My family of four stayed at the house. We had an issue getting into the house, but it was immediately remedied. We also had an issue with a TV, but it was also immediately remedied. The house was just as listed. About 10 minutes walking from the nicer beaches. The pool was great and where we spent an entire day when rain was forecast (but did not happen!). I would recommend this place!

Property was clean with plenty of towels ( beach and bath) Starter items are provided such as dishwasher pods, washing machine pods and paper towels. Beach chairs were also available. We had one little hiccup regarding the promised beach cart not being on property. After speaking with Becky ( on a holiday) she resolved the issue within hours. We would absolutely stay at this property again. Thank you for an excellent spring break experience.

We really enjoyed our first stay at AMI. The house was beautiful, and had all of the amenities we needed. The pool was the perfect spot to relax, and grill out after our days at the beach. This property served as the absolute perfect girls trip getaway. The location is fantastic. The house is clean and well stocked. We had our golf cart to zoom around in. Having the pool to relax in while the toddler napped came in clutch! We had coffee and breakfast out on the screened in porch. Would love to come back!

This property was perfect. It was spotless, comfortable beds, tons of beach items/ toys for the kids. The pool was great after a long day at the beach. The outdoor furniture by the pool and on the screened in porch area were great. Proximity to the beach was quick and easy. I would 100% stay here again. We’ve been to AMI several times now and every property we have stayed at has been great, but this one truly was perfect. Thank you so much!

This house was perfect for our family of 6! Plenty of space for more people but only two bathrooms held us up a bit. Great setup though. Walking distance to Rod & Reel Pier and multiple beach access points! (3-4 blocks at most) In the garage, there is everything you need for a trip to the beach from an abundance of chairs, umbrellas, toys, even a wagon to pull it all. The kitchen had plenty of appliances and everything we needed for cooking & serving food. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and linens if needed. The pool was perfect. Full sun with a small table/umbrella for optional shade inside the pool. Even a downstairs fridge for quick access when hanging by the pool or cooking on the grill. Game room was fun. The balcony off the main room was one of our favorite spots to sit together as a family every morning and again to end the night. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and for the beach or pool. One thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was not having a bathroom closer to the pool. The whole house is tile, slippery flooring, including the steps, which is beautiful! But not easy with wet kids needing to go through and up stairs to the bathroom multiple times. Just something to keep in mind to prepare for. Nothing to turn us away from the house though. We threw a towel or 2 down by the door. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay at Pelican Place and definitely recommend it!

This has been our best rental yet! Pictures do not do this property justice. We didn’t have any problems while we were there. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. We plan to book again!

The house was perfect! It was clean. The beds were comfortable and the pool was a nice way to cool off on a warm day. The kitchen had all necessary items for cooking meals. The pergola area was a nice place to escape the sun while staying outside and the screened in porch area was an area I wasn’t expecting to use but spent a lot of time in. The house is a 5min walk to the beach and then once you get to the beach it’s another 4-5min walk to actually get to the water. The house did have a wagon and chairs but the wheels on the wagon were not made for the beach and made the 4-5min sand walk to the water pretty difficult. A few of the straps on the chairs were broken so you couldn’t put them on your backs. The house did have a rental company you could go through which I would highly recommend. We rented bikes, chairs, and a crib. Overall the house was great and I would definitely stay again

Our stay at the house was excellent. The house is spacious and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you need to do all your cooking. And, the pool area is great too. The little table in the pool is awesome for sitting in the pool enjoying a cocktail after a day at the beach. The house also has all the stuff you need for that day at the beach. All in all a great place to stay.

We loved our stay! We stayed with our three teen/ pre-teens. The house was spacious enough for the five of us and elegantly decorated. The kitchen could use a few more accessories and basic starter kits to avoid a big shopping on day 1 but overall it was manageable. The swimming pool was a great addition to our beach days, so was the ping pong table (that could use new rackets) and we spend a lot of time just relaxing by the pool or on the porch. The property management was very responsive and pleasant. The short walk to the Bean Point beach (by far the most beautiful in our view) was really a plus. The shore is simply beautiful with immaculate sand and refreshing waters. Seeing sea birds thriving there was just a testimonial to how well protected the area is. As far as places to visit for a quick bite or supply, we loved the north shore cafe for their outdoor space and great croissants, we highly recommend pizza social for their cute outside terrace and tasty toppings (try “the social”, awesome!), the island fresh market for their beautiful seafood and super nice staff and the Anna Maria creamery and bakery for their great gelatos. Overall a fantastic place and stay. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I took our two young kids and mother in law on vacation here and it was perfect. We chose the pool with the walking ledge for our daughter to be able to play without being able to swim. It’s also perfect for lounging adults. Pool gets full sun around 12:30 in February so it was perfect. There are a ton of towels and linens which I love. The master bedroom and bath is huge, enough room for the pack and play crib for our son. They had a beach wagon, some beach chairs and various pool floats in the basement as well. Really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was also super well equipped with lots of cookware and accessories, which was nice since we ate in most nights due to COVID.

The house was clean and spacious! We loved that the bay side was a short walk from the house and the Gulf side was a short golf cart ride away. (rent a golf cart it was a blast and made getting around the island easy) Bean Point was close (10min walk) and it was beautiful to watch the sunset there. The Pool was clean and the kids LOVED it. We had an issue with the grill and the property management took care of it immediately. I would definitely stay here again! - Tips for future guests...The kitchen is well stocked with cups, plates, pots & pans and cooking utensils but bring your own seasonings, salt & pepper, cooking oils, and foil as there are no food/cooking products left behind from previous guests. They do provide one roll of paper towels, a mini bottle of dish soap and one packet for the dishwasher so you will need to bring extras of those too if you are staying for more than a few days. (extra TP too)

This beach house, newly renovated, was perfect for our family as we celebrated senior year and spring break, finally! It was just the respite we needed. We love the layout and roomy space so much; the front porch for games, reading and morning coffee and the game room downstairs with ping pong and darts and a fridge and freezer we could stock with treats for the teens as they got in and out of the pool. The shaded pergola was used often for late afternoon gatherings with our family and some friends who were also vacationing nearby. Pool was great, shaded in mornings, warm in afternoons but the umbrella and table in the pool was helpful, and night swims were delightful. Beach access on Fern to Bean Pt was 4 block walk; but easy to do with the beach wagon; a small beach access on the ICW side down Pointsetta was just 2 blocks away with views of the sunshine skywaybridge from end of the driveway! The beds were great, boys bunk room was a blast for them, kitchen was well stocked with the basic tools for eating nearly all meals in. Since we were here during Covid-19 in June 2020 many stores and restaurants were just open, but some with limited hours and all kinds of different mask policies...did bike rentals for a day and that was a great way to get around; plus a boat rental to egmont and to long boat pass. Great memories. Thank you for having a great place where we could celebrate our seniors, see family, and just get away from it all!

This is our 3rd year staying here. The location is great. It is within walking distance to the gulf, the bay side and Bean Point. Loved having a private pool. The only thing that would make it perfect, would be able to see the ocean from the house. I would definitely recommend it.

We loved Pelican Place! We needed a place last minute, and Kelly accommodated us with complete ease. The home is clean and very well maintained. We loved the location, we walked to the beach, the bay, piers, Pine Ave, cruised on the bikes...once we arrived we didn't drive to anywhere we chose to go! This location is truly perfect, it's a quiet area, close to everything. The pool was perfect and we spent hours enjoying the front screened in porch. Zero complaints about this home and our experience! We hope to rent it again. :)
