We had a wonderful stay at this house on Anna Maria Island! The location is excellent — just a 10-minute straight walk to Bean Point Beach, which in my opinion is the best beach on the island.
The house itself was very clean, and the backyard was also well kept. We especially enjoyed the deep heated pool — such a great bonus!
For the beach, there were 7 chairs, 2 carts to carry them, and 2 umbrellas, which made our beach days super easy and comfortable.
The only small challenge was the alarm system. With kids, it took a little time to get used to pressing the button when opening the door, but we understand that these are required rules on the island.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this house!

The house is beautiful. The pool alarm as noted on other reviews is accurate. It is very loud and annoying if the bypass button is not pushed in time. There is no way to de-activate. Also, given the cost, it would be appropriate to have extra paper supplies aside from the 1 roll of toilet paper. There is no condiments, coffee filters, or coffee.

Only disappointed was the 2 twin beds. When the listing said it was going to be changed out to a queen size bed!

Like Hermione’s purse, the house looks small on the outside, but so big and roomy on the inside! Great layout for couples and families! Location is wonderful and the house has plenty of chairs and beach toys. Only downside is the pool alarm that is mandated by the island. You learn very quickly to hit the bypass button! Highly recommend.

Our group of 6 adults and 1 infant lived comfortably in North End Chic for 6 nights. House looks small from the outside, but is surprisingly big on the inside. Nice, open floor plan. Well equipped. Nice finishes. Back yard is as advertised (awesome), but was a bit buggy (no one’s fault). We had a grill/propane issue, but it was resolved in 1 day. Responsive hosts. This is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to Bean Point Beach (which is incredibly beautiful), but we rented and drove a golf cart there. House also comes with a few beach chairs and a wagon, which was a nice touch. Everyone on the trip would have no issue staying here again! Don’t hesitate to book.

Very clean, comfortably furnished, and good location. Property was as advertised in the photos. Short walks to the Bayfront Park and the Bean Point beach. The gulf beach on the west side was by far the nicest, and about a five minute drive. Wish that the rental agency provided more laundry tabs, dishwashing tabs, and more and better quality toilet paper (not the kind of thing we were expecting to supply for ourselves at this price point), but the agency's concierge service was very helpful in arranging for boat tours and other island activities.

We loved that the property was all ground level so we didn’t have to drag everything up a bunch of steep steps like most of the beach houses. It was an older home that had been beautifully renovated up to the best modern standards. The pool was lovely and all the back rooms had French doors leading out to it and also allowing a great view of it from inside which was especially nice at night with the pool lights on.

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. This home is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the pier, park, beach, and restaurants. The house is spacious, comfortable and well stocked with numerous amenities (beach towels, beach chairs, bikes). The yard is beautifully landscaped and the pool and patio (with plenty of chairs) was an amazing bonus. We had an issue with a non-working air conditioner which was promptly handled by the property mgmt company. We noticed a couple of cleanliness issues the cleaning company really should not have missed but those were also addressed by property mgmt company. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or anywhere managed by Anna Maria Island Accommodations.

North End Chic did not disappoint! We enjoyed the beauty and quiet of the north end of the island. The house was very comfortable, spacious and tastefully furnished. It was well equipped with a very nice kitchen, living areas and laundry. It accommodated our group beautifully. The pool was very enjoyable. 2 families of 4 were staying for 8 nights and we couldn’t be any happier. Perfect pool with plenty of room for all, bedrooms are located in a way that adults are able to separate from kids. Perfect location on a quiet street, walking distance to everything, including beaches. Had several issues during our stay: keys were not there when we’re arrived and had to contact office twice for ac and plumbing issues. To their credit all issues were addressed in a matter of hours, including on the weekend. Outstanding customer service. Overall, we’ve had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Anything you could ever need was available in the house, which is also nicely updated. The pool was fantastic and the yard very private. Location was great -- easy walk to Bayfront Park and Bean Point Beach. AMI Accommodations management company was easy to get a hold of and very responsive to the small issues we had. I would definitely book this property or any other AMI Accommodations property again.

This place was perfect for our family. Beautiful pool and close to all areas we wanted to go. Bedding arrangements were great for our family and the home was well laid out. My only recommendation is to please have better cooking pans. Not a big deal l but only a suggestion. Thank you for a great place to vacation!

This property was very nice! It was extremely clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the bedlinens were nice. The heated pool was wonderful and our teenage boys enjoyed the outside shower. For the beach, they had an umbrella, a beach cart, and many chairs. They also had four bikes and lots of pool toys. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful week at the North End Chic house. Everything was clean and the house has everything you need for your staying. The kids enjoyed a lot the pool area, pool temperature was perfect so the kids were able to use it everyday. We are planning to come back to the island again on summer time and for sure staying there again.

