As advertised! Absolutely perfect for walking to the beach and relaxing. Owners were very proactive with communication and local recommendations. They have an amazing binder filled with every recommendation from shopping to eating. Pool & patio was perfect. Great parking as well.

Check in/out super easy, had everything we needed in the kitchen, super light and bright rooms and bathrooms. Pool was so refreshing after a day at the beach! We would rent again!

We had a wonderful spring break vacation on Anna Maria Island! The pool/spa was a lovely quiet retreat in the backyard. The home had 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and wagon provided that made enjoying Bean Point Beach even easier— what a nice touch! The home was clean, newly remodeled following the hurricane and well-stocked. We had a few things missing that were included in the property listing and the management company was incredibly responsive and helpful.,dropping off this items within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

We desires to stay at the north side of the island and this house was great. Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths were great for our family. We really enjoyed the pool which had both shade and Sun throughout the day. It was very close to beach access which we appreciated and a short bike ride to Pine Ave where the food/shopping action was. The house was older but very comfy and relaxing.

Great location in a quiet area. Easy walk to beaches and Pine Ave. The house was clean and the checkin-in/check-out process was simple. I do wish they would provide coffee filters since one never knows what will be needed.

Comfortable and spacious home with all the utilities in a quiet neighborhood and 5 min walk from a beautiful beach. Only criticism was the worn out mattress in the master bedroom and a not very clean pool on arrival.

The house was wonderful. It had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The kitchen was equipped for meal preparation. Spacious bedrooms and sitting areas were beautifully decorated. The pool was delightful. Most mornings we enjoyed our breakfast in the backyard/pool oasis. We will remember this property for future visits.

House is adorable. Convenient one level living. The pool and surrounding landscaping were beautiful and very private and we spent hours in it. 2 minute walk to fantastic beach. House was extremely clean. Nice bathrooms. Well equipped with starter toiletries, bath & beach towels, laundry machine, beach wagon and beach chairs, etc. We loved the super quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Walking distance to so many things - bay, piers, cafes, shopping. Property mgmt company was very professional and on top of things. We loved everything!! p.s. kitchen sink needs a new faucet or a repair.

Great communication and very helpful! We did have to switch houses during our stay because the air conditioner needed a serious repair but the 2nd house was also great!

Perfect vacation rental for two families. Home has a great layout with bathrooms in each bedroom. Pool is heated with a great private backyard. Great location with easy walk to beach and fishing pier. Loved our stay on Anna Maria!

We had a wonderful time staying in this home! It housed my family of 4 (two teenagers) nicely. The pool area and privacy there was spectacular! We had plenty of room and access to everything we needed in the home. We only had a little problem with the water heating up to take a shower but this was taken care of in a very timely manner! The location is great and close to everything. We rented a gulf cart while we were there and this was so nice to have to get anywhere on the island easily and be able to park! Thank you for allowing us to use your home!

It has everything you want for a vacation getaway pool, barbecue, very quiet backyard getaway, and 3 nice bedrooms 10 minutes from beach. Only drawback is safety alarm for pool.

It was our first time visiting the AMI- great experience, our family didn’t want to go back home.... The house was great- clean, smelled good, and everything was in the house what we needed- towels, beach items, dryer, washer, and a little welcome kit:) My kids loved the pool- they stayed there the entire day!!! And most importantly, the property was located a few min from the amazing beach. I am very picky with the houses but this property was a great choice!!!!! Overall- amazing experience- will definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay on Anna Marie. Nice quiet place to spend time with family. Enjoyed the beautiful beaches and fishing at bean point was great. House was perfect for my family of 6. Plenty of room for a couple more people. Pool was nice to come back and cool off in the afternoon. Parking for beaches is limited which is nice. Would recommend getting golf cart and bikes. We did both. Dropped people and supplies off at beach access. Then took golf cart back to house if no parking available and rode bike back the beach access. I Would stay here again.

Great location. Short walk to several beach access. Pool is surrounded with tropical landscaping giving the back yard a private oasis. Grill works great. Plenty of room for the family to spread out. Tons of towels. We rented a golf cart and never used our car again. Plenty of parking. The only negative needs more baking/oven ware and better knives. Would definetly rent again!!!!

Beautiful location, house was exactly as described. We have visited 5 different locations on Florida's gulf coast, and this was by the far the best. We will definitely be returning. Peaceful setting without all the condos and hotels you see in other places. Nice quiet spot, perfect for family vacation.

This is a beautiful property; quiet and well kept. It is close to the beach at the more-desirable north end of the island. We liked that the property is on the ground floor (not on stilts as with many properties) which we found to be a real plus, as it made for very easy access to the pool. It could do with a cart of some kind, as one is needed to carry the beach items to the beach and I feel that should be included with the house, but other than that tiny suggestion our view of this property is entirely positive and I would recommend it.

From the moment we opened the front door to the moment we had to say goodbye, we had the most wonderful stay in this house! We thoroughly enjoyed this house! From the 3 separate lounge areas to the very private tropical backyard and the fully stocked kitchen, and the very comfortable beds. The walk to the beach was easy and serene, just around the corner to the whitest powdery sand beach. We went to Manatee Beach often also because it was so convenient with the huge affordable snack bar area, the bar, and the restrooms making a trip to this beach so much fun! This area is great for kids too! All in all as a group we were very satisfied with this house and area and hope to come back someday. We would highly recommend this rental!

We just returned from our stay at your fabulous home. I have never had a better vacation. The location is ideal. The home is everything you could hope for. The rental company, just top notch. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. The home is set up so that everyone has plenty of gathering space and still alone time. The pool was my favorite. I already miss my morning coffee hearing the waterfall gently flowing. We plan to stay every year! Thank you for sharing your home. This is now "Our Place By The Sea" as well.

I can honestly say it was the best vacation I've ever had, the "Place" wonderful and located close to everything. The rental company and the property owner did everything they could to make sure our stay on the island was perfect. I would recommend this place to a friend or relative, except I don't want anyone else to know about this relaxing oasis. I would come back next week if I could!!!
