We stay here every time we visit Anna Maria. The house and pool are excellent and the canal access is great for kayaking. The management team is very quick to respond if you have a problem. Great experience every time we stay.

This is a clean, updated house in a great location on Anna Maria Island. It has a great pool and hot tub, plus a dock on the canal where we saw manatees and did some fishing. We rented a kayak and were able to store it right on the dock, which made getting on the water really easy. The beach is about a 2-minute bike ride away, and it’s easy to get to shops and restaurants. The house is recently renovated and well set up for a comfortable stay.

We loved our stay at Triple Play. It was easy to make ourselves at home. The property was very well maintained. The beds were all comfortable and the living space felt bright and roomy. We absolutely loved spending time in the pool and hot tub, overlooking the canal. Would definitely recommend!

The place was wonderful. Very clean with an open, bright floor plan. Each room having its own full bath is clutch. You are within walking distance to all the action, but then feel complete privacy in the backyard. The pool and hot tub are great, but sitting on the dock overlooking the channel may be the best feature. With the beach just down the road, we could not have been more happy with this location.

Perfect location on AMI! The house is newly updated in a very safe area on a cul-de-sac. In the backyard it is very private and we could see manatees in the canal. We did not fish, but it would be a perfect place to do that. My kids are 12 and 14 and they very much enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Having a golf cart was ideal for getting around. The house has all the amenities you need. The only thing I would say it is missing was a griddle as I feel like families make pancakes and cook breakfast in the morning and that would be very helpful to have. Some essentials like cooking oil, sugar and some basics just to have in the cupboard would be nice when you're staying at a house. Our only complaint about the entire stay is that the property management company offers absolutely zero flexibility and canceling or changing your dates. So I would highly recommend getting the insurance or renting from somebody directly that isn't so strict.

My kids and I loved our stay at Triple Play. We even saw a pair of manatees in the canal outback. The kitchen is adequately stocked, however another large frying pan & metal tray would make it so much better.

We had an amazing time! The house is clean and updated. The pool/hot tub was everything the pictures show. We rented bikes for the week from Beach Bums and we’re able to bike to restaurants/shopping, etc. My only critique would be adding a few extra amenity items - small quantities of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper. We had to go to the general store for those, but not a huge inconvenience. We would stay again! Great spot!

We stayed at Triple Play for a week- 3 adult/ 1 child. The property is immaculate. The house is perfect for a family or a few couples. The check in process was seamless. The location is ideal for a tranquil get-away on the quieter side of the island. The backyard is truly an oasis. The pool was the perfect temperature and I was surprised everything was in working order. The sugar-white sand beach is a short walk away and we fished (though didn't catch anything) on the canal. The only downsides is that the management only provides one dishwasher pod and a tiny bar of soap/ single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as a starter kit. That was disclosed up front, however, it would be nice to provide a few more supplies, especially since your'e on an island without a grocery store nearby and you can't just buy a few dishwasher pods or a small amount of laundry soap. It would also be nice just to have a couple of extra blankets for cooler nights. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows, but no throw blankets. That being said, the overall cleanliness of the property and professional linen service outweighed those things. Definitely one of the best VRBO properties I've stayed in. Have recommended the property to friends and would stay again!

This rental was perfect for 4 adults & a 2 year old child. The home is within a short walk to the beach, to playgrounds, & Pine Avenue with all the shops & restaurants. We did rent a crib & toys from a local place. The property was extremely clean & comfortable. We loved being on the quieter end of AMI & will definitely want to rent this home again in the future.

We came to Anna Maria Island as a last minute trip (planned a month or so before second to come). Having never been to the area we were unsure what to expect. We couldn’t have been happier with the area and especially our time at Triple Play! The house was perfect! Layout was excellent and the backyard/pool dock area were amazingly relaxing. Once we figured out where we could park and walk to the beach we enjoyed several days relaxing, swimming with the manatee and just sticking out toes in the sand. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and had a great time tooling around the island. The house was very nice (nicest I’ve stayed in and we use VRBO several times a year for roughly 10 years). It would have been a bit more convenient if there had been a dust pan and a vacuum (even if a stick one). Some plastic cutting boards would have come in handy as well, as would a ice cream scoop for the Blue Bell we LOVE to get!! And an apple slicer would have been handy. Nothing we needed was further than a stop at the dollar tree or it’s equivalent. The property management company was great and replaced a broken outdoor umbrella in an hour of our discovering it. We will definitely stay here again!!! You can’t go wrong with this house!!

