We have been coming to AMI for over 20 years. This is by far one of our favorite homes. The house is larger than the pictures can give it credit for. The outdoor area was great! The pool was clean and warm, the hot tub was equally inviting. My son had a great time putting, beware of those black crows though...they love to steal golf balls!! lol The house had everything we needed, from cutlery to beach chairs! As always, Anna Maria Accommodations set us up with a very nice starter kit. Location to the beach was a very easy, quick walk. We will be back for sure!

Great family time, property was outstanding, exactly as described and pictures, as you walk-in you feel right at home, pristine clean with all amenities you may need and a very short walking distance to the beach, or if you rather to stay home, the backyard/pool is very private and clean.

Our family had an amazing stay at this recently remodeled four-bedroom home on Anna Maria Island. The location was superb, just a short walk from the beach so we spent many sunny days on the sand and in the calm blue water. The house itself was not only beautifully designed but also filled with thoughtful amenities. The backyard was a hit – the putting green brought out our competitive sides, the cornhole set was a family favorite, and the ping pong table provided endless entertainment, especially on the one rainy day while we were there. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a very welcome and refreshing bonus. Overall, the mix of beach proximity and fun activities made our stay unforgettable. We highly recommend this vacation rental for families looking for both relaxation and play!

This house is a hidden gem. Everything was just as described. All of the beds were comfy, couches were perfect and my family enjoyed all the extra blankets in the house. Pool towels, beach chairs and beach cart were a plus. My family enjoyed playing putt, ping pong and cooling off in the pool. The back yard is private and shower in the back was perfect for getting the sand off from the beach. We left our flip flops on the back porch to keep from tracking any additional sand. It was so nice and very well decorated. Also, another plus, we loved all the little rugs by the beds and entrances. We had five adults, one 55+ and one 10 year old with us. There was plenty of room, privacy and fun at this house. The pool area is beautiful just be sure to use caution around the pool area as the travertine tiles get pretty slick when wet. The beach access is within a 3-5 min walk. Note: Parking is limited everywhere so try to carpool when going out to eat. The driveway only fits two vehicles.
