Starfish Beach

We had a great time staying at Starfish Beach. It was perfect for my family, close to the beach and all the places we love on AMI. Plan to come back!

This ranch style house on stilts is very nicely located on the north end of Anna Maria Island. It is only steps away from the beach and nearby taverns and restaurants.

Our stay at Starfish Beach house was just what we needed for a perfect AMI vacation. The home was in a great location with short walks to the bay, the gulf, restaurants and shopping. The house was just as promised with all the amenities. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. There was a great kitchen, a dining room and spacious living area. The pool was perfect for us. It wasn’t real deep (max 5’) and we all enjoyed the shade from the many palm trees in the yard. Thanks for a perfect AMI retreat!!

Perfect location to enjoy the island. Beach, shopping restaurants. The home was very clean and the property managers were beyond helpful and very quick to respond even when it was not even necessary.

Place is great, look over the water pressure in showers nice spot. Only complaint we had was the 10am check out time. Other than the pool gate alarms not working everything was excellent we enjoyed our stay.

First of all anna marie island is heaven 😍 Awesome beach house , great price and really an amazing location ! Literally a 2 min walk to the beach ! A little store for drinks , food , beer etc literally next door ! Great amenities, love the pool ! We did have a pineapple fall when we was at the pool and it busted a tile in the table so I called the rental agency and let them know and within no time they had somebody out there to see it and get measurements to fix it ! If your looking for a beach house that's a great location and super nice and clean ! 👌

Pros: Found this to be a well-kept house close walking-distance to the Anna Maria shops and restaurants and the beach. It's nice to have access to the garage and the kids beach equipment in there, and the front second-story porch is a wonderful spot to drink coffee in the morning and watch the sun rise. The interior is clean and works well for a family, and the pool is fun. Cons: The pool area is only accessible by going out the front door, down the exterior stairs and around the side of the building, and feels totally cut off from the rest of the house (no good way to communicate to people back there, other than a couple of small bathroom windows). If you have small children, you'll need to plan to be back there at all times, and if you're grilling or eating out there (which is really nice), it's inconvenient to bring everything out, especially if you forget something and need to run all the way back around the house and up the stairs. Not a deal breaker, just something to be aware of. Didn't have any problems with the property management. Ran out of propane for the grill and they promptly replaced it.

Our stay at The Starfish Beach House was better than expected. This was not our first trip to the Island but it ranks among the best. The house was a very short one simple walk to the beach. It was in the heart of the best restaurants on the north end of the island. The pool was a luxury above and beyond expectations and the amenities of the house were comfortable and accommodating. My wife thought the house could have been stocked with a few more perks like trash bags and papers products above the 1 each for a 2 week stay with half a dozen people. The AMIA office is just around the corner and Tracy helped us with a couple things just to be neighborly. Great experience, see you again soon Anna Maria!

The experience was super easy, and the home was well stocked with all of the permanent comforts of home. The pool area is fabulous and the beach is a short 3 minute walk from the home! Will definitely be back next year!

Starfish Beach was perfect for our month's stay in Anna Maria. It is close to Gulf Drive, but not so close that the traffic was a bother. Easy walking to restaurants, the beach, and the bay. House was nicely appointed (only downside was mediocre skillets and none of the pots would sit flat on the stovetop), bed was comfortable and plenty of towels/linens. The pool was great, even in January. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on Anna Maria Island.

Lovely house and pool. Comfortable beds and furniture. Super well stocked cupboards. Close to everything. The only thing I can say bad is that here is no way to communicate to anyone in the pool. I would have liked to have seen the walkway to the door extended to the back of the house with a small sitting area there so that if you could walk out and sit in a chair or talk to somone in the pool without having to come downsatirs and around back. If I wanted to see the pool, I had to stand in the bathtub and lookout. But please don't let this deter you. VERY NICE HOUSE

As advertised. Plenty of space for four adults. Easy walk to beach or food and shopping. Lots of beach amenities available. Nice having a pool to hang out after a long day. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We will be renting again! The wife loved it and the kids enjoyed the pool. Needs a little updating and exhaust fans in the bathrooms but other then that, it was perfect
