Beautifully kept and maintained. Thoughtful decor compliments "beach" mood. Very comfortable bed, and the A/C was perfect... very important during summer Florida heat. Access to beach was great, and the overall atmosphere was laid back and fairly quiet - no overly loud music and no late evening parties. Communication with property mangers was easy and they responded quickly via text. Highly recommended

Great condo. Great location. Clean. Comfortable bed and they had all the beach chairs and umbrellas you need. Towels included.

Such a fantastic location! Really enjoyed the very charming condo. The only improvement I can think of would be a more comfortable pull out sofa mattress and a mattress topper for the bedroom. We didn’t have blankets either. Could have been a minor oversight.The sheets were a little stiff on the old sunburn but my fault for forgetting sunscreen!

Your suggestions are greatly appreciated—we’ll look into upgrading the pull-out sofa mattress and adding a topper for the bedroom to make things even more comfortable. I’m sorry to hear about the missing blankets; it may have been a minor oversight, and I’ll make sure our team double-checks for future guests. As for those stiff sheets, sunburns do tend to make everything a bit less forgiving—hopefully, the great location and charm of the condo helped ease the sting! This property is amazing! Just right for 2 people. Wonderful view, thoughtfully furnished, great communication with management. If you are looking for a quiet location to recharge - it’s here. AMI staff were delightful!

Access to the beach is right outside the door. Being able to spend ocean time and then jump into the pool is a awesome perk! Being on the second level was fantastic for sunsets from the condo balcony. Check-in and out process was seamless. Thanks for the great experience!

We enjoyed our time at Coconuts #112. The unit was clean and comfy. All we needed for a quick getaway together! The view is amazing! We enjoyed the sunset from our balcony every night! The proximity to the beach was wonderful! AMI Locals were easy to work with and checked on us to be sure we knew where to call if we needed anything.

My husband and I stayed here as an early anniversary gift to each other and it was worth every penny spent! We slept on the pullout because waking up to the sunlight on the beach was just too perfect to miss! The apartment was very clean, well decorated and beautifully located. And we loved the streaming services available for those nights we just wanted to stay up late and watch movies. We will DEFINITELY be returning soon!

The condo was very cute, clean and an amazing location. Right on the beach with a beautiful view for sunsets, walks on the beach and of course, taking in the Florida sun. The condo had good kitchen supplies, and equipment, all other amenities as well. We had a fabulous 10 days and will hopefully come back next year for even longer.
