on one side and the city pier on the other side. Pine Avenue with its selection of restaurants and boutiques is the next street along and there is something for everyone. The house itself is well stocked with all you could need in the kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and there is a lovely 'beachy' feel to the entire house. You can sit on the deck in the evening and have drinks with the cooling fans above your head, or cook on the barbecue in the back garden by the pool. We also used the bicycles available to ride around the island. There is a selection of books, DVDs and boardgames for use in the house. In all, the perfect place to spend a family vacation - we will be back!

The house is well situated - near to Rod n'Reel pier (great to watch the sunsets and manatees) as well as the Sand Bar. Beautifully decorated - with all the amenities you need. Lovely little pool - overall a spacious well kept, well designed holiday house. Sitting on the porch in the evening with a beer next to the mango tree was my favourite time!

My boyfriend and I came to Anna Maria with his family this summer. The house was spacious, comfy and beautifully finished. There were 6 of us altogether and we had more than enough space - could easily fit an extra 2 or 3. The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the stunning white sandy beach. We spent a lot of time around the pool and riding bikes that came with the house. Anna Maria was full of friendly faces and we felt more then welcome as soon as we arrived. A great choice of cafes and resturants to go to, left us with plenty to do - and a short drive to mainland gives you the best of tranquil peace and fun activities. The value for money is second to none at the beachcombers and I couldn't recommend enough - I can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed a fabulous stay on Anna-Maria island in this beautiful house. It's location is superb, being a few minutes walk to the beach in one direction and even closer to the Intracoastal and the lovely city pier. The house is one block away from Pine Avenue with it's shops, cafes, restaurants and bike and kayak rentals, yet set on the peaceful Spring avenue. Use of the nearby tennis courts is included. The house is very well equipped with all you need for a great vacation.
