This house is BEAUTIFUL! Directly on the beach with the pool and an awesome restaurant across the street. You can’t beat it! There was a minor issue with the washing machine on main floor. I let AMI Locals know and they were so quick to respond. Had it fixed in no time! Would love to stay here again!

Just as it looks online. Amazing pool, spa, views, and rooms. Beds were comfy too. I’m not a fan of all positive reviews as there is always something that could improve. As a group we discussed that two bathrooms needed a waste basket (we just used a shopping bag for a quick fix) Maintenance was great with replacing two light bulbs that were out just as we arrived. They were on top of it.

We absolutely loved this property as it was wonderful for all of the family to be able to stay together and the beachfront was amazing! We were disappointed that the elevator still was not working as we had a person recovering from foot surgery and an elderly matriarch who both found the many stairs to be extremely difficult. Our only issue with cleanliness was that the floors seemed to have not been mopped in a while. Otherwise it was truly a wonderful experience! Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The heated pool and spa were perfect with convenient direct access to the beach. The management company was very quick to respond to all our questions and I would definitely stay again in one of their properties.

This house is flawless. We spent 5 nights here and couldn’t have asked for more. The pictures don’t lie. The kitchen has everything you need, the bedrooms all have large tv’s, the pool and hot tub area easily handled our 10 kids. We have rented all over the country and this home is as nice as they come. Everyone in our party is looking forward to next time.

Overall house is beautiful! Few items that could be added in the kitchen: oven mits /pot holders & Keurig. Great location, property manager was helpful in situation of elevator not in service. We found it helpful that there were 10 beach chairs, boogie boards, plenty of beach towels.

Great house, right on beach and still very new so it was in wonderful condition. Our family enjoyed being able to go to beach which is only about 30 steps away from backyard pool of house. Pool was also very well maintained and heated so that was wonderful. Only downside like another reviewer stated is that it would be nice if there was a bathroom downstairs. Not a huge deal for adults but with kiddos it’s sometimes a lot to get them out of pool then all the way up a flight of stairs to go to the bathroom. Other than that we loved it, bedrooms very nice, sleeps quite a few people if you need that capacity and we would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home, once you close the front door behind you are in your own beachfront oasis. Conveniently located near grocery stores and dining. Ample parking. Pool and spa are delightful. If you vacation at the right time you can watch the sea turtles hatch.

Thanks for a wonderful week! Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The pool is great and kid friendly with the large sun shelf. We were steps from the ocean. We watched amazing sunsets from the multiple decks. It is close to everything AMI has to offer. We will be back!

This is a brand new unit with high quality features and amenities. The pool/spa is marvelous. The sunsets are gorgeous and it’s in a prime location. We really loved our week and it was very relaxing. We highly recommend this unit particularly for parties of 9-12 people.

The most beautiful island on the planet. The house also beautiful right in front of the beach is sensational. You can see the sunset day after day ... It is very well equipped with a lot of space.   The people here are very friendly everywhere. The restaurants (with delicious food) and everything is very close   My family was delighted. They had a lot of fun on the beach as well as in the pool (which is great)   I wished my vacation would never end. But we will return.   See you soon AMI.

We will return as this was the best family vacation ever. The home is incredible. Kitchen was fit for a gourmet chef. The pool is right out of a magazine. Beach access is private and plenty of room for all our family and guests. Thank you for an amazing week!!!

I never see before more beautiful place like this. House is so beautiful , big ,clean and fragrant. We make you feel at home and not a stranger . People here are very friendly everywhere. The restaurant are close with amazing food and very good wine:) Thank you so much for nice time here. Also weather was perfect ,my family like it. But my best place was on the beach . Every evening I sit on the beach with glass of wine and look at the beauty. It's so nice and romantic to watch such a beautiful sunset. I wished it never ended:)) Tary R.
