This place is literally amazing! The house is stunning. Is fully stocked with all the things you need for a beach stay. Great location, great view of the beach. Great stay!
Regarding the people who rents it, they are super responsive and attentive. 5 stars!

This house was beautiful just as pictured & clean. We definitely loved the great view of the ocean from the kitchen, the front rooms, & roof top. Super spacious for our group & such an easy walk to the beach. Host were very helpful & accommodating quickly responding to all questions. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location right across a busy street that runs along the beach. Just had to be careful or go down the street either way to the ped xing. The house was immaculate.Clean, comfy, and more room than expected. Loved the rooftop.If it wasn’t for the issues I am about to describe it would have been one of the best places we have ever stayed. There were big issues that can’t be fixed. First was the construction. Every home around there was under construction. It was loud and very annoying all day from 8-4. That will obviously will be better in time.The other thing was the road. It is loud. The house is very close to a corner of a main road. So traffic noise is constant even during nights and mornings. Then there are speed bumps right outside the home. So every truck with bikes in the back, golf carts in the back, lawn equipment on a trailer, or construction equipment, hits those bumps and creates a noise that’s so startling when trying to sleep. The only solution would be to get rid of the speed bumps or get better sound proofing of the house. The smaller issue was then pool. It is 90% in the shade. So not bad I’m sure in the heat of the summer, but damn cold in the spring during our visit. We kept it at 87 but it was still cold with the shade and breeze. Lack of refrigeration. There is one refrigerator in the entire house that supposedly sleeps 15-16 people. There should be a beverage fridge downstairs somewhere either by the pool or in the garage and another full size fridge.

The property is beautiful and spacious. The rooms are well appointed and the pool/spa area is perfect. We messaged AMI regarding the hot tub temperature and a technician arrived promptly and instructed us on how to maintain the temperature and we were able to enjoy for the remainder of the trip. The view from the dining and outdoor space of the ocean was a pleasant surprise. There are several local restaurants that are in walking distance. We are already planning a trip back in the fall to this property!

I will just improve the AC, for a summer season the A/C on 70• is not enough in the second floor , it was super hot and also the sun will go through that big glass to hard , I would install at least black out

This house was very beautiful and perfect for our group. very close to the beach and spacious. the rooftop was a great space to relax and see the beach and sunset. the pool area was perfect for relaxing, grilling and watching TV. very shaded as well. home had a lot of space for a big group and rooms were spacious and clean. overall, this place was amazing and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, spacious, excellent location. Beds, linens are comfortable.
The decor, aesthetics and comfort of this home exceeded expectations.
Our lock pad wasn’t working so we had to use the master key which was fine. Guest services were very friendly and responsive when you called them.

Our Anna Maria Island vacation was a blast at this new home! The rental house is huge, brand new, and so fancy, with lots of bedrooms for everyone to spread out and relax. The beach is a just hop away, and we loved the private pool and spent most of our time there. Inside, it's comfy and cool, with a beautiful kitchen stocked with the necessities. The decor vibe was pure luxury, and the place had all we needed for our stay. What made it even better was the pool and a management company that took care of everything. They were super attentive, making our stay extra enjoyable. If you want a fantastic beach vacation with a pool, rooftop deck and great management, this place is it! Thanks for having us.
