Absolutely beautiful home. Five lovely bedrooms, each with a bathroom and the great room/kitchen was so comfortable and lovely with beautiful views of the Gulf.

The property was very nice. The kitchen was supplied better than any kitchen that we have ever rented. They were ready for large groups staying there. 2 very small complaints. Only 1 or 2 of the tvs worked and there are about 10 tvs on the premises. There were issues with the cable box. Don't expect the hot tub to be hot. Other than these 2 issues, again they were very small, the property was exceptional.

It's a great house in a great location... I highly recommend it. Parking for two vehicles and one in the garage is all there is; getting out of the driveway can be tricky but not a huge issue. Highly recommend! Excellent communication by the management company!!

Spacious, clean house, fairly modern amenities. Third story porch was the highlight. Direct view of the dolphin in the morning and beautiful sunsets in the evening. Host extremely responsive, respectful, and thorough throughout all stages of the stay…pre, during, and checkout. Would definitely return and recommend for families or groups.

A really nice, modern, house on the beach. We probably should have chosen a different week than march break to go, but that's on us! We did have a few issues upon arrival- the elevator wasn't working, and took a couple of days to get sorted- at 30+ stairs to the kitchen and master bedroom, luggage and groceries weren't much of a treat. Dishwasher was jammed so full of dirty water, and the ice machine didn't work. But, full points to the AMI property management, everything was handled as quickly as possible, the maintenance staff that came were all great and they were all extremely caring and attentive to solving the issues. So 5 stars was going to be tough to award, until we left a stereo speaker behind...and they were again, so attentive, and so quick to retrieve it and send it back to us that they deserve the 5.

Great Island .. great house, right on the beach. Even better than the pics. Like other reviews said, the house is not particularly well stocked with kitchen stuff, but there's a great Publix about a mile away so it was not at all a problem. Location and quality of the house are both 5-star.

Tarpon Lookout was special! The home was properly represented-lovely, spacious, bright and cheerful! Tarpon Lookout accommodated our three families with children comfortably.
The location was perfect with dramatic ocean views! This three story home even had a very convenient elevator.
We did cite some deferred maintenance items with AMI which were addressed.
In summary, this home will host your family well!

This was our all time favorite the all the properties we have rented over the past several years. Our group of friends really enjoyed Tarpon Lookout, it met all of our needs. Beautiful home, tastefully decorated, with a great walkout directly onto the beach. Beautiful sunsets. Our rented golf cart got us everywhere on the island. Everyone agreed we would rent the property again on a future trip. Can't wait to come back!

I have rented family vacation homes for the last 10 years. This was the BEST. Cleanest house and pool area. TV's in every room and bathrooms. Pool/Hot tub great (once we located the controls hidden behind a privacy drape) Minor issue handled within hrs. Lots of beach equipment too.

I rented this home for a week long vacation before Thanksgiving and it exceeded my expectations. It's very spacious and and situated right on the beach. Great walks, sunsets and views all week long were a great way to head into the holidays. My only suggestion is to add a few more kitchen bowls and platters. The home is so nice that we didn't even want to leave for dinner.

This Property was the perfect house for our family get away. Spacious living space with 5 bedroom, each with king beds and their own bathrooms. The balconies looking at the beach and seeing sunsets every night were breathtaking. We loved that we were right on the beach so the kids could play in the sand or ocean and also having a private pool & hot tub. The rental company was very fast in responding and correcting any issues we had which weren’t many. The toilet had a little issue which they came immediately and fixed. The dryer wasn’t drying as it should and they fixed it the same day we called. The elevator was great to have when needing groceries up to the top floor or if you were too tired to walk up the stairs. We loved the beachy decor! We would definitely love to rent this property again! This property would also be perfect for a couples - friends vacation. We loved everything about this property and it was definitely worth the money. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a fantastic week! It is so rare to find a rental home that has everything you need, and is comfortable for everyone...we were all very happy here! The house is MUCH bigger than described (or imagined). My only suggestion for the management is to install some soft, yellow light bulbs at least in the lamps...everytime you turned on a light it was the harshest, white light - really bright and glaring (my husband is telling me not to write that b/c I'm the only person in the world who cares about such things?!) Perhaps! Some house specific instructions would be helpful, too - like how to use the elevator and raise and lower the blinds in the kitchen. It took us awhile to figure that out!

This property was great for our family of 4, (Almost 2 year old and 5 year old) + grandpa. The elevator was a lifesaver, just the perfect addition in this home with all of the stairs. Steps away from the beautiful beach, amazing pool area with a great size pool, and the tv was a nice touch. Stores and shops were right down the road and convenient to get to, we rented a golf cart and took that to run out. Was not crowded even with the inns and such surrounding the property. Weather was perfect. Worth every penny and we hope to come back!

This house was beautiful and the layout was perfect for a family beach getaway during Covid. I loved that the kitchen, family room, and barbecue was on the third floor because we spent a lot of time cooking and in that living space and it was very nice to be able to enjoy the view of the beach without even having to go to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, and kitchen utensils. The beach was so close and perfect for those with small kids that can’t spend the full day at the beach. The elevator was perfect as the house does have a lot of stairs. The only negative we found was that the patio furniture on the third floor was lacking. The table top seemed to have broken and they replaced it with loose wood tiles that were a hazard. Since the third floor is where we spent most of our time, I think they would benefit from moving the second floor furniture up to the third floor as it is much nicer. Also, the house is surrounded by small Inn’s so on the weekend, the beach did get very full. However during the weekdays it was fairly empty. Overall we love the house and would consider returning again next year.

