This place was very nice. It worked out very well for our family and little dog. The pool was nice to have for a non beach day. A very short walk to the beach. We would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! The street was quiet and the area. There was shopping and restaurants a short walk away and then Bridge Street was a short drive away. the beach was a few minutes from the house and there were beach chairs, a wagon and umbrella which made really hot days easy. The pool was lovely although the first few days it needed to be vacuumed. The pool guy came around and cleaned it up. I wish there was better skimmers though to keep up between the pool guy coming by. We really loved the area and it was so relaxing.

This property had a great location with walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants, etc. My kids enjoyed the pool daily and felt very at home for our stay. Property management was on top of a few issues during our stay and followed up to make sure all was well.

it was a great spot and great location. just watch out if you do have dogs. the window treatment in the front to cover the floor to ceiling window is see thru so dogs would bark at passer bys.

Beautiful, clean property, closer to the beach than we thought (about a 5 minute walk) and located in a lovely neighborhood. Has everything you could want when on vacation. The nearby beach is gorgeous and quiet.

We stayed in this house for spring break and it was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved the pool area and that we could walk to the beach and restaurants. I would 100% rent again!!! Perfect house.

Wonderful family vacation. House was large, comfortable and well stocked for cooking and enjoying. Kids LOVED the pool. Was further to the beach than we expected but we loved it when we got there. Back yard was very dark. Suspended lights were mostly dead and solar spot lights didn't work either. There were no accessible plugs in the outside for electronics or lights. We will certainly be back!!

Property was just as described. The walk to the beach was even shorter than we thought it would be. We found that the portion of beach that you enter was not overcrowded at all. More than enough space to keep distanced from others and everyone was pretty respectful of that. We could go to the beach at any part of the day and be able to set up in an open space. Property is perfect for a large family like ours (4 kids) or two small families. Something to note, the daybed room is attached to the master. You must walk through that room to get to the master. King beds were very comfortable, pool was perfect size, plenty of patio furniture for all to enjoy, the house had everything we needed! The location is amazing and walking distance to many restaurants, shops and liquor stores. Management company dropped off a beach wagon in the middle of our stay which was very useful! Enough beach chairs and umbrellas for all. We left behind some sand toys for the next families to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We had a great stay! Loved having our own pool and the location of the house is great! Close to the beach and multiple restaurants. We utilized the trolley system which is super convenient since traffic on the island is a little crazy! The beds are super comfortable and the house had everything we needed for our week stay!

Looking for the perfect house and location. Look no further this house has the best location. Short walk to beach and restaurants/shops. Very quiet area even though so much is close. Walk to beach is a quick easy walk. Beach is beautiful. House has great space, beds, pool and outdoor area. TONS of beach towels. Washer and dryer work well so pack light and do laundry as needed. Family room furniture reclines and is comfy. We ate most meals outside at large table. Two large umbrellas outside to keep sun off of you and great lounge chairs. 3 king beds and a daybed with trundle. Two nice bathrooms and lots of closet space and dressers. We really loved house and would definitely rent again. Anna Maria Island is a great place to visit. We rented a golf cart which was a fun way to travel. Also make sure to go to farmers market on Tuesdays.

This was a great house for us for the month. While this house is not very special from the outside, the inside is fabulous. It is completely redone with an open floor plan, great finishes and lots of space.

We stayed at this house with three generations and it was perfect. The split floor plan and one level were good. The outdoor space is beautiful! The pool and surrounding area are very open and get lots of sun. Will definately stay at this place again. Well equipped kitchen also.

The house is in an ideal location. Very close to dining, bike rental, beach access less than a 5 min walk and a 1 min bike ride. Right down a little street is a coffee shop, Yogurt and salad bar, as well as Feast's which we loved. Very conveniently located. The house was very neat and perfect for a beach get-a-way. I will be staying here again next year i loved the property and the pool as well as all the convienct amenities that came with it. i.e. floats, washer, dryer, dishwasher, cable, three TV's all the kitchen items you would need. Beach towels, beach chairs, i can go on. There is even a high chair and little childrens table for your younger family members.

My family enjoyed this house so much. Very close to beach access. Coffee shop, restaurants and most importantly bike rental. We walked right down the street to a bike rental shop that delivered and picked up. The area is nice and quiet and safe for bike riding. Easy access to Gulf Drive and a short 1.6 mile ride to city pier and the famous Two Scoops. The house was adorable with all the kitchen stuff you need. The pool was perfect size for cooling off and playing. It We are now calling it our little cottage in the sun. We plan on booking the same house again be t year. We have fallen in love with the house and Anna Maria. We took very good care iof the property and things in it. We appreciate you sharing your sea cottage with us!
