Sea Oats

The house was a perfect size for our group of 12. It was too cold and windy for the beach for a couple of days, so we spent a lot of time in the warm pool and hot tub.

The Place was great and close to beach. The pool did not get a lot a sun during the day due to all the palm trees which was a little disappointing. Overall great house for our families.

We arrived for a 50th birthday party with 11 people. The house was awesome and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect best to the beach. The pool made the afternoons fun for relaxing and having a few drinks. The house is close to everything in the island and quiet when everyone went to bed. The elevator was an added bonus for moving luggage. Thanks for an excellent stay.

We were a little nervous about staying at this property, as it only had a single review and looked almost too good to be true. However we had an absolutely incredible experience during our stay. The house was beautiful and actually seemed closer to the beach than the photos make it appear. The property itself was extremely clean and well maintained. The outdoor pool area was great. It was a refreshing spot when it got too hot at the beach and the kids had a blast. The only downside to our stay was that the hot tub heater was broken, but to be honest we had so much fun at the beach and pool that we hardly even noticed. The property management group was excellent with regard to providing us with instructions and communication. We had a great stay here and look forward to coming back.

Nice roomy location for our family and cant beat the proximity to the beach. Literally 300 feet or so and we are on the beach. Nice and quiet stretch too. The pool and hot tub were great, which we used them after our days on the beach. Extra trash bags and toilet paper were not supplied by AMI, so be aware of this.

Just steps away from the beach, could not ask for a better location. The pool and hot tub were an added treat. Location to stores, restaurants, some within walking distance. The rental company made it easy to check-in and check out. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Big beautiful clean house. We were four families. Beautiful swimming pool. Really close to beautiful beach. We spent a lot of day and night time near pool after beach. Great communication with us. Thanks a lot from everyone

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 2 families and 12 people, and it never felt crowded. The elevator did stop working, but they had it fixed immediately. This was very important to us bc one of us has a medical condition that necessitated the need of it instead of it being just a nice convenience. Also, the location is prime. It's on a dead end street, so you don't get any through traffic. Great for families with young kids. Ammenities were good, and their relationship with the rental company made things very easy- it was there when we arrived and they picked up when we left. Also, a rare thing is they had quite a few board games-nice addition. We'd definitely stay here again.

My wife, 5 young kids and I all really enjoyed our stay at this house. We especially loved the pool, hot tub, and the short distance to the beach. We brought up a couple of minor issues, and the management was right on top of them. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Overall experience was great with the exception of the neighbors behind the property. They felt our kids were too loud during the day.

We had 9 adults, a two year old and 2 9 month old babies. There was plenty of room to house the children separate from parents. And the grandparents didn't hear a thing at night when the babies were crying (we slept downstairs). Were able to make use of the hot tub after the pool guy gave us some tips-- the weather was cold, so the pool wasn't used at all. Pool is shaded all day which makes it even colder when the weather isn't good. Walk a block to the beach-- beautiful and so convenient. We could be together but everyone could still do their own thing. Driveway faces south so we were able to be very warm in the sun even though it was 50's and 60's--- just wheeled our lounge chairs out and sunned that way,. Had a couple of issues with propane and ice cube maker-- called the office and they acted immediately to replace the tank and bring us ice until the ice maker was fixed. Awesome staff. They also had some beach chairs and a cart to pull to the beach. Only thing negative was having to buy toilet paper and salt and pepper and basic spices. Seems like a place of this price should provide these basic things. Loved our stay. Would definitely come again.

Our family had a great time staying in this house for a week in mid February. We would rent again if we ever need 6 bedrooms on Anna Maria Island. The location is great. My advice for any one staying here is remember toilet paper and paper towels when you get your groceries for your stay there. Also, there is ALOT of tile in the house including the stairs to go to the second floor so the sound carries and it can get really noisy for people sleeping upstairs when people downstairs are still up and watching TV or hanging out.
