Awesome property, felt like home. Love the location and proximity to the beach. Tried to rebook for Labor Day weekend 2026 and it was already booked. Hope to stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Excellent location with a short walk to the beach or a walk to the pier on the bay side. Also restaurants and coffee shop within walking distance. Overall great stay in an older beach house.

Overall, the property was clean and very nice for us. We did enjoy our stay at the property. The pool and the tv outside were awesome! The jacuzzi was hot and not difficult to turn on and off with the instruction manual. The bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets were clean. Shower had hot water with good water pressure and was clean! There wasn’t a lot of cleanup/starting of laundry and whatnot we had to do before leaving which was nice, too! However, the refrigerator smelled of bad fish, but the fridge appeared to be clean. Not sure if that was from previous guests or not. The bypass button coming inside from the pool area wasn’t connected and we had to contact the management group to have maintenance come out and fix it. It took him less than 5 min to fix and the management group was quick and efficient at responding! The pictures seem edited to entice renters, which I know is the whole point, but don’t accurately display the unevenness of the floors. If small children or elderly came to visit, it would be dangerous even with the caution tape on the floors/ceilings. Would recommend the property just with some disclosures.

House was as advertised...1 block from the beach & the backyard oasis was awesome for the kids!! My only complaint is the backdoor is loose at times, which sets the alarm off...I would recommend replacing the backdoor. Other than that, we had a great time!Ryan W

Check in was quick & easy, the cottage was clean, neat & tidy, neighborhood was mostly quiet, lots of renovations & construction going on around the property. Beach access was also under construction but we had the “sound” on the other side which had a pier & was relaxing. Overall good experience, would recommend.

Location was great and near shopping and restaurants. Beach was a stones throw away and the pool and hot tub were nice as well. Home had been updated nicely and had everything we needed. Would stay again!

We loved our stay at this house. The hot tub and heated pool were lifesavers as we didn't have good weather. the washer and dryer were a very nice amenity as were the games inside the house. The kitchen is updated and very nice. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all nice- the whole house worked perfectly for us. Location was perfect, just a short walk to Bridge Street and right across the street from the beach.

Seaside Manor is in a fantastic location on a narrow stretch of Anna Maria that is just footsteps away from both the beach and bay. The home is charming and full of cozy, beach house character. There are three rooms - two suitable for adults and a small room behind French doors more suitable for children. There is also a bonus daybed in the front of the home for extra guests. The house has been updated with a modern kitchen and comes with plenty of dining space. The second bathroom is also updated with a spacious double vanity and shower. The master bed room has a convenient en-suite. As a highlight of the property, the rear patio and pool are gorgeous amenities. The tuck under patio area has a low ceiling height, but is spacious and well equipped. One critical note is the multiple slight changes in floor level throughout the house. It’s quirky, which lends well to a bespoke beach house feel, but is also a tripping hazard for little ones and those not as sure-footed. Overall, this property is in a fantastic location, welcoming, and accommodating.

A highschool friend and I spent a few days for a gals time away. We had a wonderful time!
Had to get use to pushing the alarm button every time we went out the back door.
It worked out fine.
Would highly recommend this place!

We needed a place on short notice and we loved this cottage near Bradenton beach! The pool and hot tub were wonderful on the cool days when we couldn't enjoy the beach. It is a great location with quick beach access and a number of restaurants within walking distance.

Property was just as shown. Easy entry and no issues with the exception of the BBQ tank running out; which was quickly rectified. Would definitely recommend staying at this location as it is close to the beach, and you have the backyard sanctuary with the pool and hot tub.

Very clean, roomy, efficient property, with ease of accommodating 7 adults. Very easy and quick results when contacting property management team for minor issue: propane for gas grill. Short walk to the beach. Safe area for daily morning and evening walks. Short drives for exploring Anna Maria Island, restaurants, and shopping. Definitely would recommend staying at Seaside Manor. We had a great time at Seaside Manor. It's an old house but has been renovated nicely. The pool / hot tub were fantastic and it's a stone's throw from the beach. The staff was attentive and we had no real issues. I would say the backyard area - the bar and laundry room/outdoor fridge could have been cleaner, but not really a great big deal. Would definitely stay again.

What a wonderful experience! The house was gorgeous and for all of our needs. Location was PERFECT. Pool and hottub were fabulous. Only recommendation would be to have trash bags and dishwasher liquid available. Otherwise it was the absolute perfect vacation!

Great clean house for a small family. Fantastic location indeed 2 houses away from the beach. Very comfy outdoor space with the pool and furniture. Short drive or even walk from restaurants. The only potential not-so-great thing to mention is the proximity to the neighboring properties: it could get loud if guests there are noisy

We absolutely LOVED our time at AMI and this property. We have a family of 6 (4 kids 10 and under) and it was a very comfortable space for us. The pool is fabulous and in the sun from 10-5 everyday! You are just a short, very short, walk to the beach. They have a wagon there to easily get your beach stuff there without hassle. Remember to bring your own cleaning supplies, hand soap and paper goods. The place was very clean when we arrived and property management company was great to work with.

We absolutely loved our stay in your beautiful home! It was extremely clean and well organized, as well as beautifully decorated. We LOVED spending time on the back porch with so many options for seating including rocking chairs! These were perfect for my mother who spent most of her time rocking away. The hot tub was a big hit with us, however, it wasn't working properly upon arrival but they remedied very quickly by calling a pool maintenance company who fixed it right away. I'm a bit of a clean freak and like to clean as I go but there were no cleaning supplies, not even a glass or surface cleaner to be found. There was also no dish soap but according to the check-in instructions, there was supposed to be a small bottle which would have been sufficient. I think the cleaning crew just forgot. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus! We were able to do laundry a couple of times so we didn't come back home with a bunch of dirty clothes. I was also happy to find an abundance of bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Some suggestions: There were only three beach chairs, but only one of three were usable. Two of them were broken and couldn't be used. I wish I would have known as I would have brought my own chairs. Having beach chairs so close to a beach is a must for me. Something to keep in mind: It is an older home, although, beautifully renovated. Because of that, the walls are pretty thin. We had a very large family vacationing next door and we could hear them at all times from inside our place while they were outside. We did not have any kids in our group and they had several who screamed and hollered while playing in the pool. Fortunately, they kept very quiet at night and the nights were very peaceful. All that being said, I give it 5+++ stars as a luxury home close to the beach, close to the bay and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We had a great time in our week at the Seaside Manor. Excellent location. One block to the beach. The pool was fantastic! My only concern is the tripping hazards of the flooring in the house. There were areas that were marked. But my elderly parents had some difficulty navigating them. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

The property was excellent. Obviously newly remodeled and had all the amenities we would ever need on Anna Maria Island. Very close to all the things we like to do, beach, fishing, sailing. Would definitely consider the same property again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay, it’s just 1 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute walk to the bay, we fished at the bay next to the house and cooked them, was so delicious, the house was a perfect size for our family of 4 we could walk to many places, the word for the pool is AMAZING , we’ll be back for sure.