This house was a wonderful place for our group of five couples to gather. The common rooms, bedrooms and baths were all beautifully appointed. We enjoyed visiting on the upper level and the decks that faced the Gulf. We took advantage of the pool, spa and outdoor grill. The house is well situated on the beach and provided us opportunities for many long walks, collecting sea shells, catching the waves and fabulous sunsets! It is easy to get to and from restaurants and shops by accessing the free trolley or the Monkey Bus! A lovely house and one that we would love to visit again.

I invited eight ladies to Anna Maria for a girls' getaway/retreat the first half of our week, and my husband and children spent the second half with me. Having had some mediocre HomeAway experiences in the past, I was really nervous about renting this property, but all worries were put to rest the moment we walked through the door. It was IMMACULATE and far more beautiful than the photos convey. My friends felt pampered and kept raving about how amazing the house was. The beach location was also perfect, and we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets. The elevator was extremely handy with luggage and kitchen supplies when we moved in. Something happened which caused maintenance to have to turn it off the second day of our stay, We were told it would be back on for our move out, but it wasn't. It would have been really convenient to have it that day. I would also love to see a few more chairs on the upstairs deck and the kitchen a bit better stocked with dishes, but this home still gets a 5-Star rating! We hope to be back!

A home of the size holds many people. It would follow to assume that large meals would be prepared. It was lacking in large cookware, decent dishware and could definitely use a lobster pot. There was no vegetable peeler. The only wine glasses were plastic. Most of the plastic glasses were foggy. It could use some serving pieces as well. Having said all of this I must say it is a beautiful house.The location was great, the pool and hot tub were great, the beach was beautiful and the red tide was minor. Thank you for allowing us this rental.

We had an amazing stay at this home on Anna Maria Island. It is perfectly located, right on the beach and within close proximity to EVERYTHING. The trolly right out front is an awesome added bonus to take a free ride anywhere you want to go. The house was in amazing condition and had all the bells and whistles. I wanted to make sure it got a 5 star review, because it deserved it, but I also wanted to be honest on some of the things I would change. There was not a lot of stuff for children and no bunk beds or good kids rooms. There really needs to be more outdoor furniture on the top balcony, no point on having furniture on the bottom balcony. Also could use some additional outdoor furniture near the pool. The linens were not very soft and very minimal. Needs more pillows and better sheets...and could use more bath towels. House was completely empty, even down to salt and pepper. They have a rule of setting the thermostat to 82 degrees when you checkout, so the house was 82 inside when we got there and took almost a day and a half to get it down to 70 inside. Other than that, this place is AMAZING!!! The company assisting the property was very helpful as well and brought us extra pillow cases and ice. Will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the house!

we absolutely LOVED our stay at this house! beautifully decorated interiors that welcomed us. the house overlooks the Gulf with stunning views. it was easy to come in and go out to the beach as it was just a few steps from the house. the pool was very nice and the hot tub as well. the house was clean and ready when we arrived. any needs were quickly responded to and were met. the area was quiet and the beach was not crowded throughout our stay making for an enjoyable experience. the many porches were ideal for relaxing outside and viewing the amazing sunsets over the water! it was a thouroughly enjoyable experience and we hope to return to this house in the future!!

Our family of six rented is home for a week and loved every minute. The sand is like powder sugar, the house is close to the beach (we have stayed st other beach from properties and it was like a block to the beach in the sand... not the case here.) Far from public beach so it's not crowded. We saw dolphins every day and loved the patio. The living area is the top floor so you can see for miles. We LOVED the private pool, hot tub and all the TV's. The beds were comfortable, sheets high quality, beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys. Only complaint was limited toilet paper, one garbage bag, one small bar of soap for each bathroom, no hand soap, no salt and pepper, not a ton of kitchen stuff. Luckily I didn't cook much but we had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, three bars of soap, laundry soap, dish soap, salt and pepper, Pam, ..... but we did stay for 7 days and so it was no problem. If you have a lot of people and are staying less just be prepared to send an hour of your short vacation shopping for some basics. This is totally normal on the island I hear with rentals. Loved every minute!!! I will go back again!!! Can't wait!!!!!!

My family of 11 had a wonderful stay at this property. The pictures do not do the house justice. The pool was lovely and just a few steps from the beach. The only thing I will point out is that the house says it sleeps 12. We had 11 people and because there are only 5 bedrooms, my 8 year old slept on an air mattress in the master closet.

We loved this house! It was gorgeous inside and out and felt very private because the property to the right was virtually empty. The elevator was great for our parents and the beachfront was ideal for fishing and sunning... We spent a few blissful weeks there and Matt from Anna Maria Island Properties was very responsive to our requests for more kitchen supplies etc, We had a minor issue with the AC , but it was repaired super quickly . This is a beautifully decorated 5 bedroom house, and we spent most of our communal time poolside and on the scenic 3rd floor upstairs dining balcony. Our only complaint was that these areas did not have enough furniture to allow us to sit together without borrowing and moving seating between floors... Granted, the table for 4 on both levels was comfortable and of superior quality, but additional furniture is needed to enhance the relaxing experience at this wonderful beach house. We've already booked a return trip and we look forward to another chill holiday in paradise.
