Very convenient to the beach. 2 wagons made the 1 block to the beach easy. Pool was a big hit with the kids. Sleeping arrangements were great. Good space to spread out in the house.The only problem was mosquitoes on the patio by the pool.

Post hurricane, this property was in amazing shape! Plenty of space for our family of 15. Common areas of the house were open and well connected. Bedrooms were a great size. Pool and spa area was spacious and refreshing. One of the best parts was the proximity to the beach. A very short walk to perfect sunny days with soothing ocean waves and sounds.

The property was as expected if not better. The place accommodated our family perfectly. The backyard and pool area were absolutely wonderful! The house had everything we needed. Would definitely come back again.

The kitchen was well equipped with various cookware and appliances. The only thing I’d complain about is the lack of condiments and spices. Other places I’ve stayed had plenty left from previous vacationers. The location was quite wonderful. Although there were neighbors very close on either side of I never felt as though they impinged on our privacy and overall experience

House is in a great location - 1 min walk to beach. About a mile from most restaurants. Pool was great for after beach. Plenty of room for everyone, overall great stay

House was perfect size for this group. 9 months - 4 years old. Spacious kitchen with large sitting area and lots of space for kids to play. Pool was beautiful with bridge and waterfall and plenty of shade if wanted. Perfect 2 minute walk to the beach, really did not need the golf cart.

The photos and listing drew our interest but the experience was even better. 2 block walk to the beach allowed the adults and teens to come and go independently and was also easy with a toddler and children. After our fill of the beach sun, it was lovely to come back to a shaded pool area. Kitchen and poolside grill allowed for relaxed dinners before returning to the beach for sunset. Many more available opportunities such as sunset dolphin cruise and Robinson Preserve were great. The teens enjoyed the skate park, early am running, and the football and volleyball somehow found room to take home on the plane with all the memories to match! We’d love to come back.

Location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for all 14 of us! Pool was great, private & beautiful! Kids loved the game room as did the adults. Beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay again! AMI was great property company, responded to anything we needed instantly!

Everything about our booking, the property, the management company, and the location was great. We had 16 adults staying at the house. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for all our needs. We had an issue with the pool/hot tub heater that was immediately addressed. I could not more highly recommend this property and working with AMI.

There's enough room for a large family reunion. Everything was great. Even the video game table is awesome (it has lots of 80'ties games and you don't need to worry about what your kid is doing). If the pool area was enclosed to protect you from the mosquitos, you would probably only go inside to sleep. Then again you wouldn't have the beautiful plants in the garden and they would have to change the name of the house ;)

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood within a one block walk to the beach. Located close to the north end of the island. The home is stunning! Well appointed with everything you could think you'd need and then some. Beautifully sized common areas, nice bedrooms and baths, roof top deck, outdoor pool and spa, gas grill, bar area and TV. Also plenty of seating outside as well. Small game room and beach chairs as well. This is one I'd definitely secure again for a family vacation!

This house was beautiful with an amazing pool in the backyard. It was perfect for a big group like ours and had a lot of places to relax. We had a problem when we checked in to the house, so we contacted the AMI Locals and they took care of that right away. We would recommend this house 100% and would come back to rent again.

Great place and location—will stay here again with my large family in the future!:)
Because of Covid, make sure if you had to change your booking, you contact AMI Locals. My AirBnB reservation didn’t not carry over from one booking system to the other when I had to re-book due to Covid.
AMI Locals did a wonderful job finding a beautiful home that fit all 13 of us within a 24 hour window.
Sharing so that others are mindful of this and to contact your local host to confirm the new reservation.

Enjoyed this property. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone. We had a slight issue with the pool & hot tube. We called and they were out within 20 mins and had it fixed. I would book again .

The pictures do not do this house justice. Beautiful and so much room! Close to the beach, balconies were perfect for sunrises and close to everything we needed. We were disappointed the hot tub did not work for our entire visit after reporting it to both the pool and rental company but definitely not a deal breaker. It was the perfect home away from home as we said our I do’s and celebrated 2 birthdays. We actually had a couple houses around the island for our group with this company and all were perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We had plenty of space and the location was awesome with a short walk to the beach. I would recommend bug spray for out by the pool but other than that we left you with some of the items missing from the kitchen! You won’t be disappointed!

The house had everything we wanted and needed, from plenty of kitchenware to the heated pool/hot tub to the comfy beds. We spent a LOT of time in the pool, and the kids loved it. Played a lot of ping pong and pool too. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans, plates and silverware, cups, etc. The gas grill was very nice too (made chicken legs and veggies one night). The bedrooms had comfortable beds, and each room had a TV. On top of all that, the beach was only a block away, which was super nice being able to walk and not have to load up a vehicle with gear and kids. We had a great time and would recommend Anna Maria Island and this location to anyone looking to get away for a while!

WOW, amazing property, and terrific property manager in Eric from AMI Locals. Our kids used the term "sick crib" to very positively describe the house and pool. Everything functioned as planned, including the much needed heated pool and hot tub due to the cold front that hit much of the week. Billiards and ping pong on the first floor also got used a lot. Easily handled our 12 guests, ranging from ages 21 to 80. Our age 70+ guests stayed in the ensuite bedrooms on the 1st floor to prevent a lot of steps. Short 1.5 blocks to the beach in quiet neighborhood. Eric from AMI Locals was very responsive, greeted us when we arrived, and allowed us to stay a little longer on Saturday morning. Short drives to restaurants on the island, or you can rent bikes to get around the island. Would not hesitate to rent this place again if our family returns to AMI.

This home is beautiful, spacious, and was better than we could have imagined! Very clean, exactly as pictured. Steps away from the beach. The downstairs pool/bar area was the perfect hangout and the landscaping in the backyard provided a lot of privacy. Absolutely recommend!

The home was simply amazing in every way. The pool and backyard is wonderful and bigger than what it looks like in the pictures, surrounded by trees and foliage for complete privacy. We love the ocean and the home is very close to the beach. We easily walked back and forth several times per day. The home was minutes to town and local spots for shopping and food. Eric was fantastic to work with and always very responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better property manager. We will certainly try to rent this home again, or another from Eric the next time we return to Anna Maria.

We went on a family vacation and loved the property and location! The house was great and of course we loved the pool.The only suggestion we had was the property needs a second refrigerator. From the moment you step in to this home you can feel relaxed and calm. The house is beautiful. From the entrance to the living room with the amazing kitchen it makes you feel you are in a tropical oasis that you never want to leave. The bedrooms are beautiful and each one is design with every guest personalities. The bathrooms are like your own private spa. The pool area brings you to your own private retreat. The falls running down into the pool makes you feel you are in a magical island. The beautiful landscape captures the feel of a rain forest deep in the jungle. The house was amazing! It had everything we needed for our large group of 11 people. The beach was very close and the trolley was just a block away. The game room was great for the teenagers and adults and garage was great for the smaller kids! Spacious eating areas for all of us to be together too! The House was clean and very well kept! The property management is phenomenal! When we had a question we received a response with solutions almost immediately! Strongly recommend for all ages!
