Tuvimos una hermosa estancia con mi marido y mis 2 hijos. La unidad está a 2 cuadras de la playa con todos los servicios, cerca de la parada del trolley, a pie del supermercado y una zona comercial. Nos encantó la tranquilidad del barrio, la ubicación era perfecta y la piscina preciosa y muy cuidada. El departamento es tal cual se describe y coincide con las fotos, es muy cómodo con muchos utensilios y todo lo necesario para cocinar. Las amenidades de la playa se podrían mejorar e incluir una sombrilla, de pronto una sal y pimienta también podrían agregarse al kit de bienvenida aparte del aceite de oliva, con eso ya sería ideal, pero nos arreglamos y lo pasamos hermoso.
El anfitrión ofrece gran variedad de recomendaciones locales y actividades.
El balcón es compartido y nuestra vecina de la unidad C fue muy amable, súper agradable.
Un lugar recomendable al que esperamos volver pronto!! Lo pasamos genial!! Saludos!!

Perfect for 3 adults. Well appointed without being cluttered. Excellent, sharp knives. Deliciously heated pool and onsite laundry facilities were a big plus. Location could not be better, between beach and Publics, free trolley and restaurants. You do not need a car. The keyless lock makes it easy for several people to come and go with no worry about losing the key. You share a long porch with another Unit, but the space is well defined and ample with your own table, chairs, etc. It was very quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. It was a lovely stay.

Very happy with our experience. 300 yards from the beach and an 1/2 block to Publix. Free trolley on the island. The Heated pool was Excellent, like Warm Bathwater.
We want to come back again.

Great location, close to the beach..it is a condo style with 4 units so the pool isn’t one you have to yourself..the house was pretty well stocked with dishes etc. short on wash cloths and bath towels( only 2 wash cloths for 3 people) but we made it work! To wash laundry you have to pay to wash it, so bring quarters! We loved that they had beach chairs and towels there as we flew down and didn’t have those things! All in all it’s a great place for the location and price, would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect size for my 20 yr old son and I. It was clean, quiet, short walk to the beach. Close to everything you could need!! I would highly recommend this property, and will definitely call them again in the future!

Nothing is ever perfect, but this place was as close as it gets. Location, quiet, cleanliness, heated pool. We rebooked before we left for next year.

The property was amazing. Very short walking distance to beach, a few restaurants and groceries. The condo had everything you’d need to prepare meals and even frozen drinks. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the best condo I have ever stayed at. I never wanted for a thing. The shower is better than mine at home. I highly recommend Seabreeze D. Loved everything about. Will stay there again for sure.
