The pool was wonderful and very clean. It was nice to come home after a day at the beach and be able to enjoy the pool. Everything we needed was in walking distance or a short drive. All the beaches are just beautiful.

Great location in Holmes Beach- quick walk to beach, restaurants, and shops….. well stocked kitchen, loved having beach chairs and wagon provided! Pool was well maintained - Had an issue with thermostat and it was replaced within hours! Very responsive

We stayed Dec 5-15, 2024 and were very happy with the beach's condition - very clean sands. The Holmes Beach area (where rental is located) seems to have fared better from the hurricanes than the Bradenton beach area. There is still lots of repairs happening in the area, but our rental was in very good condition. There are many restaurant and live music venues available. Great stay in this beautiful area. Everyone has been working so hard to fix up since the hurricanes. I recommend a visit to Anna Maria Island!

This home was beautiful and cozy! Beds were comfortable. The backyard felt like a complete private oasis and honestly, we spent more time out there than the beach itself. I posted pictures and videos while enjoying our time in the backyard and everyone asked me where we were and for the link. The home was so close to literally everything. The best rental home we’ve ever had, by far!

I recently stayed on this airbnb , and it was an absolute gem. The property was stunning, easy beach access just steps away. The home was beautifully decorated in a coastal style, making it feel like the perfect beach retreat. we stayed for a week and overall loved our stay. The house was clean and we were provided with basic necessities and there were plenty of towels and beach towels. They also had a wagon and beach chairs for beach trips. We loved that the Queen palm is walking distance to so many restaurants, shops and of course the beach. There is a pool on the property which is nice if you’re not up for the beach but take note that it might be just big enough for a small number of people. Overall, when we go back I might book the place again!

This unit was exactly as pictured. The pool area particularly was beautiful. It was planted to allow for maximum privacy and an oasis feel. The house was clean and inviting. The host was extremely responsive. On arrival I let them know of some issues we found with the beach supplies for the house and a broken chair on the pool deck area. They had new chairs for the beach delivered to the house while we were gone the next day. They even followed up to alert sure we had seen the new chairs and that we had no other issues or concerns regarding the property. We had a relaxing and memorable stay and can’t wait to book this property for our next AMI vacation if it is available. Highly recommend both the house and the management company for providing us with a stress free vacation. .

DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THIS LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH!!!!!! Everything in the home was spotless and beautiful!!!! The pool area was private, clean and simply perfect!!!!! We enjoyed the home, the area and the beach is literally three blocks away!!! The beach is clean, private and just so peaceful. It's a beautiful and quiet beach town with friendly residents. There are several supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants near by. Honestly we didn't want to leave and we will definitely be back!! The host was very responsive about any concerns we had along with providing numerous recommendations regarding restaurants in the area.

The home is definitely on the small side, but beautifully decorated and furnished. It was the perfect size for myself, and my three children. The pool was beautiful and very clean. The only thing I would change is to have access to the pool from inside the house - but that isn't a big deal. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal, the bedrooms were nice and clean. The bathroom was very nice, and they provided plenty of linens of the 4 of us. The washer/dryer was a plus for sure. The location was nice and only about a 5 minute walk to the beach access. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in staying on Holmes beach/AMI!

Great communication throughout. Short golf cart ride to the beach. Left a couple of notes for the cleaning crew. TV was very dusty and a blanket was very dirty. Could do better with that

Great accomodations, very walkable. Will be great when road construction is complete. Friendly neighborhood. Binder with all the info was very helpful. Only thing missing was a map for easiest walk to beach. Though it's a short walk, you need to know where access is. Pool was perfect for two.

Very satisfied with the property. Short walk to the beach. Cozy backyard but works with a small family. The inside was was well maintained with plenty of living space. Our only issue was with the size of the kitchen - it is a tight space making it difficult for more than 1 person to be in it at same time. Overall - we enjoyed it and plan to come back!

Pretty house for a family with 2 kids. Pool area is very nice, however there is not direct connection from the house to the pool, you have to exit the main entrance and walk to the pool. Except for that, everything was outstanding. I would book it again

We found the whole process of finding this property online, renting, checking in and out very easy. The property was as expected and was clean and well appointed. The pool area was great as well! The location was good for walking to dinner and the beach was a short walk as well. The only ding on this listing is that while the kitchen was well equipped, there was no dishwasher detergent and just a small amount of dishwashing liquid. While I don’t mind buying these things, I thought that having to buy a whole package of pods to use 1 or 2 was a bit of an inconvenience. Also they only provided 1 single roll of toilet paper, so plan on buying or bringing some with you. Again, this is still 5 star place. Thanks for sharing.

Great location to access the beach and a lot of restaurants and cafes we could easily walk to. Great place to stay for two adults with room for hanging out and a nice quiet backyard pool area. Not a busy street which was really nice when we saw how busy other 'hot spots' on the island were. We were thankful it was a quiet street compared to the other areas. Clean & easy check in with lots of kitchen 'stuff' if we wanted to make our own meals.

The property is just as pictured and appeared to be newly remodeled. It was equipped with everything we could want from towels to beach chairs. The pool area is super relaxing and beautifully landscaped and it's a short jaunt to the beach. This is about our 10th year visiting AMI.

Easy booking via H&A. Direct comms with Property Manager and then a physical check in at the PM Office was all very smooth. The property itself superbly located on a quiet street a few mins walk from the beach. Queen Palm is very well maintained, nice modern decor and well equipped. It has a nice private pool area area. Under a two minute walk takes you to several bars ,cafes and restaurants. There is a Publix’s locates a five minute drive, there is a very good Austrian Schnitzel House beside it. Our third time staying on AMI and this has been the best property so far.

This was my husband and my first visit to AMI and we have fallen in love with this beautiful location and cannot wait to come back. The house was exactly as pictured, and the backyard was a lovely oasis. The rental was well equipped with lots of kitchen utensils, plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The unit is beautifully decorated and was very clean. The pool was nice but toward the end our stay it turned really green so we couldn’t use it. The rental is conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants. The location is very quiet and peaceful. Overall, we loved the rental and look forward to staying here in future vacations.
