This property definitely did not disappoint! Fantastic location that’s close to both the beach and the pier. Shops and food are all within walking distance. The backyard was a hit. The pool and putting green were a fun addition to the large backyard space. Great communication from the hosts who made sure our check in process went well and called to make sure everything was going well and to let them know if we needed anything. Would definitely stay at this space again.

We had a wonderful stay in this cottage. The location is amazing- right on Pine Avenue with a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Even though it was on Pine, it was quiet and private. The hosts were very responsive. We hope to visit again!

We vacation multiple times at AMI. Our group loved the location right on Pine Avenue. Amenities were all top-notch everything you need. It was there.

Overall it is a nice property and it was cleaned. Very close to the beach and restaurants. The AC was above 75 all the time and my family and I felt hot all the time.

We had an awesome stay in the heart of Anna Maria. The condo was beautiful and comfortable, walking distance to anything you need, including the beach. It was right above a pizza place on the main strip, but still felt private enough and not loud at all. The pizza was delicious as well. Need to be good with stairs but that was not a problem for us. Each bedroom had a king size bed that made it perfect for our group of 3 couples and a toddler. Everything was new, comfortable and worked great. My only area for improvement is one of the gaming barstools was broken and needs repair but no big deal. The outdoor area with private pool, ample seating, putting green and outdoor tv was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The place came with beach chairs, a wagon, and other beach supplies that was a nice perk. We love Anna Maria Island and this was a great way to experience it. 100% recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

This was a great experience. Everything was excellent. For sure, this is the best option to rent a house in Ana Maria beach. Me and all my family were continuously talking about how great was this house. I will come back next year. Thanks you for the owner or the person who is in charge to keep the house in the way that is.

Very nice condo. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. AMI was very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the chairs, umbrellas and wagon for beach use. Staying above the Pizza shop was no issue other than it was really good and we ate there 3 times. Would definitely stay here again!

We have LOVED this place! Three of us came down to work remotely and play and it’s been perfect! Great outdoor and indoor furniture and spaces for working and reading, relaxing. It’s a PERFECT location right on Pine Ave with all the shops and restaurants but surprisingly quiet and private - from the living space you’d never know you were on the Main Street. Just a few blocks to the beach and the Sandbar Restaurant. Also not far from the pier and farmers market on Tuesdays. The management company was quick to reply with the few questions we had and were accommodating to our check in and out needs. All in all I’d give it a 10 star review if I could. We will definitely be back!

Moms/daughter's had a quick getaway and really enjoyed this unit! Great location on Pine with beach, restaurants, shopping all walk-able. Unit was darling, great communication, great pizza downstairs!

the house was nice, clean, and close to many things. we enjoyed our stay. parking is limited so we walked most places. 19 steps to the house not for weak of heart. I would stay again we love island and the beaches.

The location was perfect with close beach access and surrounded by a lot of fun businesses. We loved being over the pizza shop, could go down there and grab food or drinks! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Not going to lie, we had some doubts about staying over a pizza place and whether noise and lack of privacy would be an issue, but neither were. The unit itself is plenty big and was very clean. The pizza place is really good too! Property Management was easy and great to work with. Texted leading up to our arrival as well as prior to departure. Upon arrival Saturday evening the pool had some debris in it, likely from an earlier storm, that had settled at the bottom of the pool. I texted the property management company and they had someone vacuum the pool Monday morning. This was our first time to AMI and it was not a disappointment! The location of the unit is fantastic. 5 min walk to the beach, with multiple restaurants, shops and ice cream places within walking distance. Highly recommend the area and this unit.

We had a perfect stay. The apartment is just as pictured! The pool and the little putting green were awesome. The location is great. The walk to the beach is easy and short. There was a beach wagon and chairs provided. And anything else you might need or want can easily be rented from a rental company just up the street. We walked to almost all our meals. Things to note is the apartment is up about 20 steps. There is a baby gate at the top which I liked having for my younger kids. Also the apartment is above a pizza place. It did not bother us at all. You could hear the restaurant music a little at night in the bedrooms but they closed at 9 and the music stopped. Just something to consider if you have people who go to bed early and are sensitive to noise. I would highly recommend this place to rent. We hope we can come back!

This property is amazing. Spacious condo that is very well decorated with multiple porches to relax and enjoy. The back yard is a quaint little oasis with a pool and outside dining area. Short walk (3 blocks) to the beach! Would absolutely visit again!

Beautiful newly furnished apartment on Pine St, Anna Maria. The apartment was totally renovated, freshly painted and all new bed linens, rugs, pillows, kitchen appliances and more. Superb location for restaurants and shops.. We loved everything about this property.

We stayed in the beautiful home for a weekend. We were a group of 8 and we felt the house has more than enough space of the 8 of us. We enjoyed the pool area and we were also very happy about the short distance walk to the beach. The house might of been missing some useful utensils for kitchen but nothing major and the air conditioning didnt go lower than 72 which for us caused some problems during our sleep. Management was also very helpful regarding any questions and during our check out as well since we requested a late-check out time. Overall it was a beautiful stay and we would 100% be coming back to this beautiful home. Thank you!

Smooth check in, clear instructions. Good locations, two blocks from beach and about 4 blocks from pier. Plenty of towels and linens. Nicely decorated. They provide beach chairs which was a plus. Great family home.

We did some investigative work around your departure date and discovered that the unit’s trash can was indeed removed accidently. That has since been resolved. Property inside was very clean. An extra garbage bag would have been nice. Outside by the pool could hve been picked up and swept off. Upon arrival, there was an accumulation of trash by the entrance gate that was left and torn open, no outdoor trashcan so when we left there was our trash also. Definitely would come back.

This property was clean, super convenient with shops and food up and down the street. The two balconies for people watching or enjoying the out of doors were a bonus- needed more seating for us to eat outdoors from cooking in the great kitchen. Easy maintenance with hardwood flooring and tiled bathrooms. Nice dipping pool for the kids to stay cool.

This is a wonderful place from which to enjoy Anna Maria Island. If you have any reticence about being in a commercial building a couple of blocks from Florida's finest beach, do not hesitate to try this rental. The little commercial neighborhood of Pine St is actually a fantastic place to stay - - you can walk to restaurants and shops, with good takeaway food available as well. The condo is really lovely - - spacious, good beds, wonderful kitchen, tasteful decor, great bathrooms, and it is spotlessly clean. Wonderful for a family or two couples, with ample entertainment space in the dining/kitchen/living room/back deck area. The pool is perfect for the post-beach-walk refresher. Staying here makes you feel like a resident, not a stranger, and we hope to return someday.
