This three-bedroom, two-bathroom canal-front home offers a private dock where you can lounge and watch dolphins and manatees at play and explore the nearby Bay via kayak and paddleboard. Spend time by the sparkling pool, in the screened-in lanai with seating and a ping pong table, or by the outdoor bar cooking up a feast on the BBQ grill. It's the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure!

Up the stairs is the home's incredible main living space. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of storage space for beach snacks and counter space to prepare island-inspired meals. Enjoy formal meals at the indoor dining table, and after, grab a bottle of wine and unwind on the balcony or gather guests in the living room for a movie night.

Catch up on much-needed sleep in the primary bedroom, with private access to the patio and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have fresh bedding and televisions. The hall bath has a shower and tub combination and a washer and dryer for guest use.

3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
