We enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable and just a few steps to the gulf side beaches. Lots to do on the island and a lot of really great food. Recommend The Waterfront for nice dining and the Ugly Grouper for casual but fantastic food.

Enjoyed our stay here. This place was spacious , clean and well decorated. Loved being across the street from the bay watching the sunrise and swimming. The outdoor shower was so convenient. Just a short 10 minute walk to watch the sunsets which were gorgeous. Great location in a quiet area of the Island. Rented a golf cart made touring the island more fun. Enjoyed cooking our own meals here and eating them in the gazebo. Would definitely revisit this place. Thank you!!!

Shore’s Nice is far more than “nice.” This beautiful bungalow is a treasure! Access to the bay is right across the street- perfect for waking up early to watch the sunrise. There are several beach access paths a stone’s throw away. It’s an easy walk to the famous Rod & Reel Pier in one direction or to the Anna Maria City Pier in the opposite. Bayfront Park is basically across the street.
(There is a city owned area where some trucks came in and out during our stay, loading and unloading stone. But it wasn’t too often.)
Getting to the gulf side is also easy. Some days I walked there, but parking is available as well as.
The gazebo at Shore’s Nice has great outdoor furniture. We ate breakfast outside and enjoyed happy hour there too. The trees and foliage give just the right amount of privacy and the landscaping is pretty.
Inside is simply gorgeous! The decor is fresh and charming. The layout is simple and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return one day!

What a fantastic place and great location! The house was right across the street from beach access and the most amazing views. We loved the serene and calm nature and feel of the home. Every room was fantastic and well stocked. We even used the beach wagon, umbrella and chairs! The neighbors were very friendly and we enjoyed sitting outside in the gazebo! If you are looking for a great escape, this is the best location! It checked all the boxes and then some. We will be back!
