Ocean's 77

Awesome place to stay, very close to the beach (3-4 mins walk). It was more than enough space for four people (two adults and two kids under 10). A foosball table and a ping pong table are nice additions, and we had a lot of fun. Everything was clean and nice inside and outside of it. We got lucky and felt pretty private as no one was staying in the second unit next door. There was an issue with the pool, and the host is aware of it. Otherwise, great stay and everything went amazingly!

Absolutely loved our stay at this location! So many great entertainment spaces have been created throughout the Airbnb, to really enrich the stay for guests. The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. The Airbnb was very clean. This was the perfect location in our opinion. We would definitely book again with this host!

Really enjoyed our stay in the townhome. We were a little bit worried about whether it would have enough space for our family or 6 but the common space downstairs by the pool and garage playroom made up for the smaller kitchen / living area. The pool area with the outdoor living space was great for hanging out and bbqing. They also had stuff for the beach like chairs and umbrellas, which made the stay more convenient. It was very functional layout and a short 5 minute walk to the beach, which is just a block away. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is very nice, in a quiet location, and looked just like the pics. The house was clean and everything went smooth during our stay. We really liked having chairs and a wagon available to use. The ping pong and other games were a plus too! The location is close to the beach and in a good location. Thanks for a fun vacation.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach. We walked to the beach in the mornings and spent the afternoons at the pool. Everything was super clean. All the items you’d need to cook in the kitchen. Host was very communicative and all our needs met. One of the best places to stay. Will be coming back.

This house was just what we were looking for. We had 2 adults and 1 child. The house was very clean and nice looking. We felt very comfortable. The house looked just like the pictures. The pool and outdoor area were amazing. We loved being out there. The house is very close to the beach and there is a path right at the end of the street. It was a very comfortable house to stay in and perfect for our family. Exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend!

Great location and townhouse. The townhouse had everything we needed and even some things we didn't realize we needed. The pool was awesome and so was the entire vibe of the backyard. The rooms were nice and well stocked, I will sa the bedrooms have the "rental special" bedsheets and pillows on them so I would recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets and the roku in the main room was somewhat laggy but we didnt spend much time at the house with the beach there so it's not a big deal in the end. The entertainment area outside was very nice and relaxing, especially during rain storms. You do have to deal with neighbors being very close (they can see into your pool from the other townhouse deck) but we were fortunate enough to have some chill neighbors while we were there. Overall, I would definitely stay here again as well as any other AMI accommodations property!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely Anna Maria Island retreat. The backyard pool and outdoor living area make for a relaxing oasis, and the beautiful beach is just a block away. The host even provided a beach wagon, sand chairs and umbrella as well as beach towels, making trips to the beach even easier! Loved our time in this beautiful place :)

Thank you for a wonderful stay on the beautiful AMI!!! The home was perfect for my family of four. The provided beach wagon and chairs were great for the short walk to the beautiful beach!! Although the cooler did not have a working zipper it still kept our drinks cold for our days at the beach (definitely not a complaint - just didn’t know if the owner was aware). We enjoyed the pool and outdoor tv area every day after our adventures and beach days on the island!! Thank you again and we would definitely rent this home again if the four of us were to return again!

The location of this property was perfect for our first time on Anna Maria Island. It was convenient to explore north and south of beautiful Holmes beach! We found the house very clean, comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. A short walk to a beautiful beach!

This house was super close to the beach, the pool was perfect and, even though it was a duplex having height right next door was never an issue. We loved this house and plan to use it in the future anytime we come down as a family.

This property was an ideal place to stay being perfectly located for key areas of the island. Using bikes rather than the hire car all the time we were about to get to great restaurants (you just have to try the Sandbar) and other amenities. Located literally a 5 minute walk from the beach, the accommodation was nicely decorated having all the usual things like AC and a pool and a great outside covered area where you can watch TV if you have a rain storm. I liked this place so much I’m already booking it for next year and I haven’t left yet.

We stayed at Oceans 77 as a last minute getaway. Property is very nice and well maintained. Just enough space for our family of 5. Close walk to the beach. The managing company was wonderful and was there in an instant when we couldn't get the key pad to work on the door. Very great vacation, Anna Maria Island is perfect for a quiet time away. Only suggestion would be to add some kitchen hand towels.
