One of my favorite vacation rentals we’ve ever had. The house was even more spacious and beautiful in person. I didn’t want to leave. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we loved the very short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Came with a family of 3, but this would also be a perfect house for a girls’ trip. Pool and yard area are immaculate. Highly recommend. One tip for two of the showers at the property, the lower knob needs to be pulled out first to turn on the water. We found that confusing. But otherwise our stay was perfect!

Two items need some TLC — the knives in the house are VERY dull, and the beach umbrellas need an upgrade. Otherwise, it is a very nice property.

This property was amazing. The backyard was like a private oasis which provided entertainment for the entire family. We grilled several nights and just hung out after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and provided a good nights rest for all. Would definitely consider renting again.

My family and I stayed on Anna Maria Island for the first time. We were so lucky to choose this house. Everything about it was lovely. I have never stayed in a better property. It is very convenient and located a block from a pristine beach. The back yard has not only a pool but amenities for all including grill, putting green, ping pong and cornhole. I would definitely rent again.

We had a group of 5 adults and one under two stay for the week. We loved it! The place was clean and fresh. The pool was the perfect spot to beat the heat and the backyard had lots of other fun amenities. The house is in a great location just a short walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and Publix. It was our first time at Anna Maria Island and we will be back. Thanks AMI Locals!

Vacation with both sets of grandparents couldn’t have gone smoother. Everyone had privacy and house offers so many entertainment options that the 3 grand children always had something to do. Beach is so close and items provided came in handy. Beach chairs could be upgraded and a few need to be tossed but we had extras with us. Had a plumbing issue but it was addressed IMMEDIATELY. Great service and will definitely be back.

This house and property were amazing, and we had the absolute best service. It was 1 block from the beach and really close to restaurants and shops. It was me and my 2 boys (ages 10 and 13) and my sister and her husband and daughter. The place was spacious, and the bedrooms were comfortable The pool and outdoor area was so nice to hang out as well. If we needed anything, we text the property managers and they were prompt and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

The property is extremely clean and well maintained. We came in just after a storm and the property mgt reps made a personal visit to make sure everything was ok - they were responsive by text as well. The location is likable and walkable to pickleball, the beach, stores, restaurants (including the Ugly Grouper - one of our favorites!). The house was large and comfortable for my husband and I and our 3 20-something sons. Was very happy with our stay.

The house was the perfect setup for our 2 fanilies with kids. Very clean upon arrival with everything we needed. The pool was great - and being July we spent most of our time in the pool. The yard games were fun, the property was very private and had good shade. Plenty of chairs and towels. A great beach was just a block away. Not super busy or crowded. We had rented a golf cart so that was our main transportation to the beach or anywjere else on the island. The house has an outdoor shower around the side entrance to the backyard which was super helpful for rinsing off after the beach. Or rinsing off after a dip in the pool. Only negatives were getting use to using the door alarm on the pool side door wall. It is a legal requirement I guess and takes getting use to the first day. After that it was easy. Both families agreed we would stay at this house again. We had the best week!

This was a super convenient location to the beach. Just one block away. We enjoyed the heated pool and the bikes. The kitchen was well stocked. This was our first time to AMI and we really enjoyed the water and the local vibe.

This location was wonderful. It was a beautiful & spacious home with an incredible pool/grill area. We were a one block walk from the beach so it was easy to grab a good spot on the beach for the day/walk over to watch the sunset at night. The host was extremely accommodating and any questions/concerns we had were addressed very quickly. I highly recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a stay on AMI

We thought the home & grounds were beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of the home. I have an Airbnb and am extremely sensitive to how clean my property is. We cleaned while we were there but vacumn cleaner doesn't work well, I took some rugs out and shook them after we arrived and they were full of sand. We found small toys left under furniture and a teaspoon left under our bed. I washed the rugs in our bathroom and can't tell you the last time they had been washed. The management company were very attentive to our needs and we very much appreciated that. The beds were very comfortable. Our experience was a positive one.

Simply Chiv was well laid out for our group of 7. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware, plates and even plastic containers for leftovers. We enjoyed using the pool and there were plenty of pool toys for the kids. There were bikes available as well as a beach cart, chairs, and sand toys. Be aware there aren’t extra supplies beyond the one trash liner per trash can and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Also there weren’t basic kitchen supplies such as plastic bags, plastic wrap or foil. Any of these items left by renters is discarded by the cleaning staff. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay at Simply Chic.

It is a common practice among most rental properties to clear the home of consumable goods after a guest departs. The majority of our guests have expressed to us that they prefer to “start fresh” with items of their choosing instead of having the drawers and cabinets full of previous guest supplies. The House was everything it said it was. Absolutely beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Plenty of towels, plenty of linens and the pool surprised us with how nice a size it was. We had eight people and were very comfortable. Highly recommend this rental!

Our stay at Simply Chic was the best! it is an absolutely GOURGEOUS home with an amazing private pool! I would buy this house if I could! its close to the beach with a beach cart loaded with chairs, umbrella and toys ready to go. No need to rent. It also has bikes in the garage if you feel like a leisure bike ride. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! I shouldn't be saying these things though because people will read this and this home will be booked and unavailable for me to stay at next year!

We found this house very nice,2year old could walk to the beach with no problem, pool very warm and nice. We had 7 bikes to ride and toys to play in pool or at the beach. If you dont like this house go home.Only thing missing for me was a big recliner chair.

We found this little gem to meet family at and it was perfect!! The house is gorgeous! Lots of toys and extras, perfect walk to the beach! We all loved it! We had our four kids (6,4,3,& 1) with us. The pool was perfectly shaded. Kids loved the waterfall. We would come back any time if it didn't book so quick!! :/
