Sand And Sea 109 B

One of my friends ended up in hospital. We called 911 and EMS were there within 5minutes. The owner of the property was understanding and went over and above to make sure everything was ok, including 2 extra nights for free while my friend was in hospital! Property management answered any questions or concerns promptly.The units were clean and decorated nicely. Location was perfect with short access to beach and free trolley. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

This was a lovely property, very clean, warm pool and, very close to the beach and shops/restaurants.
There were three of us - one adult and two children - ample space and we had a lovely vacation. The description is accurate and you could have up to 6, on the three beds in total.

Property was exactly as pictured, quaint and cute. Steps from the beach and local restaurants, bars and shops. Low key and relaxing. Property managers were very quick to answer any questions i had and help with any problem.. would definitely return

Great location near beach access. Having the pool was also really nice. A lot of restaurants and things to do nearby. Host was accommodating and communicated well.

Location was great. Short walk to beach and to lots of shops and restaurants. Very nice pool area. The place was cute and clean and just what we expected. Loved the outdoor shower too! Only complaints would be the queen bed was super hard and very uncomfortable! They gave you 2 nice beach chairs but for a 2 bedroom place, should have at least had 4. No umbrellas either! No where to rent chairs or umbrellas on the beach either. Seems like a small expense for the owner that would be a major convenience for renters! Very nice place overall. Met the owners family and they were very nice too!! Really enjoyed our stay but really didn’t sleep well on that bed.

This flat is close to the beach and close to the best coffee/breakfast spot on the island...Ginny and Jane Es! Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Near everything. Pool and accommodations on the property are perfect! This is my second stay in the same place and will be back again.

My family of 6 - 2 adults, 4 kids - stayed here comfortably. We loved the set up and enjoyed the secluded pool. It was only steps from the beach which was perfect for my younger kids. I would recommend this property and I would stay there again.

This property was perfect for my family of four. It was in a prime location close to the beach and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. We liked how easy it was to go back and forth from the condo to the beach and pool. The out door shower was perfect for our family as well. It was also in prime location near some nice restaurants within walking distance or just a close ride. I would definitely consider staying again.

Parts of our family have rented units at Sands & Sea for years and it never disappoints. The units are clean, comfortable, and steps from the beautiful Gulf. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained as is the pool. Check in/out is uncomplicated and the property management company is 1st rate!

We stayed for a week. Everything you could want is in this flat plus it is 1/2 a block from the beautiful beach. You can walk or take trolley to everything. Enjoyed fishing on the pier and beach walks. They do ask you to do a bit of prep for next guests on your departure day but it is nothing to strenuous.

What a great place. Close to the beach, shops and the best donut shop n the island. Condo had everything needed to make the week's stay very enjoyable. My husband especially liked the private hot/cold shower on the back deck. Will definitely be making plans to return.

We have been staying at the Sand-N-Sea for 3 years and will be returning again this year. We have two small children and it is perfect our family. We have stayed in multiple units. All of the units are exceptionally clean. The furniture is comfortable, clean and very well kept. One of my favorite features is the outdoor shower on the deck because you can clean the sand off in the shower and then go directly into the condo from the back porch. The kitchens are fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking. The beds are comfortable and the rooms have TV's with DVD players which is great for the kids. I love all the decorations and how each unit has its own theme. The pool is cleaned every day and is great for having lunch at the picnic table. You could not ask for a better location. Just a short walk from the beach, across the street from Ginnie & Jacks which is the best location for breakfast and short walk from the best restaurant on the island, the Sandbar. Anna Maria is a perfect vacation! The Sand-N-Sea is absolutely the best rental on the Island.

This was our second year going to Sand N' Sea and we loved our unit.... It is as wonderful as it looks in the photos. Everything is clean and well appointed. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, the pool perfectly heated. So convenient to walk just steps to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Take advantage of the gorgeous sunsets on the beach at the Sandbar and the breakfasts at Ginny's & Janie's! You will not be disappointed with the Sand N' Sea or Anna Maria.

Have been going to Sand N Sea for about 2 years...2x for weekly vacations with young children, and one for a girls getaway weekend. Great place to stay with great amenities, literally, 10 steps to the pool, 50 steps to the beautiful beaches of AMI!!! It has become a favorite vacation for our family. Close to great dining, easy to rent bikes a true hidden treasure! We are returning in a month and counting the days!

Amazing time. The pool, the stone throw distant to the beach, rum runners one block away. Heaven am I right? The renters were awesome too, they lent my family and I SPF 80 sunscreen cause we burn being from the north!! Reserve a spot now if it's a girls weekend or a family reunion. And try the breakfast sandwiches at the Old IGA on AMI!!!
