This was our first trip to AMI. The house was close to the beach and had everything we needed. We would walk to several restaurants and bars and Pine Street.

Great location! The airbnb is close to plenty of restaurants and only a couple minutes away from the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was GREAT for our family. Myself, hubby, 4 year old shared the front bedroom; sister in law, her hubby, and 2 kids (10 & 12) shared the hallway bathroom and twin bedroom & king bed; mother in law stayed in the pool side king with en suite. We were able to take walks to the beach which was only about 2.5 blocks away, had donuts at a special spot walking distance, and shopped ‘till we dropped on Pine Ave. We also went to the little Aquarium on the North East side of the island at the end of Pine St. We would stay here again in a heartbeat because it was a good mix of beach time, relaxation time in the heated pool, and things to do and see on Pine Ave. the Publix grocery store was right at the entrance to the island so we stopped there upon arrival before going to the house, cooked most of the nights except one fun evening out to eat at the Sandbar which was phenomenal!

The property was as advertised. Overall we where very happy. It was a relaxing vacation.The area isn't to commercialized yet and location was great. It was a short walk to the beach. Only thing we were lacking was washcloths and towels.

The only issue I would change if I owned the house is to replace the crushed gravel in the backyard with a more decorative rock or even the fake turf

My family and I loved this house. It's the perfect size for a family of 5 (or even 6). The kitchen / common space was a great size. The small den was a bonus. The outdoor pool area was perfect - nice mix of seating options and varied sun and shade throughout the day. Quick walk to the beach and Pine St / piers. Really a great rental - will look to book here again in future trips!

My family of 6 absolutely loved this cute beach cottage with a tropical paradise in the backyard! It was the perfect location...a short walk to the beach or to Pine Ave with shops, restaurants and the general store. We rented bikes and a golf cart and either used those or walked where we needed to go. The house had more than enough space inside for my family and was well stocked with everything you’d need. When we weren’t at the beach, the backyard was a fantastic tropical place to be! Plenty of lounging and seating around the pool for everyone. And we all enjoyed spending hours in the pool! We will most definitely rent this property again!

We had a fabulous week in Anna Maria! The location of the house is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Loved Ginny and Janes and The Donut Experiment. We went to several beaches and the one right by the house was our favorite. Our biggest complaints were the front bedroom was HOT, it was an add on and the AC vent supposedly didn’t even work (I didn’t sleep in that room). Another issue we had was the ice maker didn’t work, we called and they kind of fixed it, but it never produced much. They did come right away. They stated the hot bedroom was a known issue and couldn’t do anything about it. I will say they had several fans which was nice. Another fairly major issue was outdoor lighting. There was only one small light outside and it was burnt out part of the week. But even with it lit, it was so dark. We said so many times a few strands of party lights in the backyard would make it so much more inviting. The little outdoor sitting area was never used once, no light that worked. They used to have a tv there that would have been neat, but removed it bc of weather supposedly. The house was fully stocked, the only thing we were really missing was a cooler. Loved all the beach chairs and pool toys. The beds were great, we all slept soundly all week. One of the pictures showed a twin and full bed in the kids room, it’s really just 2 twins. I even looked back and it def looks that way in the picture, but must have just been a fancy camera angle bc the room definitely isn’t big enough for a double and twin. We liked that there were 2 sitting room areas inside and decor was welcoming. Overall a great house! Highly suggest spending $150 and improve the outdoor lighting!

Thank you kindly for taking the time to send your thoughts about Coconut Lagoon. The beach closest to this home is indeed a gorgeous stretch of soft white sand, and not heavily populated. The close proximity to shops and restaurants is also a great feature that keeps guests coming back to this home. Our apologies if you found one of the bedrooms to be too warm for your comfort level. We’re happy to have provided fans to help circulate air. Normal household refrigerators do sometimes have a hard time keeping up with ice demands. Our apologies for any lack of lighting outdoors. We’ll dispatch a team member to the home to see where improvements can be made to the outdoor lighting and make any necessary recommendations to the homeowners. The beds in the 4th bedroom have always been advertised as twin beds. Photography angles meant to include as much of the room as possible can sometimes distort the images. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and your visit to Anna Maria Island. We hope we’ll see you again!

Coconut Lagoon was everything we had hoped it would be. The house was big enough for all of us, the beds were comfortable and the pool area was like being in your own tropical oasis.

I stayed at Coconut with 3 sisters. We will definitely be back. The four bedrooms afforded each of us the privacy we like and with 3 bathrooms, there was no line. The pool area is totally private and is a great place to read and relax. The house is located just a few blocks from all the action. A person really wouldn't need a car if they planned to stay put.

Anna Maria Island was beautiful, a small piece of paradise. Coconut Lagoon was a spacious, luxurious retreat near to the beach and boutique shops and restaurants. The house was clean and contemporary, stocked with everything you needed on a home from home vacation. The pool was wonderfully refreshing after a day on the beach and we had great fun counting the geckos! The staff were so helpful and gave us great tips to everything on the island. Watching the sunset was spectacular and we would definitely go back. Highly recommended, although I'm not sure I want everyone to know about our little patch of paradise.

Coconut Lagoon was a wonderful house full of recent updates. The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed it daily after coming back from the beach. The house is in a central location; close to everything! The beach is beautiful and being able to ride our bikes or walk everywhere was fantastic. Loved the shops, restaurants and the wildlife (wild parrots, dolphins, manatees!). Buying fresh grouper from Capt Anthony's Seafood is a must as well! It was our first visit to Anna Maria and we can't wait to return.
