Great location, 3-4 minute walk to Holmes beach. Very quiet area. The house setup worked well for our family of 5. Can easily accommodate 6 guests.

This property was perfect for us (2 parents and 2 young-adult kids). Comfortable beds. Comfortable family room. We felt at home. One major drawback was the filthy floors. Our feet were black. They need better floor cleaning. Really nice screened in porch in the back. Felt like we were in our own little tropical oasis on the back porch. We cooked dinner 3 nights in the condo (grilled once, nice grill). Not much provided at the property in the way of seasonings and stuff like that.Easy 5 minute walk to a great beach. Just an awesome location on the island! Close to so many restaurants and bars.We loved the place, and we highly recommend 2 Sisters!

Two Sisters is a great place to stay. Open, airy, full of light and perfect for 4 adults snd 2 children. Location is great and of course the Weather was fabulous! Couple minute walk to beach and close to restaurants, stores etc. we very much enjoyed our stay at Two Sisters.

Great place! Nice amenities including beach chairs and a wagon to carry them plus beach towels. Brand new washer/dryer. Everything in the unit worked. Very spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at AMI Accommodations. The house was extremely comfortable, very clean and very close to the beach. The screened porch allowed us to stay outside the few rainy evenings we had. There are several beach toys a cart and beach chairs that came very handy for our family. We would definitely come back!

Exactly how described! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Completely equipped for the beach (chairs, tubes, coolers, wagon, towels, toys), the pool and hanging out (tv’s, games, books, porch). Easy walk to the beach and a quick golf cart ride to town. Grilled outside and had everything we needed to enjoy! The unit was VERY well appointed, plenty of space for hanging out and eating. The garage was set to be fixed while we were there and AMI Accommodations communicated about when that would happen and we didn’t need to be there. This is our second time staying in the complex and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will definitely be back!

Great place with the beach access 5 minutes away.
Newer furniture throughout, though kitchen and bathroom will need an update soon.
Quiet neighborhood and about a 5 minutes drive from groceries and restaurants.

We love this area and the quick accessibility to the beach from the house. Con: the driveway is a little snug for 2 vehicles (we had a van and a truck). We chose to park the truck for the week very tucked back into the corner and drive everyone around in the van for convenience of only moving one vehicle in and out. No big deal. Pro: the covered and screened in back porch! I cannot tell you how many coffees and snacks and meals and adult beverages and chats that were had out on this beauty. It stayed cool and breezy (even without the use of the 2 fans out there) throughout the day and it was an absolute joy! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a most wonderful time on Holmes beach at the two sisters location. The home had everything we needed for a lovely low key beach week stay with our preteen/teenage sons. Our beds and pillows were comfy, the bed frame were a little on the squeaky side, just getting up to use the restroom in the middle of the night was a little bit more noise then we care for. Lol
The pool was a happy place for our boys and the beaches are so beautiful. The home was spacious, cozy and had everything we needed to prepare our meals and morning coffee to enjoy on the screened in porched patio. The easy dry rack came in handy every day. There are plenty of great extras to use for the beach days. We weren’t sure and brought a cooler and some other beach toys we left behind to bless others with. Thank you Ami for hosting our lovely family week at your beautifully decorated and fun beach home!

Perfect walking location to the beach and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, all the beach items you need if you did not bring your own. Nice screened in patio- very comfortable but needs a bit of an upgrade.

Very cute, clean house. Check in and out was very easy and all done electronically. Great location- close to beach and trolly to explore the island. Grocery nearby. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend.

Location was perfect. Home had all the items we needed with the exception of a lamp in the 3rd bedroom and a tv in the second bedroom. Both would of been nice-but no big deal. Pool wasn't anything special but we did not use it much. Check in wasn't difficult, but code was not emailed as stated nor did the code I was given work after I contacted the office the first time. Second code worked. Did have to hold door tightly towards me in order to lock- it was a two hand job every time. Again, no big deal. Company was nice and easy to work with. Holmes beach was just what we wanted, calm, quiet. Free trolley, convenient stops, friendly drivers. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere, so if you are looking for bars, nightlife, parties- this is not the home or the place for you. Restaurants were a bit pricey, but very good. Whole town (food & shops) close early. Would highly recommend Holmes Beach & Two Sisters.
