The house is in a great location on the island and so close to the beach which we loved! The pool area was very nice and lots of shade which was appreciated after a day at the beach. The elevator was glitchy we called once for them to fix it and then came right away but sadly the next day it did the same thing. Not a huge deal but with 3 elderly parents with us the stairs were a bit of a challenge for them. Overall great and we would stay there again.

Loved our stay at Two Pina Coladas! Great location only a block from the beach. All the amenities were amazing and as described - pool, hot tub, game room and bedrooms were awesome. We even had a new grill delivered by the property management on Independence Day. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

This is a fabulous property! Location is short walk to beach on a residential street. House is perfect for large families. Pool and outside area perfect for day and night family time. We loved our stay and would come back every year if possible!

We had a great time! Unfortunately due to hurricane Ian, we had to evacuate the island and cut short our vacation, :(
About the house, beautiful home, very close to the beach, location was great, 5 minutes from Publix, 5 minutes from liquor stores lol. We loved the play room, only thing we
Would suggest is an ac system there, it would get really hot because of the Amazing weather, and we didn’t get to use a
Lot because of that reason, the house was clean and fully equipped for us, beach towels and regular towels as well, love that! Communication was also great! We recommend this place and will be back soon! ❤️❤️

This property was even better than the pictures. Loved the pool and hot tub! So close to the beach, had everything you need to spend the day at the beach and return to watch the sunset in the evening. Communication with AMI locals was fantastic! Had a great week with my family!

We can't wait to go back! We were in awe with the house from the moment we walked in the front door. It was spotless. Our family of 5 (three girls-18,21, and 23), plus two grandparents stayed with us. The elevator was a nice surprise (but came in handy to lug the luggage to the 2nd and 3rd floor). The kitchen had EVERYTHING one would need. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and beach/pool towels for everyone. The garage stores everything your family needs for the beach or pool (rafts, chairs, umbrellas, kites, skimboard). We loved the ping-pong table. There is a outside grill- spotless and we grilled several nights and sat outside on the patio to eat dinner and watch tv. The house has plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The beach is a short walk away. We rented a golf-cart to zip around the island. We can't wait to go back. Try the "Two-Pina Coladas" recipe that is in the kitchen :)

This property was everything and more! Booking was easy, great communication with rental managers. We had our children, grandchildren and in-laws, it is the perfect family getaway. Looking forward to going back next year!! Had every amenity you could think of, the pool and hot tub were a big hit .a short two min walk, takes you to one of the most beautiful beaches . This is the perfect vacation spot♥️

My children, grandchildren and I decided to start a holiday family tradition of our own this year. When my children were small we went to Captiva every year between Christmas and New Years. This year we started it up again and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house accommodated 4 children and 7 adults perfectly. A very short walk to the perfect beach plus a cute little pool and putting green in the back yard. The house was well taken care of, we can only say good things about it and the property. We loved the island and will be going back again next year!

The week we rented we went through 4 days of Hurricane Eta. We loved the property and the beach. The 2 things of concern was the elevator had no instructions and did not work. The other is we heard from no one from VRBO during the storms.

Great house. Lots of room for everyone, we were a group of ten. Pool was wonderful. Nice to eat lunch outside while swimming. Game room kept kids busy. Easy 2 minute walk to beach.

We loved everything about this house. Our favorite part was the private pool. It’s beautiful and private. The kids could swim in their underwear and no one would ever see. The house is very close to the beach and the walk is super easy. There is no crossing of busy streets to get there. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes. We did have to buy our own trash bags, seasoning and condiments. There are lots of towels. We ended up not even using our own. The only negative I can say about the house is the car noice, as others have mentioned. The first day we were there, it really bothered me, but then you kinda get used to it. It is a wonderful house and I definitely recommend!

Glad to know it was such a wonderful home for your family in all the aspects that you named: closeness to beach, beautiful and secluded pool area, well stocked with cooking and dining supplies. Due to safety concerns, as a standard practice we remove any and all food items from a home. We’ve heard from others guests as well that at first they were concerned with the home being near a road , but with one lane of traffic in either direction with a slow speed limit, coupled with the lush tropical landscaping that surrounds the pool area, any traffic sounds are quickly forgotten about. Again thank you for your review of the home. We hope you visit again in the near future.

First of all I just want to say that we had a great time at Two Pina Coladas. The house was clean, big, spacious and completely remodeled!! The location of the house being very close to the beach was really nice and made it easy for all of us to walk to even with younger kids. We would definitely stay at Two Pina Coladas again and I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a getaway to AMI! The only down side to this house even though it wouldn’t be a deal breaker for us to stay here again is that even with the location being really close to the beach which is really nice, it is also right next to Gulf Drive which is a really busy road ecspecially between the hours of 7:30-5:00. But overall the road noise didn’t really bother us to much because when you have 6 kids in a pool playing you don’t even hear the road noise anymore. Lol

This vacation home was perfect and probably our favorite home/location ever! The property was well managed and well maintained. The layout worked great for us with large master bedrooms, the generous number and size of bathrooms, the kitchen, living, and dining spaces all together, the balconies and garage as bonus features, and a delightful and super fun patio and pool! With six adults (three couples) and five children, we had more than enough room for everyone and everything we brought. We were impressed with the number of dishes available (always needed and yet not always provided), several empty cabinets and drawers for our food, etc., the elevator, the location, the w/d availability, and many other things. After booking the property, we tried not to get our hopes up after seeing pictures that showed a home that appeared to be amazing, not wanting to risk any disappointment. Truly, the property was amazing and exceeded all expectations! For us, it was absolutely perfect! Thank you for a great vacation. We look forward to returning in the future!

We rented this house for our semi-annual family vacation and were not disappointed. It's possibly our best week ever! Being our first time to a FL beach (previous rentals have been in Outer Banks) we were a little concerned about being too hot in June in FL but actually weather was perfect, not as humid as what we left behind in OH! the shaded back pool area was exceptional for the whole family, plenty of space for several different play areas. I can't deny it, the tiki bar was the favorite spot for most of the week. Kitchen had ample space for our crowd of 8 adults & 6 kids. The one glitch - not enough towels for bathrooms - was quickly remedied with a call to the very accommodating staff. The short walk to the beach on a quiet street was well worth it - great beach, and wonderful sunsets! We were close enough to shops & restaurants to walk, or a quick trip by car to the grocery. Very friendly area, we would definitely love to go back!

We rented this home for 7 days in March, 2015. 1 block from beautiful beach. Great private pool ----- elevator ----- nice bedrooms and kitchen/eating area. Our group was 13 in number--- 7 adults and 6 children. 2 laundrys and flat screen TVs in bed rooms, pool area and living room. Pictures with listing are accurate. Within walking distance of bars, restaurants, and stores. Lots of privacy around pool area with privacy fence and palm trees.
