Everything about this home was top notch! The communication was FANTASTIC throughout the whole entire process. The home was very clean, organized, and had the things we needed for the one night we stayed. The location was so great and a block from the beach. We also LOVED the heated pool. I would absolutely stay here again!

What a great little place really close to the beach. Very clean and comfortable with a nice pool and courtyard in the back. Would definitely return for another trip. The only problem was that our parking area was full of screws and I had to buy a new tire for my truck. The management company would not reimburse me more than 250 which was a shame. VRBO stepped up and covered it. It was a great little family trip with an unfortunate ending. But the property itself is wonderful.

The house was as the pictures showed. It was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen has all the basics we needed. The kitchen appliances and the washer/dryer worked great and the grill was in good shape as well. They only give you little starter kits for the dish washer and laundry pods but the Publix is just one block away (super convenient). The pool was clean and we only saw a couple of other people there on our first day. Then we had it to ourself the rest of our stay. We did not expect to have a cart and two beach chairs to use so that was a nice little bonus. Beach access is only a couple of blocks away and it wasn’t too crowded in that area. The only recommendation for the house I would have is to install towel hooks/racks. There was no where to hang pool or shower towels. We really enjoyed our stay here!!!

Location was great. Cute little place. We arrived an hour after check in time and cleaners were still there so we had to drive around for another 30 minutes which was a bit of a hassle since we couldn’t check in until 4 as is. But overall house was cute.

Location is great just minute walk to the beach ,place is great for my family of 4 ,Says sleep 6 .That would be crowded ,quiet and private considering sharing a pool with couple other homes.we would return there .needs some lounging furniture but all together it is a great place !

The property lived up to the photos and description. Everything was clean, well maintained and modern. Plenty of room for a family of 5. High ceilings and bright interior. Even though there were a couple of other units sharing the pool, it really felt like our own private oasis. The pool is well hidden from the roads and very relaxing. We took advantage of the bar be que and outdoor dining table. There was easy access to the beach, which was just steps away and not crowded where we were. Plus we didn't have to worry about parking. There is a public access beach a few hundred yards up the beach with store, restaurant and outdoor bar. An easy walk to there as well. Plenty of other restaurants within walking distance and other amenities like groceries, coffee and beach stores. Plenty of other small, local stores and restaurants to explore at the north and south ends of the island. Five stars, five thumbs up. We'll definitely be returning to this location!

This property was great overall and we really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, it was a very close walk to the beach, the pool area was nice and relaxing and the management company was prompt about bringing batteries for the remotes. The only downsides were the lack of space for non -refrigerated food in the kitchen (a shelf or something would help) and the mattress in the 2nd bedroom on the bottom bunk sunk in a lot/wasn't firm. Overall we had a great stay and would return. thanks!

This place is awesome! It’s well located and super cute! It’s so close to the beach, which is important when you have 4 kids. The house was clean and just as described. It was kinda tight for 4 adults and 4 kids but for our short trip it worked out just fine! We will definitely use AMI if we come back to this area for vacation, they are the best! They communicate well, are very helpful, and made our overall experience that much better!

This is a beautiful little home in an incredible location. The home was very tastefully decorated and the pool area was just lovely. The kitchen isn't overly functional being so small but honestly if it was just my husband and I and not with our 3 kiddos, we probably wouldn't have noticed as much. Would love to come back!

We had a great experience with this property. The only complaint would be if you’re in the master bathroom you can see out the front door window. Kinda weird. But other than that we loved the property especially the heated pool!

What a cozy beach house! And you can’t beat the location. We were two families sharing the unit. The backyard/patio/pool were so nice for the kids to play in and the for the adults to gather around the comfy outdoor couches for happy hour. You can walk to the beach in a matter of 2 minutes. There is plenty of sleeping space. Overall, a nice gathering place. We loved it!

Our casita was adorable; clean; and the amenities on property are fantastic! This is a small property with 8 places that share a wonderful green space (faux grass - the best); a pool; BBQ grills; and nice outdoor furniture. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed for everyone to have fun. The beach is gorgeous and the location is spot on because it is slightly out of the way so not over crowded like other parts of AMI beach. We are from Florida and have our own rental properties and honestly, this was a great setup - we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay with our kids!

Appears to be a remodel down to the studs. Everything looks brand new. Quiet neighborhood 2 short blocks from the beach. Clean and quiet. Salt water heated pool. Comfortable beds, towels and linens. Just a couple of small observations that would make it even better. 1. Another towel rack in master bath. 2. A small buffet table with shelves under the window in the kitchen. Counter and storage space for groceries is very limited. 3. Move the tv credenza over and put a comfortable chair in the corner by the door to the pool deck. Only seating in living area is a couch. Sitting 3 side by side on the couch isnt the best for having a conversation. OK for tv watching. In a place with beds for 4 people, seating is inadequate. We loved this place, and would definitely stay here again! The above tips would have made it even better.

We had a great stay at this property! We had plenty of room for 5 adults - the bedrooms are big. The living space is small, as accurately described in the listing, but is arranged very efficiently to feel bigger than it is. The heated pool was great! A short walk to the gorgeous beach plus a short walk the other direction to a Publix, CVS, and Walgreens plus several other small shops (don’t miss Holy Cow for ice cream!) We will definitely rent here again.

I have high expectations, and they met mine! There was a little snafu when trying to enter the property in the beginning, and they were very quick to respond and resolve. We were delightfully surprised to see little extras like beach chairs & boogie boards available. Great pool & deck area!

The house (sail fish) was just as beautiful as the pictures. The location is perfect. We rented a golf cart from Beach Bums for the week and never used our car. Publix, cute diners and shops literally around the corner. Walking distance. The pool and back yard are beautiful. We spent our afternoons swimming in the pool and reading a book. We loved loved loved the house!!

This is my second time staying in one of these apartments. Both times met and even exceeded my expectations. This unit is spacious with almost everything you could need- even a blowdryer! The beach is only 2 blocks away- and the Publix and small restaurants are maybe a block away. Everything you need within walking distance. I would not hesitate to stay here again one day. Also the property manager, Lisa, is immediately reachable and helpful in every way. We had a wonderful time!

The first thing that surprised me was that the house totally matches the photos!
