A couple of friends and I loved our stay here. It was an easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops, as well as the beach. The wagon and beach chairs were much appreciated and we used them every day. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We would definitely go back!

House was exactly as described, and even cuter in person! Enjoyed the private backyard with saltwater pool, beach wagon with all you could need (chairs, umbrella, cooler, floats) for the short walk 2.5 blocks to beach! Also enjoyed North Shore Cafe for coffee 2 blocks away and all Pine ave shops. Staff was responsive via text and had maintenance out in 20 mins for a minor issue.

The Pink Bungalow was amazing! It was just myself and my boyfriend so it was way more room than we needed but the pool really drew us in. We slept in the blue bedroom and the bed was a huge comfy king size. Comfortable couch and recliner lazy boy-type chairs in the living room made for a great movie night space. The pool was much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The location was perfect! We walked everywhere and you couldn’t beat a two block walk to a gorgeous beach. My one complaint would be the 10am checkout which is really early. The standard 11am would be a tiny bit better. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again and bring some friends too!

The location and house is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the pool is big enough to swim laps. There's a beach trolly, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The only negative was that the pool was very dirty when we arrived (because of a storm) but the management company sent somebody over the next morning to clean it.

Our family had the best time at Pink Palm Bungalow! Just two blocks from the beach, this place was a total score. The recent updates inside were so chic and comfy - we felt right at home. And can we talk about the pool? It was our own little oasis, surrounded by palm trees and all. We spent so much time there and loved every moment. Perfect for cooling off after hitting the beach. Speaking of the beach, being so close made our vacation a breeze. We'd just stroll over whenever we felt like it. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the grill was a game-changer for our evening BBQs. Shoutout to the management team – they were super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're after a laid-back family stay on Anna Maria Island, this spot is a winner. We left with big smiles and a bunch of awesome memories. Can't wait to go back!

It is the perfect location. Beach was just up the street. Genuinely awesome location and pool. I gave it 5 stars and would stay there again. The good: Portable fans everywhere. It was 100+ everyday and they came in very handy. Beach toys and cart in the garage, tons of them and they were great to have. Grill was new and had a full tank of gas. Pool was clean and outdoor showers were handy. Internet was very strong. Very strong AC. New washer and dryer. Plenty of kitchen items though my wife says the knives need to be sharpened. I told her to stop with the veggies and have a burger. She gave me a side eye and kept chopping. Tropicana Field and the TB Rays is less than an hour away. We had a blast at the game and beer was BOGO on Fridays! There are a few things that were very minor I would point out. The house is a bit dated, Spotless but just a touch out of date. Every light in the house is crazy bright. maybe use slightly less lumens in the bulbs. I know that sounds really petty but turn on the Kitchen nook light and you will see what I did. Please check the power sockets, not all of them work. Some of the furniture is creaky and although mostly functional it gives you the "are they going to claim I broke it worry". Need a PHD to get the TV to work. Just ended up streaming the game from my laptop. Beach toy cart needs air in the tires.

Wow! The Pink Palm Bungalow was perfect!
The listing info online is spot on, along with the pictures.
The house is about 2 blocks from the beach. It's a short, easy walk to get there.
There were plenty of beach items to take too, including a wagon or 2 to haul everything there.
(Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, cooler)
The layout of the house is great!
The king bed with in-room bath was perfect for mom & dad.
On the other side of the house are 2 additional bedrooms and another full bathroom.
The house provides enough items to take care of a family for a few days.
(Bath towels, toilet paper, hand soap)
The kitchen is fully stocked with both indoor and outdoor eating.
The house provides enough items to take care of a family for a few days.
(Paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher cube)
Having a private pool was the best!
We enjoyed this more than going to the beach.
The office was extremely helpful and responded to our texts with urgency.
The only issue we encountered was a need for propane, and they had the tank
switched within a couple hours.
I would definitely recommend staying at this house.

Spent Thanksgiving week with my wife and kids on Anna Maria Island, I was not impressed by the Island. The beaches, streets and restaurants were crowded, but there were some real gems that made it great. Rock claw crabs sold at Captain Anthony's were great, Island fresh market had Appalachacola oysters and the pool at the house saved the trip. Don't get me wrong, every restaurant we ate at was great, it was just crowded and most don't have liquor licenses so just beer and wine. Also, no alcohol is allowed on the beach. As for the house, it was a great value. Well appointed and spacious. The pool was great! It was a large pool with great chairs. The grill was great for our Thanksgiving feast. The landscaping gave us privacy and made it feel like the tropics. The master bath could use an elongated toilet, I felt like a giant on that round bowl and the master bed was comfortable, but the box spring kept slipping off the frame. All in all, this house is worth every penny. Don't hesitate to rent it if you plan a trip to Anna Maria Island.

We had a great family vacation at this house. The pool was amazing! The beach was fabulous. the location to beach, pier, and shops was walkable especially with the wagon for the kids. The house could have been cleaner(the fridge stunk) and a better supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, and paper towels would have been nice. Having the buy these items upon arriving on the island was an inconvenience.

