Great location and easy to find. Great spot for walking to local stops for food and shopping. Beach is nearby and the pool was great! Very relaxing!

Wonderful location, you don't need a car if you fly. 600 feet from the beach. Beach chairs, blenders, heated pool, and laundry included. You can walk to Publix, and several restaurants easly along with being close to the trolley stop as well for longer trips. Everything you need at a fantastic price.

The condo was neat and clean and spacious. Had all of the needed amenities for a day at the pool or the beach. Very nice pool. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to a trolley stop which will take you anywhere on the island. Close to some restaurants and grocery shopping. The management company responded quickly with a minor light bulb outage over the stove. We would consider returning!

The only suggestion for incoming occupants is to bring a floor fan or have the owners provide one in the living room....that room seemed to be the hottest with only having 1 vent. Also not sure who is over the laundry room but I would also suggest putting a change machine in there for convenience, or specify Community Laundry Area requires $2.00 in quarters with no coin machine. We lOVED the fact that it was a combo lock on the unit so we didn't worry about having a key or keeping up with a key.... Beach access was awesome and really only 70 steps~ Loved the way the unit was decorated and would MOST DEFINATLEY book here again. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful unit with us. We were anxious to travel again and returning to AMI was a great choice. Spacious 1 bedroom with comfy king size bed and nice pool. Close to the beach and beach chairs available in closet. Everything was to our liking. If you need WiFi at the pool or want to bbq, this place has neither. (In house WiFi was great.) But an over satisfactory stay!

A great property from a value perspective. Nice pool, steps to the beach. Great management; Rebecca was my rep, she was fantastic in assisting me with my same day booking and multiple extensions. You really can’t ask for much more from a rental. It’s a very comfortable, clean and well maintained place in a prize location. (I’m biased about the location as I used to live a block away. 😂 😉)

You know very well the “beachy vibe” of the location since you once lived nearby. We totally enjoyed our stay here. This was our 13th year on AMI, and have never found such a great condo to stay at as this. We couldn’t believe the amenities that they provided. And clean as could be. Will definitely try to get it again.

Just the best size for a couple,this one bedroom apartment, and beautiful decor, even the artwork! Very comfy furniture, beds and pillows. Fluffy towels for bath and pool. Location in a quiet residential walk to all you need neighborhood and yes, only 70 steps to the beach on the Gulf. Fabulous sunsets. We will be back for certain. Other tenants of the small complex made the vacation even better. Really felt homey. So much better than a hi rise vacation in our opinion. Casual and carefree. If you wanted to go nowhere else by car and still enjoy Anna Maria Island, then this is perfect!

Beautiful interior-well equipped. Location and heated pool cannot be beat! Perfect for a couple or perhaps a family of 3-4. Sleeper sofa would work for kids!

This our first trip to Anna Maria Island. We found Palm Cay #6 by chance because of the great reviews and the beautiful photos. This lovely beach home was even more wonderful than the pictures depicted. The unit was incredibly clean and beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and nice art work. The owners have considered every possible need right down to the beach chairs which came in handy because the house was just steps from the most fabulous beach. The location was just perfect with everything you could need just a short walk or bike ride away. We were not ready to leave when our week was up and are already making plans to visit again next year--if not sooner.

The Location was AMAZING!! What a Cozy Beautiful beach house. Literally STEPS from the Beach. New furniture, beautifully decorated rooms and wonderful ART. My wife loved the kitchen. Walgreen's and shopping are within walking distance. Even with Tropical Storm/Hurricane Hermine WE HAD A WONDERFUL STAY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PALM CAY #6

This was very comfortable, clean and enjoyable vacation rental. Its close proximity to the beach and other area amenities was just simply perfect. It was just what we were looking for, and one of the most relaxing holiday weeks we have experience together in a long, long time. We can't wait to come back!

What a beautiful beach house that felt like home right away. We were so excited to see that the beach was literally steps away from our door. All new furniture and beautifully decorated rooms. We loved the kitchen and newly tiled floors. Great pool that is private and well maintained. The location is AMAZING! So much to do just minutes away and the grocery store and Walgreens one block over. So many choices for restaurants we couldn't possibly try them all. We can't wait to come back again and explore and create more wonderful memories.