My wife and our four children stayed at Triple Play for a week. Beautiful property! We loved the open layout of the home and the finishes really make this home unique. We loved being able to come home from the beach and enjoy the beautiful pool in the afternoons. The dock backing to the canal was an amazing feature. We were able to do a little bit of fishing and view manatees swimming on multiple occasions, a truely unique experience. The proximity to the shops and restaurants was amazing. Pizza Social and The Waterfront Restaurant are a must visit. Overall another great trip to AMI!

This recently updated house is everything you want in the Covid-era: clean, contemporary and ..really cute. The owners were thoughtful when they updated; really hard to go wrong. 3 1/2 blocks from the beach. Everything is walking/biking/golf cart distance; a quiet little cul de sac. Even visiting during a school break period, the (really beautiful) beach was never too busy. I think this three bedroom is perfect for a small family.

We enjoyed nearly everything about our stay at Triple Play! It has a great location and a welcoming, comfortable feeling. So good, that we looked forward to renewing for next year. But, with a 50% increase in rentals, we decided to check other options even though we have made Anna Maria our winter vacation home for the last dozen or so years!

Stop your search now! This is the place. We just returned from a week at this beautiful home and would not have changed a thing. When we arrived, it was spotlessly cleaned which, with covid - made us so much more comfortable. It’s beautifully renovated, all 3 bedrooms have an en-suite. And the pool/spa/dock - just paradise!! Would return in a heartbeat.

This place is so perfect in every single way. The walk to the beach is just a few roads over and such an easy walk. The island is so quiet, private and peaceful! The beaches are stunning. I was a little hesitant to stay so far away from our home but found anna Maria island and I am so pleased with my decision.

We absolutely loved this house. Our 2nd trip to Anna Maria and this house and location were great. We loved the quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. For our 2 boys, the pool and dock were excellent. We rented bikes for the week and toured around. We rented kayaks that we put in from our dock. The house was clean and bright. The pool area was secluded. I felt like I was in a tropical oasis. Just the right distance from the beach and pine ave. Bike ride to restaurants and shops. Great rental! Would definitely recommend!!

After the previous review, it was with a little trepidation that we arrived at Triple Play, but the worry was unwarranted. While the dishes are still a little worn, the rest of the unit was wonderful. The landscaping is just as great as the pictures showed and we enjoyed spending as much time as we could outside. We ate in most of our meals and I found the kitchen supplies to be adequate. The home was cleaned very well. It is a great home in a quiet area with very little traffic (its on a cul-de-sac). We rented bikes and rode the whole northern part of the island. It was an easy ride to any of the northern beaches and most of them had bike stands for locking them up. One piece of advice to future renters - this rental agency, like many others, provides about one days worth of dishwasher soap and soap for one load of laundry. While there was some leftover dishwasher soap from previous renters at the home, I suspect that may not always be the case. Also the "shared pantry" didn't have any spices except for salt and pepper at this time. We thoroughly loved Triple Play and will definitely rent it again if we have another trip to Anna Maria.

This was our second stay at Triple Play and was just as good as we remembered. The areas around the pool and hot tub are so pretty, relaxing and peaceful - it's such a great place to unwind. We saw a couple of manatees from the dock, one of which spouted and snorted right in front of us. We also had a visit from a very inquisitive white egret who jumped up onto the chairs to admire his reflection in the window and shortly after that an Indian tortoise tanked across the patio!! We love AMI (apart from the mozzy bites) and will certainly return sometime soon and Triple play is just perfect for us.

This was the perfect house for our honeymoon! The interior was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and the outside spaces were gorgeous! The hot tub and pool were not only fun to use but visually pleasing with all the tropical foliage and rock. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the dock watching the jumping fish and we were even privileged to see a manatee one day. We rented bikes and kayaks and would definitely recommend you rent bikes for the week! The perfect place!

My husband and I absolutely loved this home!!! The owners had a welcome kit for when we first arrived which was very thoughtful and set me at ease. On the coffee table there was a binder that included a lot of information about the area, we used that every night to make dinner decisions and to choose which beach to go to that day. The landscaping and pool area are literally breathtaking. I could have spent the entire week outside.