Traveling from Traverse City MI with another Family of 4, North End Chic provided the warm oasis we hoped for. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had an abundance of quality cooking utensils and place settings, The two kids rooms were large and comfortable, and the two master suites complete with their own bathrooms did not disappoint!! The heated pool and patio area with walkouts from both master suites and main dining area tied the space all together. The pool area was also very private from the neighbors and will stocked with floats and toys for the kids. Anna Maria Island Accommodations were quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had. We will be looking to book their properties again in the future!

This was the second time we have booked this property. The house has been completly modernised. From the moment one walks in one realises this is not the usual rental house, it is spotlessly clean.There is nothing that has not been thought of, two seperate master suites on opposite sides of the house gives complete privacy. Extremely comfortable top quality beds in all rooms. The kitchen has the most pans, bowls, cook ware, kettle, coffee maker, juicer etc I have ever seen in a rental. The pool was heated as part of the rental which was very much appreciated and there are pool toys, beach chairs and bicycles. We would not hesitate to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at North End Chic. This part of the island is quiet with very little traffic, so walking to the beach, park or pier is very safe. The house was very clean and very well stocked. There are 2 sets of dishes for 8, lots of pots and pans, good knives, lots of cutting boards and plenty of silverware. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate 4 people working at the same time, and the large island provided lots of counter space. The house has a open layout, so it's easy to socialize if you have a large group. The management company was awesome! We had a couple of issues and they had someone at the house within 30 minutes. We used the bikes a lot to get to the beach, shops, pier, and just explore the island. There were lots of pool toys, beach toys, beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas and a beach cart available for use. Bean Point is less than a 10 minute walk. The only bad thing about this property is the mosquitoes. There is lots of vegetation around the pool, so the mosquitoes were awful, and not just after dusk...they were around all day on overcast days. We thought is was the time of year, but we had family members renting another house with no vegetation in the back yard and there were no mosquitoes there, or other places we visited on the island.

This was not only our first experience booking with VRBO but our first time renting a house for a vacation. We have been fortunate enough to stay at some pretty beautiful resorts throughout our travels and while we didn't know what to expect, we knew we wanted clean, convenient and comfortable. North End Chic absolutely exceeded our expectations in every respect. The property is extremely well maintained and was totally immaculate when we arrived. We had numerous questions during the booking process and Anna Maria Accommodations couldn't have been more patient and helpful. It sounds almost too good to be true but they not only over promised but they also over delivered! Anyone who's traveled knows what a rarity this is! The property easily handled 6 adults plus a 5 yr old and 18 month old. Great decor, comfortable beds and everything you need for the week. While the pool was a little small, we had no problem being comfortable with all 8 of us in the water. Location is towards the northern end of AMI closer to the bay side but a very short golf cart drive to the beach. If vacations are all about making lasting memories, then this place fits the bill! Even if North End isn't exactly what you need, you can trust Anna Maria Accommodations 110%!

Our second stay at North End Chic and we continue to be delighted by the exceptional standard of accommodation provided. The villa is truly a home away from home with every need catered for. The attention to detail, quality of the fixtures and fittings and location on the island are all first class. Just a stone's throw from the Rod N Reel and Bean Point make taking in sunsets and watching the world go by an absolute pleasure. We cannot recommend North End Chic highly enough and the fact that we immediately re-booked for a third time to return again in 2015 sums up how great the property and the island are. We cannot wait to return.

This rental is by far the best we have stayed at on the island. North End Chic is our third attempt to find the right place and we did. The accommodations are superior, all the right stuff at your finger tips, it really makes our stay on the island special. Sometimes when you think about a rental you have certain images in mind and rightly so. But not here! We loved it--stayed here 2 times in 2014 and have made reservations for 2015. The rental staff are great too! Very satisfied with the entire process.

My husband and I, our daughter, her husband and their infant son stayed here in October 2014; it's a perfect location! We were able to rent baby furniture and toys from a local rental company--and that made the house even better for our grandson. Bikes on property were great. Pool is spectacular. Kitchen is very nice. Two master bedroom suites on opposite sides of the house very good for two couples. Only concern: no trash bags, one roll of toilet paper, no dishwasher soap--stuff like that which apparently is the norm in Florida, but with so much emphasis on cleanliness at this property, I would think the home would come better equipped with the supplies. However, we would rent this property again for our family.

I must say our group of 5 adults and two children was so pleasantly surprised when we entered the front door of North End Chic. Renting a home online can be a daunting task, as you really have to put full trust and confidence in the rental company. We were thrilled with the property ~ it appears to be brand new with little wear and tear. All of the bedrooms are nicely furnished and the kitchen is beautiful and equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. The back yard has a lovely pool and plenty of seating. We were also thrilled that 4 bikes and beach equipment was with the home ~ we did use and enjoy these items. The rental company was superb to deal with from booking to check out. They were so friendly when we stopped to get the key upon arrival and gave us plenty of info. We loved our Anna Maria stay and look forward to going again!
