We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. The house is modern and clean. The outdoor patio space was our goto for morning coffee and watching the Osprey and seeing manatee in the canal. While the construction noise caught us off guard during the day, the evenings were extremely quiet. Great location and neighborhood. Look forward to returning!

House was just as shown in Air b&b. The area was beautiful close to beaches. Beautiful canal that had manatees daily, dolphins came through as well. Back patio very comfortable and relaxing setting to enjoy the area, and comfortable temperatures!

Close to a coffee shop for morning walk - less than 10 minutes to local beaches and within 30 of AMI - beach chairs, wagon and umbrellas. Towels available too. Quiet and pool was perfect after a hot beach day.

Beautiful Home. AMI was always helpful and even when the email didn’t come with our check in information they got it to us asap! The house was well stocked, bring spices and cooking oil as expected.
There could be more hooks or towel racks in the bathroom and balconies or pool areas. But not complaining at all. The amount of stairs was surprising to us, our little dog was not a fan but he adapted by the end of the week. The pool was very nice to have. And the wildlife in the canal was amazing. We had a great week, not too far from anything and our kids walked to the beach.

Great location. Just a short drive over the bridge and you are on the island. Neighborhood is quiet, house was plenty big, and very clean.

The location was great! Be mindful that there is current construction in the development. The screened in porches are wonderful as well as the modern kitchen with all new appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, pots & pans etc. The best part is the large pantry for storing personal items such as food, coolers & games.
The second and third bedrooms do not have dressers for small clothing items, and we ended up living out of suitcases on the floor for two weeks. This is tough to do if you have a bad back. This not something one would expect from a high caliber property. AMI Locals and AMI Accommodations is aware of this.

The house is new and clean. The beds were comfortable and lots of space in each room. However there are a lot of stairs and no lift to haul your belongings and groceries. The master shower only has very warm to hot shower so if your sunburnt or over heated you will not get relief with a cold shower. Also the downstairs sliding door and a window in the stairwell has no blinds so the heat filters in the house. And be sure to bring citronella because around 4 pm the no seeums will eat you up at the pool. But on the plus side we seen manatees in the canal behind the house almost every day. And it’s just minutes from the beach. All in all I still give it 5 stars!

The house was beautiful, beds were so comfy. The only problem I had was with Check in. I had asked if we could check in early they said they would get back to me. I was supposed to get a code to go in by 3:00 it was never sent. I called Ami and this was now 345 with groceries in my car that needed to be refrigerated and was told I had to wait till 400 that the inspector had to come first. Inspector never showed and the code ended up working at 350 anyway. I just thought that was very rude and inconsiderate. For 15 minutes!!!!!! Ran out of Barbecue gas first morning and WiFi was not working. I called and they did send someone out right away. All in all was very nice. They should definitely leave some more necessities for a group of 5-6 people. I’m on vacay I should not have to bring my own toilet paper and supplies that are normally there for an air bnb. We were only there for 4 days and not enough supplies for the money we paid for cleaning and the extra charges they should have more

We had an incredible time at this property. Everything in it is high quality and good taste. Having an under the roof pool, was amazing. Communication was excellent and fast at every moment. We would definitely come back many times.

Everything about the place was great. The location is perfect for enjoying the beaches around the area. The Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, and Coquina beaches are minutes from the house. The inlet area behind the house gave us a nature show with manatees playing while we were in the pool. The pool temperature was perfect and extremely clean as well. The house was spotless and free of clutter. The kitchen is packed with everything, and we found out that the stove oven has an air fryer option. You will need to bring seasonings and aluminum foil if cooking, everything else is covered.

This was the nicest beach house we’ve ever stayed in. It was so pretty and everything was super clean and all linens had a fresh, clean smell. We loved the private pool and dock, we even got to see several manatees right by the dock. We didn’t have any needs, but we received several texts making sure everything was okay. Will definitely be booking here again.

Had a great stay this week. The house is just as described and we felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked with quality items, not the cheap stuff you usually find at an Airbnb. The location was great! About a 3 min drive across the bridge or a 20 minute walk. Beach, restaurants, shops all walkable if you don’t want to rent a car. The pool heater wasn’t working the first couple days but AMI Accommodations worked to get it working for us asap. They were very responsive with the couple questions we had as well. It is a brand new neighborhood so there was construction but that won’t last forever. Overall it was a great week and we would stay again!

Our recent getaway at this vacation rental in the new green community near the beach was truly special. We visit Florida every year with a group of dear friends for the holidays, and this was our first foray into booking a rental home instead of a hotel.