Our first trip to Anna Maria Island, and it did not disappoint. With the virus situation, we were looking for more privacy both with accommodations and beaches. We found both with this property. The house is a little dated on the interior but charming. The kitchen has everything you would ever need for cooking (minus spices). The pool and pool area are fantastic. Kids absolutely loved it. We enjoyed the top shelf Weber grill one night. The beach accessories in the garage were very handy and helpful. My only "whoa" moment was that the second bathroom could use a deeper clean. Found some stains around the toilet. It is worth noting that the area essentially flooded a few times while we were there from heavy rain showers, but this property stayed dry and accessible. Overall, we would love to return to this property in the future. More importantly, our kids are asking when they can go back.

Das Haus verfügt über alles was man für einen perfekten Strandurlaub braucht. Super Ausstattung für den Strand mit zwei Strandwagen, reichlich Strandstühle, Sonnenschirme, Sand— und Wasserspielzeug. Der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön und durch die vielen Palmen und Büsche von aussen nicht einsehbar. Sehr schön möbliert und bestens ausgestattete Küche. Zum wunderschönen puderzuckersandstrand sind 5 Minuten zu laufen. Strandabschnitt ist ruhiger las weiter nördlich und südlich.

The place is perfect and there is no reason to ever leave the property! It is spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and well equipped. The best asset is the pool which is so private, stunning and surrounded be beautiful landscaping. And you can't beat the private outside shower which is surrounded by hibiscus bushes. It is located on a quiet street and is a quick 2 block walk to the gorgeous beach. PERFECTION!

We had a fabulous week at the Pink Palm in June 2015 on our family vacation (40-something couple with 2 kids and grandma). The Pink Palm bungalow really feels like a home verses a rental property -- it's clean, comfortable a decorated with a bright and cheerful motif. Some of things that made it so special: -- the gorgeous, huge and crystal clear pool that is enclosed by a completely private lush flower/shrub garden (the cleaning service popped in mid-week for a basic refresh service) -- comfortable beds with lovely linens and plenty of clean/fresh sheets and towels -- a well stocked kitchen - we did a good bit of cooking and made use of the good quality saucepans and other accoutrements We will certainly try to stay here again on future visits!

We spent a week in Anna Maria and it was like going to another world, unlike anything we see in Illinois where were from. The atmosphere is so up lifting and the food is so good. The Pink Bungalow that we stayed in was perfect for just the two of us and even though we had cold weather we were still able to swim in the heated pool. Oh, and did I mention, we got married too. The property manager's husband just happened to be a minister and he married us on the beach. Our stay will provide us with great memories that will last forever. PS Being I've worked in Security for a lot of years what really stood out immediately with me was that you get the feeling that you could walk around the neighborhood any time of the day or night and be safe, that means everything to me.

We spent one week in Paradise Anna Maria in January 2015 amd the Pink Palm Bungalow had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The best house we rented so far and I don't think I will ever search for another one because this one was perfect for us. Very well kept house, very clean with a wonderful and very private backyard. The house had everything we needed and more: well equiped kitchen, nice gaz grill outside, beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, and so much more. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, short walk to the white sandy beach and those beautiful beathtaking sunsets. Simply put: we found Paradise and the Pink Palm Bungalow was part of it.

My family had a wonderful stay in Pink Palm Bungalow over Christmas ! It is one of the best appointed homes we have rented and we have rented quite a few over the years. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans, linens, towels etc, were all very nice. The house is very comfortably decorated, clean, well maintained and we had everything we needed. The heated pool and backyard are awesome. The house is in a great location. We could walk to beaches, shops and restaurants, yet the street was very quiet. We rented bikes for the week and only used our car a couple times to go to the grocery store. It was nice having a garage for the bikes. Owner very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend the house. We can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our week in this rental home. It was clean, well-maintained and updated with cute decor. The layout and size was perfect for our family of five. The location was also great, with the beach, Pine Ave and several restaurants just a few blocks away. The pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature, allowing our kids to spend a lot of time swimming even though high temperatures were in the 60s. The management company was friendly and helpful. We would definitely consider booking this rental again.

We stayed in the Pink Palm Bungalow the first week of March. It is everything it claims to be and so much more ! The house is very tastefully decorated and updated with high end features. Everything was clean and in working order. I can tell the owner put a lot of love and care into decorating this beautiful home. There was not one thing about this house that we were not absolutely delighted with ! The house is in a great location, we walked to shopping, the beach, and Tampa Bay. It is also only two blocks from the free trolley, which we took many times. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a glorious stay on AMI !!

I'm very picky about rentals, so I was pleased to find that this house was everything the description said and more. We had 4 High school & college age kids and there was plenty of room. The decor was lovely, the backyard pool area was very private, we loved it and were out there every day. The house was clean, well stocked and in a good location. A couple blocks west to the beach and a couple blocks north to "town". We liked the Sandbar and the City Pier, Ginny and Jane E's and the Island Cafe for breakfast. But the best surprise was Slim's, right around the corner. It looks like a basic bar, but the food was great! Best Mahi, lobster mac & cheese...YUM! (we went there twice). The beaches are beautiful, the shops are so cute, we rented bikes and explored. What's not to like about Anna Maria??? We'll be back to the Pink Palm.
