An original Anna Maria Island beach cottage that has been newly renovated and sits just six houses from the warm sands and sparkling, calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This four-bedroom and two-bath getaway is pet-friendly and features a fantastic backyard with a private pool. Pack your bags and get ready to explore the wonders of Anna Maria Island!

As you arrive at this vibrant retreat, you will notice its beautiful Florida architecture and will enter through the screened-in porch, with comfy chairs perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and watching beachgoers. Inside is a modern open layout with a chic dining room and a lovely seating area with two sofas and a flat-screen television. The kitchen has brand-new appliances, plenty of cabinet space for groceries and stores the essential cookware provided and has a spacious island with stool seating.

A peaceful night's sleep awaits guests in the primary bedroom with a King bed, nightstands to provide ambient lighting, and an ensuite bathroom with a stunning double vanity and walk-in shower. Traveling with multiple families or young kids has never been easier- the second and third bedrooms are connected by a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower, and the third bedroom has a foosball table! In the fourth bedroom, there are two twin beds. A washer and dryer are available for guest use.

This cottage is only steps away from the waters and sands of the Gulf of Mexico. There's a trolley stop nearby, so hop and explore the restaurants, boutiques, historic landmarks, and nature trails and discover all the hidden gems Anna Maria has to offer.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum can park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Family vacation perfection

Our family vacation at this beach house in Florida was an absolute winner! Nestled just a short walk from the beach, this place hit all the right notes for a relaxing family getaway. The house was not only spacious but also spotlessly clean, making us feel like we could unwind and enjoy our time together. We had plenty of rooms and the beds were very comfortable, with the kitchen being a great plus for having what we needed to make our meals as a family. We even baked cookies! The kids had a blast; we all walked the short distance to the beach each morning while the grandparents enjoyed shopping and the gentle ocean breeze. What really set this vacation rental apart was the fantastic pool – a haven for both the little ones and the grown-ups. Evenings were spent grilling by the poolside with views of palm trees and starry skies. With its prime location, cleanliness, and the added bonus of a pool, Gulf Shore Cottage surpassed our expectations. Book it, you’ll enjoy this gem of a place to stay for your island vacation!

We loved staying here! Beautiful, clean, newly renovated… we absolutely loved the house and the cute backyard and the little pool. It was perfect. Perfect location. One block away from the gorgeous beach. The outdoor shower is convenient, the kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, we love the tv outside near the pool.
So this house is a super old house freshly renovated- so, the funny thing is… this house used to be my Father-in-Law’s friend’s house- Uncle Bob… it was a coincidence that I rented it lol.
We definitely want to rent this house again next year.

This place has forever raised the bar of expectations for us. It’ll be a challenge to give a 5-star rating again as no other Airbnb property has matched this.
Pictures although perfect they still don’t do it justice. Squeaky clean is an understatement.
All appliances and cooking utensils were brand new.
All towels and linens were solid white like in high end spas. All beach towels were uniform. Nothing to hurt the eyes. No clutter. No tired items.
TVs in all 4 bedrooms and in living area and even in bar at the pool area outdoors. Never watched any as there was too much to do between the gorgeous beach and the dining options around.
Can’t say enough …
Words fail me …
We once had a minor issue with the Schlage and a technician was sent while I was still sipping at the same coffe …
Thank you .. we will be back to this gorgeous island either in same property or any other that is managed by these wonderful people.

Amazing location

This place was just perfect! Better than expected. Photos don't do it justice as its such a cute and cozy place. Very clean and completely updated. The only small thing was bbq pan was not cleaned but that is it! No complaints here. Easy to get in and out of. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. This home is on the side of the beach so its a short walk to walkway into beach which was pretty amazing. Walking distance to market, restaurant and shops. If we come back to Anna Maria Island we will definitely stay here again! Also, the pool may be small but it was just perfect to cool down after a long day on the beach. Pool shower also makes it so easy and perfect to wash sand off too. We were 2 families. Total of 7. Two teenagers, one child and 4 adults. The rooms were perfect for all!

House was perfect! Super clean, spotless and everything brand new. Great location in AMI. We could walk one block to a beautiful beach that was incredible and with non one on it. House was close to a golf cart rental business which was a great find. House overall was exactly what we saw in the photos and was very well appointed with everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels and a beach wagon. Large washer and dryer to do laundry. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. All new appliances and pots and panes, etc. Great host communication always responsive. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and linens were soft and very clean. Great showers with a great outdoor shower all with great water pressure.
TV in every room. Neighborhood was safe and house was easy to find with plenty of parking. We had a great stay at the house and hope to come back soon. Super house.
