Perfect beach house

Great vacation home on Anna Maria, one of the nicest we have ever stayed in and really close to the beach, just a short stroll away. We were there in less than three minutes walking from our front door, really an easy commute and much more enjoyable than being back home and driving to the office! Ha! We felt very comfortable and safe in this home, it was very clean and tidy, and I can tell the owners put a lot of love into the decor and making sure their guests have a nice stay. We appreciate that very much. The rooms were nicely done, the kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking pots and pans, and there were even lender beach chairs for us to use. The backyard was beautiful to sit and relax. Thank you for hosting us, we plan to return next year.

The place was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. It was a super smooth check in and check out process and the host were available at any point to answer questions. We greatly enjoyed our stay on AMI! This was our second time taking a trip to AMI & our first time this far up north on the island. The house was clean & comfortable! It was incredibly helpful to have a wagon & seats to use on the beach. Probably our favorite thing about this location was the proximity and walkability to so many nearby restaurants & coffee shops as well as the beach! We were one block away from beach access and the beach area was wonderful & not too busy during the time we were there. We mostly walked to wherever we went this side of the island and really enjoyed some of the local restaurants & shops! We would definitely return again! Our short trip was just not long enough. This is a great choice if you are looking to stay on AMI, we would absolutely recommend!

Nice vacation spot!

Nice quiet area. About a block from beach! Short walk to Pine Ave with many restaurants and shops. House was nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Only compliant was could use some more silverware. Hope it's available for us next year!

My younger sister and I planned time to visit our parents in FL and decided to surprise them with a little beach getaway for part of the trip. It’s been nearly 25 years since we’ve all vacationed together and this place could not have accommodated our family better than it did. It was tastefully decorated, very clean, walkable to MANY restaurants and literally a two minute walk from the driveway to the beach. I always get a little nervous booking when there aren’t many reviews but researched the rental company and felt confident we wouldn’t have any unwelcome surprises. The responsiveness, cleanliness, location, the design of the home, amenities-everything- far exceeded all of our expectations. We absolutely will be back to stay here again!!!

Absolutely loved this place! The location couldn’t have been better. Take a left out of the house and you are 4-5 houses down from North Shore Cafe, we walked to get coffee and breakfast and it was so cool to be so close. Go right out of the house and you’re two minutes from the beach. The bed was amazing, the pillows and blankets were awesome, too. It was like sleeping at a fancy hotel. I would absolutely recommend this place and I would absolutely book this place again!

Clean comfortable place. Was actually closer to beach than I was expecting. About a block and half. Comfy beds. Kitchen is not super stocked but suitable with the basics.
